Willkommen im Egg-N-Us at The Lookout!

Dieses dreistöckige, 2.900 Quadratmeter große Haus in der Ferne verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3,5 Bäder und bietet alles, was Sie für einen gelungenen Kurzurlaub benötigen! Das komplett renovierte Haus verfügt über Quarzarbeitsplatten, ein Sonos-System für den Innen- und Außenbereich und LED-Smart-Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern, im Medienraum und im großen Raum.  Gehen Sie auf das Deck und genießen Sie den herrlichen Blick auf den See.  Draußen erwartet Sie eine Gartenoase mit einem eigenen Whirlpool, einer Pergola und einer Feuerstelle. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Sitzbereiche, einen Gasgrill und eine hübsche Landschaft mit sorgfältig platzierter Beleuchtung und einer Umzäunung des Zauns.

Die oberste Etage besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den See und eine angeschlossene Terrasse, auf der Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen können. Der Meister verfügt auch über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und einer separaten Badewanne.  Dieses Zimmer verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-TV.  Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen 49-Zoll-Fernseher und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne.  Dieses Zimmer verfügt über viele Fenster für eine hervorragende Beleuchtung.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich mit Sitzbänken, eine modernisierte Küche mit Ober- und Unterschrankbeleuchtung und Premiumgeräten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-Fernseher, eine Couch, einen Liebessitz und Stühle für optimalen Sitzplatz. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen und die Bar bietet Platz für 4 Personen.  Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Gaskamin für kühle Abende oder zum Betreten des Decks, wo Sie Sonos-Musik, einen Deckenventilator und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten genießen können.

Die untere Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, einen Medienraum mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen 65-Zoll-Fernseher, einen DVD-Player, eine XBox-One, Spiele, Bücher und vieles mehr, eine Waschküche und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat eingebaute Kojen für Kleinkinder, Teenager oder Erwachsene, mit einem XL Twin over Queen und einem 43-Zoll-Fernseher.  Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett und 43-Zoll-TV und Französisch Türen, die auf die Terrasse öffnen.

Der Gemeinschaftspool, der Pickleball-Platz, der Jachthafen und das Seeufer sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Lookout bietet in den Frühlings- und Sommermonaten einen Shuttleservice zum Yachthafen und zum Seeufer.

Egg-N-Us verfügt ��ber kostenloses Highspeed-Internet im ganzen Haus mit zwei WIFI-Verbindungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Ihre Geräte problemlos verbunden werden können.

The main floor was incredible, well laid out, and came with a kitchen stocked with everything you could think of. The upstairs was quiet and comes with the best views in the house along with two primary suites that we really enjoyed. The property/neighborhood provides endless fun and entertainment for the whole house.

Wonder Christmas Trip

The property was wonderful for our needs (4 generations) for the Holiday. The views of the lake and Chelan were magical as the snow started falling. We thoroughly enjoyed the area, the hot tub, and touring nearby towns. Highly recommend the property as management/community managementn are in constsnt communication, hosting events, and the check-in/out processes are very simple and streamlined

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family. The view from the back deck off the living room was a beautiful vista, the perfect place for coffee in the morning and wine in evening. Location was so convient - short walk to four wheeler ride down to beach, or just across street from steps up to park and pool. The home had everything we needed for our stay!

Great Stay For Big Family!

Half the guests stayed up stairs, and the other half (with kids) stayed downstairs. We loved the location, being able to get to the swimming pool and pickle ball courts easily -- and enjoyed the beautiful view toward the lake and Manson. I do wish the house had more kid-friendly utensils. The plastic cups were huge, along with the forks and spoons, however everything else was great. The gas firepit outside didn't work originally because of some water damage, but the Lookout Staff came and took care of it promptly.Overall, a great stay and a beautiful home. Only thing missing was a ping-pong table! Thanks, Lookout and staff.

Beautiful home & view with many amenities

We were very pleased with the amenities offered at the house’s association. The owner called to check in once to make sure all was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house as very clean, had a beautiful view and there were workers that came to clean the hot tub and empty the trash daily. It was great. Lots of pantry space and large kitchen with all cooking items needed as well.

Last summer gathering

Everything was wonderful- we were able to create great memories- the house was great- however the BBQ only had one functioning burner so after a long day on the water dinner took awhile. Other than that 10’s all around l can’t wait to come back!!

Loved The Lookout

The Lookout was a full package vacation, we loved it. The house itself was beautiful but had a few things needing repair- WiFi was spotty, the stove and dishwasher were awful but we made it work and the Sonos speakers didn’t work. Otherwise it was really spacious and comfortable, lots of places to sit and relax. I loved all the options for outdoor seating. Hot tub was serviced daily. The staff at the Lookout were so fantastic, they made everything go smoothly.

Perfect Winter Getaway

It was colder than usual and there was snow on the ground but that did not dampen our fun. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub each day. The private hot tub with the house has an amazing view of the lake and hills. The house was spacious, extremely comfortable and well-stocked. The Lookout staff were very attentive and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again.

Loved spending time in the backyard. It was also very cold downstairs and it did not get warm when we turned heat up. Guest had to use several blankets to keep warm while sleeping downstairs. Beautiful kitchen and family area with plenty of space.

Great neighborhood, but pass on this house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfectly fine- we’ve stayed in this neighborhood 10+ times. Love the amenities. The biggest disappointment with this house is the beds. The upstairs bedrooms feature lovely mattresses for sleeping, but the bedroom with the bunk bed is physically painful at night. I chose this room for myself in order to allow my guests the nicer rooms, and did not sleep for more than 20-30 minutes at a time for the 3-night stay. I woke up with strong back pain each day, and I am a fit 35-yr old. Choose wisely.

Stay in Chelan

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lookout neighborhood was fantastic! It was our second visit to the neighborhood and first time in this property. The property layout was fantastic, however, the house is showing it’s age. The fridge wasn’t keeping cold and would dump water all over the floor each time you opened it from the broken ice maker. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning well and the dryer would make a horrible crying noise when you ran it making it impossible to use at night once kids were in bed. Very little in the way of bar accessories so bring your own cocktail shaker and tools. Overall the property was fine but could really use some updating.

LOVELY with a few caveats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great design for shared space (especially perfect for 2 medium sized families) but would have been helpful to know that there were no Ziploc type bags (just foil and plastic wrap) for storing leftovers. We've stayed at 3 other Lookout homes over the last year and all had these amenities so we just assumed that we'd be covered. :-) I'm fine if the owners intentionally want to reduce waste but it would be nice to have that detail listed under house description/amenities. Also ran out of napkins (only had about 20 to start), paper towels, and soap for dishwasher and washing machine by the second day. We called and asked for more but a house that sleeps 12 should be better equipped with cleaning supplies. I would recommend this house to others as long as these issues were addressed. Thanks!

Very Nice Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One More Minute was a perfect size and layout for our group of 9 people (3 of which were small children). It was very clean and the furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful, though the firepit did not work, and though we called about it, someone showed up with a long handled lighter the next day, and said they would send someone the following day to check into it further. That person never came so we were unable to use the firepit for the entire stay and that was disappointing. The hot tub was clean and functioning, but there were four sockets without covers with rusty wires protruding that concerned us when the children were in it. The pots and pans provided were pretty dismal; scratched up and some with wobbly handles. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped (although it would have been nice to have a small amount of foil and a few zip locks to start us out). Outdoor and Indoor towel supplies were great and toilet paper was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and all bedrooms had TVs, which was nice, but the interface was a bit wonky and hard to figure out on all of them. All in all a good stay with only a few improvements suggested and disappointment with the hot tub situation since we specifically were looking for a house with a hot tub.

Hello Pamela, we appreciate your feedback. In regard to the firepit, we found that due to the weather conditions it was causing moisture buildup affecting the igniter. The homeowner is in the process of replacing their hot tub although new pots and pans including foil and zip locks have been added in the home. Thank you, The Lookout

The homes are beautiful inside and out, equipped with everything you could need (and more!), and the resort is filled with things to do for everyone. We cannot wait to go back next year!

Amazing view, house and yard!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at the Lookout with our family and kids- its the perfect spot for families. The facilities at the place are amazing- the pools,the beach, the staff, and the weekend activities are just so great to have with small kids. The house itself was really great, but for the price I do think needs a few updates. The hot tub was not hot enough, and I believe this is an issue because someone else left this review. The dishwasher was very unreliable, and likely needs to be replaced. It also could use an upgrade on things like pillows. But besides that, the house itself was very clean, the layout was amazing for our two families, and we fully enjoyed the stay. We walked around and would say that this properties location is one of the very best- the view was superb. We will be booking again!!
