Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renovierten Gebäude daher in perfektem Zustand.
Sein Engagement ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so sonnig und sehr ruhig, was im Marais ist außergewöhnlich.
Sicherheit ist perfekt, ein Code am Eingang des Gebäudes, und am Eingang zum Treppenhaus D.
Der Halter ist charmant.

Hubert is an excellent host he is very responsive, friendly and helpful.The apartment was spacious, clean and well equiped. The location is excellent it is in a vibrant area with many cafe and resterants near by. While there is a lot to do locally and a lot happening in the area it is a quiet apartment. Located close to the metro it is ideal for getting around Paris and sightseeing.Looking forward to returning and exploring more of Paris and the area.

The apartment is perfectly located in Paris with delightful cafes and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Hubert and Rosa were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Location is spectacular!

Super clean apartment for a fun girls weekend shopping. 5 flights of stairs required two trips to get our bags up but was totally worth it! Communications were timely and provided the right amount of info. Check in was super easy - we appreciated that Hubert allowed us to drop our bags in the apartment before check in time. I would stay here again!

Perfect Location

This area was perfect for us: quiet, lots of cafés, restaurants, and easy access to the metro. Loved the courtyard in our apartment, and, of course, the Monoprix for groceries!

Great Location and comfortable with modern updates

We enjoyed our stay at this nice flat located in a great area. The flat was comfortable with modern updates. A portable air conditioner worked well enough to cool the main room, but at night we opened the windows in the bedrooms and it was ok.While the listing indicated coffee and soaps would be provided, we had to run out to purchase our own because hand soap was low when we arrived, and 5 coffee pods weren’t adequate for the six of us.Note the flat is located on the 5th floor and must be accessed by a spiral staircase. Overall we were happy with the rental, and loved the location.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights. Great neighborhood, safe, with shops, cafes, and 2 metro shops close by. Apt was clean, beds comfortable. Location 10/10!! A few items added to the apt would have improved our stay...more sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, and wine glasses (which have been mentioned in past reviews). All in all, enjoyed our stay here!!

Amazing apt in Paris

My two friends and I had an amazing stay at this apartment. Check in was smooth and the host was extremely responsive. There was no AC but each room had a fan and keeping the windows open at night greatly helped. 3 bed and 3 baths were perfect for our group! I would love to stay here again. Amazing location! Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus!

Spacious & Great location

We took 5 adults for a family vacation over a holiday. The apartment is on the fifth floor in an up and coming neighborhood. We had more than enough room in the apartment for everyone’s luggage. Everyone had their own bathroom. Everything is in walking distance or a short ride on the metro. There are two immediate metro stations that are easy to navigate: Temple and Republique. The host and onsite management were easy to get a hold of and responsive to any issues.

Wonderful!

Family of 5 enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness of this apartment! Wonderful to have a kitchen and laundry. Cafés and restaurants right nextdoor but away from the true hustle and bustle of the city. A short walk to the metro and grocery store. Fans but no true AC except for the living room but we were comfortable. 5 flights of stairs to get up but we would definitely stay again!

Very clean, adequate size and furnishings. Are minimum, no art, no soap in bathrooms, internet login instructions were wrong on message from owner (accurate instructions are on the back of the front door.) owners representative did not respond for 24 hrs but owner was reachable. Need to know: 83 steps to the apartment (five flights!)

No hot water during our stay

Great location. Nicely renovated apartment in a quiet building. Fifth-floor walkup through old tortuous staircase was not clear from description. Basic beddings, which could have been more comfortable. Major issue which should have been noted prior to our arrival was NO hot water in any of the three showers, could not be fixed during our stay and we are still awaiting fair compensation for this major inconvenience during our 5-day stay.

Roomy Paris stay

Great location and facilities are new and clean. Now the complaints: A/C did not work. Even if it did, it would not reach any bedrooms. No instructions on anything. No bath mats. No kitchen supplies or coffee. No microwave. Freezer was frozen up. Only one small ice cube tray (for 4 people?). The stairs were tough but we were forewarned, so no complaint/

location location location

the very best thing about this apartment was the location, right in the middle of everything that the Marais has to offer. The apartment was close to the metro and 20 min walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and about 40 min walking from the D'Orsay. The building and the neighborhood is very safe (I read prior reviews that reported the neighborhood to be "sketchy: but we did not find that at all). The apartment was clean and we received easy check in instructions. , There was plenty of soap, shampoo, and towels. The beds were very comfortable and despite being in a large complex it was very quiet at night. We did have 1 issue with a significant mouldy/ musty smell coming from one of the bathrooms, I called our host and he did address this issue promptly, This smell was not because the bathroom was not clean but appeared to be a pipe/ plumbing issue that was a building wide problem. The only other potential issue is the 5 flights of spiral stairs, not a problem for us and we were well aware of this when booking but if you are not fit this would not be a great apartment for you. (especially with luggage) overall a very good experience :)

Nice, Modern Apartment

The property was clean and as described; beds were very comfortable and the (Ikea) linens were of nice quality. The apt is very large by Paris standards with the 3BR and 3Bath. As others have indicated there are 82 very sloping stairs up to the apartment. Also, Rosa (the porter) gave only a very brief introduction and there are no instructions in the apt as to how to operate the appliances. Fortunately we had located the breaker box even before we tripped it! (Warning, you can only have a very limited number of items on simultaneously) . Additionally there was no soap/shampoo/lotion, etc as was advertised and this was not corrected when noted and the 4 coffee pods were woefully inadequate to even make it through the first day. So on the plus side: large apartment with room for several couples or a family without having to share baths. A Monoprix grocery right around the corner and the very helpful Republique Metro close (the Temple line is not as useful.) On the negative side: missing some basic amenities (soap, dish soap, etc).

It's a trap! Don't fall for the pictures and description of this property!

Our family of four traveled from the US to Paris for New Year's Eve. We paid more than a 4-star hotel for this place for four nights. However, this place is more than just horrible - The apartment is located in an area that makes you feel unsafe. We had homeless people hassling us when we arrived. There is no warning that the building doesn’t have elevator service. The owner only shared this detail after I had already booked. We arrived at night time and had a very hard time carrying our suitcases up to the top floor on the circular staircases. None of the bedding is white or fluffy and there are no regular pillows on any bed except two very thin decorative pillows per bed with no sheets. The bedding is very thin. We found hairs under one of the bed covers. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. We were all awakened by the cold in the middle of the night and if we turned the heaters on, there would be an unbearable sewage smell that would radiate throughout the entire apartment. All the dining chairs and sofas were not white but dark blue and gray colors, dirty and worn out with holes. The sofa cushions won’t stay up and you slip off if you sit on them. We couldn’t find any supplies but one little tiny shampoo bottle that looked like it had been used before. The bathrooms were dirty. The bath towel racks were covered in dust. We ended up moving to a different hotel after one night to escape the horrible experience of this place.
