Kevin’s place is great! It is well equipped including unexpected items such as beach chairs and an umbrella. A short walk to everything fun in Cabo! Will stay again next time in Cabo.

Well situated for going places

Great communication from host on everything! Very helpful host and security guards. Condo was quite spacious, walking distance to everything. Not the quietest place, with lots of traffic and night soccer going on across the main road. Definitely a lively area! Close to beaches and shopping.

External activities are beyond any properties control - IMO certainly doesn't warrant 3 stars we go above and beyond for our guests and deliver lux accommodations. This is not a secluded resort but rather an upscale property ideally located within walking distance to everything Cabo/ Medano Beach All previous stays - reviews - Solid 5 stars! Perhaps it was the week chosen. In any case sorry to learn it was a bit lively. It's Mexico after all.

Baby’s first time to Mexico

My husband and I took our 3 year old and 11 month old to Cabo for the week. This was a great place to stay. Spacious and an easy walk to Medano beach. We grilled several nights. Great views of sunset and sunrise from the large deck. Kevin was very accommodating, arranged for a pack n play as well. We would stay here again. It was a good trip.

Cabo Delight

Five stars all the way. This host and property had everything and more you’d need for a great stay/vacation. The host was ALWAYS available and answered any questions, almost immediately. It’s a large property with very clean amenities and great size kitchen, as well. We will book this property over and over again, on our future stays.

Happy holiday stay

Thank you Kevin for such a wonderful holiday! The condo felt like home not a noisy hotel. Everything needed was there. The views from the wrap around balcony were wonderful. The beach was within walking distance and the view was excellent. Kevin was a great owner who listened to all our calls for help with booking online. We hope to come again in the future. .

Great, great, great!

This location is perfect for getting around and seeing Cabo! Easy walk to shops, grocery, beach, restaurants, everything you could need. Kevin, the property owner, was tremendously helpful in getting organized and setting things up. He was in contact with us throughout the process and was beyond helpful. He makes sure his place is equipped with all of the necessities; beach towels, kitchen needs, beach chairs, hair dryers, you name it and it was available. Wonderful vacation spot with a great place to stay and some much to do!

Great Place! I would stay there again.

Great condo. So close to the beach. We walked there every day. Lots of great restaurants, mall and grocery store within walking distance. We felt very safe. Kevin was amazing. He helped us with a driver to get us to and from the airport as well as taking us to la paz, todos santos and san jose. He answered any question we had about the area. The condo was also stocked with beach chairs an umbrella, wagon beach towels, cooler lunch box etc. It made our trips to the beach so comfortable having all of those amenities.

A fun-filled family getaway

Kevin’s place was clean and felt like home right away. He took the time to virtually “show us around” the condo, which had everything we needed. We liked being walking distance to downtown, restaurants and the beach. We had so much fun on the UTV tour (Kevin recommended)! Daniel - the driver Kevin set us up with - is an absolute gem! He was such a huge asset to our vacation - making getting around Cabo (to places beyond walking distance) a breeze. Was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this service - WAY better than Uber :) Only improvement would be the pool furniture. And something to be aware of - the traffic is a bit noisy at night. But we arrived New Years Eve weekend so probably busier than usual. All in all, the place was perfect for us and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Spacious, Clean Condo

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Kevin's condo.The property is very clean and spacious.The kitchen is well stocked. The frig has filtered water and ice which was fantastic, saved a lot of plastic. There are plenty of towels, soap and beach gear. The TV has many channels to watch. The beds are very comfortable. The patio is fantastic with a table and chairs. We did not use the grill but it is provided.There is 24 hour security. The condo is near a highway which has some noise but tolerable. Recommend walking to the Casadas Beach Grill which is very close, nice restaurant on the beach, open to the public. Easy walk or quick Uber to the marina. Kevin showed us around and made us feel comfortable. He kept in touch to see if we needed anything. He arranged for transportation to and from the airport. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Cabo.

Great Adventure and Stay in Cabo

The description and pictures of this property were 100% accurate. The location was truly a 5 minute walk to Medano beach and a 10 minute walks to some great restaurants! And if you didn't want to walk, Uber was typically a 5.00 ride - most we paid one way was 10.00 to Jazz on the Rocks!The host, Kevn was extremely customer service orientated. He made staying at the condo very easy. I loved the keyless entry (no searching for keys when coming/going). The kitchen was stocked and had every appliance needed. And there were TV's in every room which provided access to my local TV and/or news station along with Netflix, etc. The WiFi worked great. In addition, There was a wagon provided to haul beach charis/umbrella and cooler to the beach. The beach chairs also have straps so you can carry it like a backpack.Kevn also offered transportation to/from the airport and arranged a tour for us to go to Balandra and Tekalote beach along with Todos Santos. The local person, Jorge who drove us was spectacular. He also brought us to the grocery store to get supplies.I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. The location, customer service from the host, the onsite people at the gate (Carlos) and Jorge were just wonderful.I appreciated the restaurant suggestions and one of my main goals of going was to see the whales. Kevin gave me a great trip for how to go whale watching from the beach which worked perfectly. I went 5 times while there!Overall excellent!

Awesome experience

Kevin helped us get a hotel for the airport. He also assisted with excursions and events. Property was very clean, neat, and just as advertised. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. He has umbrella, beach chairs, towels, etc for the beach so no need to rent anything. Central A/C in whole house and nice views from the patio. Highly recommend staying here. Kevin is very accommodating and we will be back for sure.

Beautiful space and great host

We absolutely loved Kevin’s condo. It was very nicely decorated with special touches. We loved all of the Cabo photos. Edith was a pleasure to meet with and she made us feel welcome and helped us get settle in. Kevin was very helpful as a host and provided everything we needed. The balcony on this corner unit was stunning and we enjoyed the beach views. We are looking forward to staying here next year when we visit again. We highly recommend Kevin’s place to other guests.

Perfect Beautiful Condo!!!

We have stayed at multiple vacation rental properties in Cabo and none of them compare to the quality and cleanliness of Kevin's condo. A perfect location near the beach and downtown area, walking distance to any location or only a $2.50 Uber ride home if you are out late. It is very clear that Kevin's condo is maintained, cared for, and cleaned like an owner occupied property, not just a rental. Everything was in perfect condition and was higher quality than you find in any common vacation rental. Kevin gave me his personal phone # and immediately helped with any questions that we had. Check-in and Check-out were very simple and Kevin had someone waiting to welcome us to the property. I would recommend this property to anyone I know and would gladly stay here again. Thanks for a perfect vacation stay Kevin!!!

Awesome Cabo rental

The place was awesome in every way possible. Location you can walk to the beach or the main drag for all the shopping, food, or party you want. The property literally sits at the corner of both the street that takes you to Medano Beach or the downtown and marina. All the glass bottom , jet ski rentals or any type of rental you need is right there and it's super close to Walmart. My entire family loved the place it was very honey and had all the neccesities you could ever wabt. Also Kevin is a super nice guys and treats you like family and offers anything to use snorkels, chairs, etc. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Great condo at a great price!

Great condo at a great price. In Cabo for a short stay to celebrate my brothers 60th birthday along with his son. This beautiful condo worked perfect. Spacious, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, and all like brand new. Has a nice pool and is a short walk to the best beach in Cabo. Also conveniently located to Cabo’s restaurants and nightlife. All the Conveniences of Home

After looking long and hard between resorts, hotels and condos we decided on this truly privately-owned condo because we didn’t want to deal with sales reps from all those so called resorts/hotels/condos trying to sell timeshares. We were really happy with the choice we made. This was truly a home away from home. Everything was as pictured and described. With just about anything you needed except saran wrap! : ) The refrigerator even has a filtration system for ice and drinking water from the freezer door. The only drawback was the bathroom sink was a little awkward to use because the faucet is so close to the back rim. We are very light sleepers and always travel with a white noise machine. The condo is close to a main road and we had no problem. Kevin (owner) was very helpful throughout the entire process with quick responses to all our questions and he provided useful information about the area. Oscar, his property manager greeted us with guacamole dip and chips with cold beer and bottled water. He ended up being more of a concierge than a property manager for us. He gave us a list of recommended activities & restaurants and was available by text whenever we had a quick question. He also got us last-minute reservations for an awesome New Year’s Eve fireworks boat tour out of the marina. This was a very nice and quiet condo. The location was great because the marina, restaurants, and clubs are all within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance, yet far enough away to not hear all the noise from the partying that is part of the Cabo San Lucas night life. This was our first trip to Cabo, we went whale watching, parasailing, and took a boat tour to the arch. We laid on a canopied bed on the beach and got served great food and drinks, relaxed, and enjoyed the sun. And we didn’t have to be confined to a resort! We were comfortable walking around all day and night. Everyone we ran into at the condos and in town was pleasant and helpful. The condo is also conveniently close to the highways to San Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos, and La Paz. We are definitely returning and plan to stay here again if it is available and Kevin will have us!
