The cabin was clean, as described and had the cutest Welcome Basket with nice treats included (the kiddos loved the snacks). The door was not coded properly when we arrived at 11:30pm but the host answered the phone on first attempt and gave us the master code to get in. No other issues during the stay. Will stay here again in the future!

Our stay was pleasant but we would have preferred a nicer outside area. Hot tub was much smaller and not as nice as photos. Property was not well maintained. While house was clean, it looked dated and run down. Very dark inside.

Booking, check in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed this cabin as it fit our needs and location perfectly. We will definitely stay at this cabin again. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the bears coming right up to the cabin.

Myself and 3 others stayed in this lovely home for a birthday celebration, the host was absolutely incredible with communication and even surprised us with a birthday cake on the day we checked in. The area surrounding the cabin was beautiful and quite peaceful, overall it was an amazing trip and we would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay, perfect for two couples or small families. Perfect location handy for pigeon forge, gatlinburg and the smokies. Well furnished, didn’t want for anything. Played pool every night and remembered how to play galactic arcade game. Had a visit from a family of bears, mum and three cubs, really lovely. Would stay again.

This was the perfect cabin for our holiday get away! The location was great, nicely in between all the places we visited, and the cabin was more than spacious enough for our family of four. We had a wonderful experience at this cabin, and working with the owner was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive and paid close attention to details, ensuring her guests have the best possible stay. The location is quiet and surrounded by trees, making it a peaceful getaway with plenty of bear sightings and nature interactions. Best cabin we encountered in this part of Tennessee. Thank you, Janet, for everything. We especially appreciated your son stepping in to save our trash cans from the local bear—definitely a highlight of the trip! LOL

Cabin was very nice, with lots of perks provided such as coffee, snacks, extra towels, and even a kit to make s'mores. The hot tub didn't get very warm, but the host was great with trying to get it rectified, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. That is the only negative about the property, and I'm sure they will have it taken care of soon.
