Dieses kleine Häuschen ist ideal für diejenigen, die einen romantischen Rückzugsort, einen kreativen Kurzurlaub, einen Wellness-Aufenthalt oder einfach nur Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Folgendes finde ich als die besten Eigenschaften der Immobilie. Erstens ist es ein bescheidenes Häuschen, das Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause finden. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Weber-Grill auf dem Achterdeck, Sie haben einen Großbildfernseher für diejenigen Abende, die Sie vielleicht von Wasser und Sonne erholen möchten. Kajaks, ein zusätzliches Deck über dem Wasser zum Essen und vieles mehr, das man persönlich erleben muss, um es richtig zu verstehen.

Die Lage ist an der 29th Avenue. Wenn Sie mit dem Sylvan Beach vertraut sind, befindet sich der Großteil des Restaurants und Unterhaltungsangebots zentral in der Main Street, 13th - 15th Ave. Es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt und / oder ein Spaziergang in die Stadt, aber das Schöne ist, dass Sie sich abseits des belebten Abschnitts befinden und die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge in vollen Zügen genießen können, während Sie am ruhigen Ende des Strandes entspannen.

Das Haus ist wirklich einstöckig und hat einen sehr großen Garten. Der Wintergarten verfügt über ein ausziehbares Sofa für zwei Personen, das eine Glasschiebetür für eine fantastische Aussicht und eine kühle Brise vom See für einen perfekten Schlaf bietet, während Sie den Wellen lauschen.

Aus der Küche ist ein 1/2 Bad und das Hauptschlafzimmer, das ein französisches Bett mit eigenem Bad hat. Es gibt einen kleinen Raum im Obergeschoss, der ein Doppelbett oben auf der Treppe sowie ein Rollbett ganz vorne im Haus hat.

Der ideale Mieter ist am meisten an Privatsphäre interessiert und möchte das Leben im Freien in einer unserer Meinung nach erstklassigen Lage am Strand genießen.

Amazing sunsets on the lake!

Had a very relaxing long weekend on the lake. The property location was perfect for a quiet holiday with only a short drive (or 20 min walk) to bars, restaurants and amusements. Robin was the perfect host! The sunsets were magical!

Fantastic Getaway

My fiancee and I booked this property as a quick weekend getaway and did not disappoint! The cottage is right on the lake, far enough away from the main area to be quiet, but close enough to everything in town! The sunsets were amazing! The property had everything we needed! We will definitely be going back next summer!

Choose this location because we took my mother in law back to this area where she grew up and for her siblings and nieces to visit with us. Out side decking by lake was perfect for this. Did day trip to Niagara Falls, 3 hour drive each way, which was nice.

Perfect!

Even more beautiful in person - I am not sure if I could have picked a more perfect place to spend a relaxing week away. The setting, I would have to imagine, is probably one of the best ones in this area. What makes it is the shaded deck right on the water, which was a lovely place to have dinner and watch the sunset. The neighbors were friendly. The location was quiet, just far enough away from the bustling village. The house was spotless with a very comfortable layout and fun nautical decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill outside was great. Everyone slept comfortably with air conditioning in both rooms. I would highly recommend and would be thrilled to return in the future!

Lakeside Oasis

Just what we needed for a extended weekend get away. Thank you Robin for opening up your place for us. You did forget to mention all the wonderful birds we could watch on the lake. We loved watching the Bald Eagle fly by a few mornings and the Belted Kingfishers fishing daily. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again and kayaking in the spring.

Great Retreat

All around beautiful place to stay ,updated interior, very clean !Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of kitchen supplies . Deck on the water was used daily , plenty of space for out door and indoor games . Hopefully we will have a chance to return to this little Oasis . Norm and Family

The perfect place!

My mother and I took a girls trip back home for a few days and being someone who grew up in sylvan beach I would highly recommend this place. It’s very close to all the bars and fun stuff but far enough away to enjoy the peace of the lake. Our absolute favorite part was the dock and table right on the lake. We spent most of our time there enjoying meals and the sunsets. Robin was so easy to communicate with and had everything you could need in the house. This will be the place we stay at whenever we visit our hometown in the future!

Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for 4 days. The house is just as described- clean and well stocked. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. We did not use the upstairs rooms because the ceiling is low . It was a great home that lacked nothing. We did spend most of our time outside as it was so relaxing. We fished, kayaked and swam. You can walk out 250+ft before you are in water over 3ft. Water was warm and bottom is sandy once you past the weeds. Ducks and geese are always around. The restaurants were a short frive or walk away.

What a wonderful stay!

What an amazing property. The house was beautiful, the yard and deck were amazing, and Robin couldn’t have been nicer and more responsive. Any question I had (and there were a lot) she responded to within minutes. There is nothing like sitting on the sun in the deck just watching the water and all the wildlife. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Place, Great location, Great Owners!

Very quaint place right on the water. Back yard was perfect for a family BBQ (nice grill!), fishing and kayaking. The master bed and bath was spacious and kids would love the bedroom/play area upstairs. There are many amenities that are not included in the description including a brand new gas grill, a 2 person kayak, water tubes and lawn games. It was well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The location is great too. Essentials are available within a half of a mile (to include good dining) and its only 20 minutes to the casinos, Vernon Downs and other local entertainment. NY wine country of the finger lakes is an easy day trip! Check in/out was the simplest I've ever experienced and the owners even left a very sweet check in gift for us :)

This is the lake Vacation you want

Start to finish this vacation home raises the bar for others to follow. From the host who is welcoming, thoughtful, and very easy to communicate with. To the amazing property right on the lake making it your backyard. The nice little beach community, with many places to go and things to do. You can not go wrong. My family will always cherish our time here, not to mention we recorded our child's first steps in the living room! I left feeling that I couldn't have spent my vacation money any better, my grumpy wife who had been overworked for months and wasn't at all thrilled about a vacation had a blast and can't wait to go back. Stop right now and reserve this beauty, it is a true hidden gem you will not regret.

Perfect lakeside relaxation destination!

we absolutely love this cottage! love the location! love the way it was decorated and Comfy bed. Perfect quiet location to watch the sunsets and birds (we saw: a bald eagle, great blue heron, king fisher, egrets, geese, and ducks) It was very well equipped. There was a deck right on the water (my favorite place to watch the sunsets). there was also a patio right outside the cottage. We also loved that the cottage was right outside of town, so it was quiet, but it was an easy walk into town for restaurants, ice cream, shops, and access to Sylvan beach for walks or amusement park. My adult kids loved the hammock in the shade and fire pit. we Loved the welcome basket and magical flames! everything was extraordinary! We hope to be back.

Relaxing lakefront cottage

This was the perfect weekend getaway! We met our adult son, who is spending the summer at college, for a quick weekend vacation at this wonderful cottage. It was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great, with shade lakeside and over the dining deck as we had an extremely hot, humid weekend. There’s water access directly from the property for swimming(though only knee deep for quite a while)and kayaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and exploring the lake from the water. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to town, for restaurants, shops and nightlife. There’s several themed weekends during the summer. We were there for Pirates weekend, with many people dressed the part, a parade and even fireworks, which we saw perfectly from the cottage. Robin, the owner, was easy to work with, was very responsive and made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend vacationing here!

Just wonderful!!

This property is ideal for any and all. Booked for weekend and 1st night was a relaxing girls night. We kayaked, grilled, had a fire, had coffee on the lake… Saturday in rolled my kids age 7, 17, and 19. We fished, kayaked, played badmitten, hula hooped, grilled some more, had a fire and did sparklers with the beautiful sunsetting in the background, made s’mores, made apple pies over open fire, played twister. By Sunday we were so pleased we invited some friends and family to join for the day. The water is so sandy and shallow forever that all the kids (with a now 18mo and 24mo) were able to splash around and play with us standing out in water up to knees. We have received countless thanks from those we invited for the day. Our group has not stopped talking about it. It was so well-stocked and welcoming. It made packing up for a weekend a total breeze. Robin was helpful with any questions I had. Which were minimal as everything seemed taken care of. Air conditioner in bedroom kept us comfortable during hot weekend. Highly recommend!

Hi! Thanks for considering the cottage. This photo was taken on the lake, I'm Robin the one on the right. The little one on my left is a long time friend, Angi who’s Husband and sons enjoy this cottage from time to time as well.

As soon as I set foot on the property years ago, I knew it was a special place. It's my home away from home which I hope you will enjoy as much as we do.

This is one of my all time favorite spots. Oneida Lake can be like a Ocean, the storms rolling in are incredible to watch just as the beautiful sunsets. It's truly a serene spot with respectful neighbors that appreciate the peace of this end of the Lake as much as we do.

My hobby is painting and sketching, I find my best work is done here. Additionally the space is ideal for entertaining as the outdoor area has a larger yard with a secondary deck over the water. My friends love to come here to just unwind after a long week and relax with dinner and cocktails water side.

If you are in search of a bit more of a laid back environment, which is outside of the town itself then this could be the perfect setting for your ideal getaway.
