THE SPACE: The 3100 sq.ft. waterfront home with 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths sleeps 12 and has an open floor plan with a spacious living and dining room, multiple eating areas and a large kitchen with all amenities. The property has 1.2 acres of flat yard and over 100ft of private lakefront. The home is the last house on a dead end street, in a peaceful neighborhood.

FIRST FLOOR: The main floor has a large foyer, two living areas, two dining areas, a bar and a kitchen, all with lake views. The kitchen has an Keurig and a drip coffee maker, double wall ovens, four burner cooktop, a microwave and toaster. A laundry room with washer/dryer is attached to the kitchen, along with a walk in pantry. The main floor also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom with a full size bed and one with a queen and twin.

SECOND LEVEL: The second floor has three bedrooms and a semi private office, with a pull out couch, built in desk, books and games. The master bedroom with private bathroom has a king bed and his and her closets. The two other upstairs bedrooms each have queen size beds and lake views. The upstairs hallway is open to the downstairs and offers panoramic views of Oneida Lake.

OUTDOOR AREA: The large deck has a table for six with umbrella, built in bench seating and a gas grill. The driveway has parking for six cars. No street parking is allowed, so plan accordingly. During the summer months we have 3 kayaks, 1 canoe and a stand up paddle board.

Our home is perfect for family and friend vacations, couples vacations, small group retreats and fishing trips. Oneida lake offers some of the best bass, walleye and perch fishing during the spring, summer and fall. It is also a great ice fishing destination during the winter months.

We are excited to host you, but no parties or pets allowed. Our neighbors are full time residents, so please respect the boundaries of the yard, lakefront area and their privacy.
