Urban Oasis ist ein privat geführtes Stadthaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern in 314 64th Street, Holmes Beach, Florida. Eineinhalb Blocks vom ruhigen und begehrten Strandzugangspunkt an der 65. Straße entfernt. 4 Minuten zu Fuß in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße zu Fuß zum Strand. Dieses 2100 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über graublaue Farbtöne, Küstenmöbel, Treibholzakzente, Themenzimmer und Designerakzente.
Dieses Haus wurde komplett von Grund auf renoviert und ein brandneuer Master en-Suite wurde im Juli 2018 hinzugefügt. Dieses Haus ist voll mit Tonnen von extra Bettwäsche, zwei Babybetten, Strandtücher, zwei Strandwagen, ein Basketballkorb und viele Strandspielzeug bestückt. Es hat einen der größten beheizten Wohn-Pools (im Winter) auf der Insel (gemeinsam mit einer Familie) mit einem großen privaten Essbereich mit Teakholz Esstisch mit viel Platz für Ihre Party von 10. Wir haben auch einen 6-Personen-Golfwagen hinzugefügt, der ab September 2018 gegen eine optionale Gebühr von $ 300 / Woche für Gäste verfügbar sein wird.
Schlürfen Sie Ihren Kaffee von der Veranda des Speisesaals und beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Kanal und am Abend können Sie zum Strand spazieren gehen, um den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang zu genießen oder ihn von der privaten Veranda der Palm-Zimmer aus betrachten. Ugly Grouper und Beach Bistro Restaurant ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und viele andere Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe. Wenn Sie nicht mit dem Auto anreisen, nutzen Sie den Strandwagen, der die Insel hoch und runter fährt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Haus entfernt ist.

Our family of nearly 10 stayed here two weeks. We loved the house and location relative to the beach, shopping and eateries. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, etc. and we cooked a fresh seafood dinner more than once! The kids loved the big pool as well as the beach. The golf cart was very handy for us to get around. Matt the host was very prompt in answering any questions we had and communicating with us. Check in and check out was very easy. Hope we can come back someday!

Great stay in Anna Maria Island

This property was perfect for our group of three couples. We loved the heated pool and the golf cart was very handy to take us to the beach. I would heartily recommend this property for a great Anna Maria Island stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this island oasis. Everyone enjoyed the home, and pool was a big plus. The golf cart made it fun for kids and adults, carting to the beaches and around the island. Definitely would recommend to others looking for a place to make wonderful memories with family.

We had a wonderful family vacation! We loved having the pool and size was great for our family of 10. The golf cart was wonderful, and you could access anything you need, if we all went we just made 2 trips. We really enjoyed eating at The Ugly Grouper! Hope to visit again when piers are rebuilt.

Beautiful home with fabulous golf cart in a great location

Our family loved staying in Holmes Beach. This home is the perfect size for us & in the perfect location. Two king beds is a huge perk. The golf cart was amazing to have to travel to our favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. What a wonderful family vaca, cannot wait to come back!

Great house close to beach with huge pool

We had a great time on A.M.I. staying here. The golf cart was such a perk to get coffee in the morning and to get all of our beach gear down to the beach. On the days we didn’t feel like the beach, we hung out in the huge pool with all the floats provided. Grilled out one night and had plenty of room at the giant outdoor table/chairs to enjoy as a family. Matt,the owner, was extremely responsive on any questions I sent him. We loved our stay!

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the heated pool. The wagons, beach toys, chairs, etc. where awesome to take to the beach. The owner communicated with us quickly via email or phone and responded to any issues we had. We would definitely love to stay at this place again.

Wonderful!

Communication with the host, Matt, was prompt and very helpful. Upon arriving we were able to access the property through the keypad to open the garage and walk right in to the clean and updated furnishings. Everything we needed including clean bedding, towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. were there to get our week started. The sparkling water and welcome card on the kitchen counter was a special touch. We loved the pool, lounges, grill, and 6 person golf cart to drive around the island. I especially liked the beach cart to bring my surf fishing gear down to the beach. The whole family loved staying in this location. Thanks again for everything!

Great location and area! Had a blast!

This house was recently renovated and looked beautiful. It has tons of great features and upgraded decor. We easily fit two families comfortably. There are plenty of games and pool/beach toys for the kids to play with. The pool was large and is shared with one other tenant. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right pots and pans and dishes you need to cook a great meal. The golf cart was the best and we enjoyed using it to get around town. The home is very close to quite a few good restaurants as well. Matt and Christy were great to work with we will definitely rent again.

Terrific location, good host

The good: this location is excellent, spacious property, tasteful decor and golf cart a huge bonus. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is incredibly responsive and helped with a few issues right away. Upon arrival, we had an issue with cleanliness of the unit. While some issues were resolved with the cleaning crew coming back, I would suggest a thorough deep cleaning of this property as soon as possible. We continued to notice areas of concern over the rest of the week, but overlooked it due to not wanting to keep arranging for cleaners to come back on our vacation. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to do a lot ourselves. This is a nice property if it were to be given a deep clean.

Thank you for your kind word about the location as well as the golf cart, kitchen being well stocked, etc. We always try to make sure we think of everything when it comes to having things available for our guests, so that you can bring a suitcase, unpack and have a great time! I also appreciate you letting us know about our responsiveness, as we try to tackle any issue as soon as possible. I know my cleaning team strives to make sure that everything is ready for you when you arrive, and 100% clean for your stay. I was saddened to hear it wasn't up to your satisfaction, and we immediately reached out to our cleaning team to do an additional cleaning at no cost to you whatsoever. They even deep cleaned areas (backside of medicine cabinet doors, behind mirrors, toilet water refill lines, etc.) at your request. We try to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability and have had multiple 5 star reviews across the 6 years we have owned our home. One thing moving forward, I would recommend is to make sure that you leave a home and follow the check out procedures as best you can. My cleaning team, when they came to clean for the next guest, let me know that there was food all over the kitchen, the sink, refrigerator, etc, and that the dishwasher was not run. They are having to take the sheets left from your stay, and have them deep cleaned, as they were in pretty bad shape. I know things happen, and sometimes you have to leave in a rush, but in the future, from one host to another, don't forget to review the check out guide (in the folder on property), as I know you would want that followed at your property. Great house, great location!

Two families of 4, 8 people total, plenty of room! Location couldn't have been better - close to everything - beach, restaurants, grocery, shops. Having the pool in the back was wonderful after a hot day at the beach. 3 full baths worked well for 2 separate families. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We agreed our favorite convenience was the golf cart!! Please don't ever get rid of that! We loved having it - it made getting around so easy and fun! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Get away from the cold!

This was a great place for a family. Beds were good, kitchen well equipped, and pool was perfect. Near Holmes beach access which was wonderful. Free trolley and golf cart were great fun. Hope to return again.

Matt and I were both born and raised Floridian. Our children were both born in Florida and love Anna Maria Island. Most of our family vacations include time at the beach, visiting the animals at MOTE marine aquarium or running around the Ringling museum.

We poured ourselves into fully renovating this home top to bottom in the summer of 2018. It took months of efforts and even our 4 year old was put to work painting ! We touched every inch of this home. We renovated anything we could keep and added lots of storage and coastal accents throughout. We wanted this home to be a place we love to take our families for many years to come. We stay here on a regular basis and have filled it with linens and gadgets to make your family vacation and time in the area wonderful.
