Conveniently located close to town with great mountain views, this was a lovely place to stay. The bed was a little small but comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight smell when we first arrived, but a quick spray of Febreze solved the issue. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Perfect location

An easy walk to lots of restaurants, the gondola, and shopping. Great hot tub view!

Great condo with a full kitchen and excellent views. The bed was super comfy, and the property was quiet at night since it's set back off the main road. Checking in and out was quick and painless, and property management was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location and views

This condo is comfortable, clean and a great way to take in the glory of Telluride. Very walkable to shops, restaurants, saloons and hike trails. Great folks to work with on all points.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend of our wedding and we’re so glad we found this place! The owners were very communicative and helpful, especially when we had to push our reservation back a year after COVID. The location was great and we could get everywhere easily. We would stay again!

Perfect location near downtown.

Everything was excellent, property’ was exactly as listed next to walking trials, town park and downtown. Would rent this location again. Property team communication was terrific and easy. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Views and location live up to the hype

Condo was in an amazing location. Very short walk to downtown, gondola, and many hiking trails. The views from the porch were unbeatable. Couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental.

Great View and nice condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Walkable to all shops, restaurants, the gondola and some hiking trails. Beautiful view from the patio! We had everything we needed in the condo for basic kitchen needs. Having a designated parking spot is a great perk.

Stay in Telluride

Everything was exactly as described: modern, clean even spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen was appointed with everything you need even a couple of basic pantry items. The view from the living room is amazing and the building is quiet. It’s very easy from the apartment to get to the village center and the gondola. Check-in and out were easy!

Wonderful trip

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had such a wonderful time. The hosts were so thoughtful. We had a personalized sign at the door, peaceful music playing when we arrived, and loads of information on things to do and places to eat locally. The location was ideal with the best views of the mountains. It was nice and quiet, which we really appreciate. The until was spotless and well appointed. My husband grilled for us on the patio one evening and we weren’t lacking for anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Looked nicer in photos than in actuality

There were a few appliances tattered, or fixtures half way on and the photos on VRBO are a bit deceiving, making it look nicer than it actually is. But overall it was clean and comfortable. The view is stunning!!

A great stay on the edge of town

This was a great stay for my husband and me and could easily accommodate kids on the rollaway if you have some. I believe it would be an even more excellent summer location as we've gotten spoiled by years of being very close to the lift and not having to carry our skis. Perfectly situated between Colorado and the town park. Easy to have guests over for dinner! Only down side was bbq not working and we had been counting on that. Hopefully that has been fixed for the nexts guests!

Location, location, location

We have stayed in Telluride many times over the past 20 years and this is one of our favorite spots. We loved hanging out on the back deck enjoying the views. This would be a great location for a music festival because of the closeness and direct view of Town Park. We love staying on the east end of town and as close to the river as possible. This property checked all our boxes. I will definitely try to rent this property again when the music festivals come back but I would bet it is high demand at those times. We love Telluride and we loved this property.

Hi Scott! Thank you for taking the time to review Muscatel Flats #9. It is one of our favorite little condos. The new owners did a complete remodel last summer and it has not disappointing! You are right, it is the perfect spot during festival season. You can sit on your deck and see the main stage! It is very popular in the summer, so book quick to nail down this great property! Location was awesome but the place really needs renovation it was very dated. No ac so it was really not even with blasting fans from the outside the whole time. Patio is not very private either so we had to have our door open for the fans and lots of people walking through to the staircase just outside.

Hi, Trent - We apologize for Muscatel Flats not meeting your expectations. We are surprised you thought it was outdated. We haven't really heard that. We do not advertise the condo as having AC ( you will be hard-pressed to find that in Telluride, especially in the older buildings). The same goes for the patio. Usually, views outweigh the lack of a private balcony. We will pass your thoughts to the owner and hope you will give us another go for any future Telluride trips.

Spectacular view

This condo was so convenient! Loved sitting on the porch having coffee every morning! You can see Bridal Viel Falls from the porch. Unfortunately there was no concert scheduled that week but that would be so awesome to be able to see one right from your porch!
