Dieses Haus ist ab der Sommersaison 2019 brandneu auf dem Mietmarkt! Seien Sie der Erste, der die neuen brandneuen Möbel, Renovierungen und die reduzierten Mietpreise genießt! Es gibt zwar eine VRBO-Gebühr an der Kasse, jedoch werden vom Eigentümer keine zusätzlichen Gebühren für Bettwäsche, Reinigung, Kinderbett oder Hochstuhl erhoben.

Wunderschön angelegtes Anwesen mit sehr privatem Garten, heißer Außendusche, großer Terrasse und Gasgrill. Sonnenraum mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Eine Geschichte, also KEINE Treppe zum Klettern! Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad, in den anderen 2 Schlafzimmern befinden sich Königinnen. Fächer in jedem Zimmer, separate Waschküche und Wäscheleine für den Außenbereich.

Beinhaltet Zugang zu einem privaten, mit einem Meer versehenen Parkplatz mit Außendusche und einem Fußweg zum Strand! Keine Notwendigkeit, vom Haus zu gehen! Unser privater Strandzugang ist nur einen Block vom Bogue Inlet Pier mit öffentlichen Toiletten, einem Supermarkt, einem Angelgeschäft und ausgezeichnetem Angeln entfernt!

Roku-Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit einem Hulu-Abonnement auf jedem Fernseher für eine große Auswahl an TV-Shows und Filmen! Awesome vacation home!

Wonderful stay!! The house had all we needed plus more and was extremely clean and comfortable! We loved the location as we could walk to the pier at the end of the street to see the sunset or drive to the private parking area for visiting the beach! The lot was private and quiet with a nice deck in the back with an outdoor table and grill. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. 100 percent would recommend! Hope to return next year!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting EI, and our first time not staying on the beach, and we honestly didn't miss it. The beach is just down the street, and the private access was amazing. The sunset at the dock just down the road was gorgeous. Heather was excellent with communication, although we didn't need to bother her one bit during our stay because we had everything we needed, and more. My only suggestion would be shaded parking... and that's just being petty because we went during an insane heat wave and I have black leather seats We would not hesitate to book this home again!

Lovely stay at this vacation home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially enjoyed having meals outside on the deck and walking down the street to the cute donut shop. The private beach access was really great to have as we could just show up and park without having to drive around endlessly looking for a spot. The little closed in sunroom was a nice surprise as it made a great spot for my toddler to hang out with his toys while still being in eye sight. Would definitely rent this home again or recommend to friends!

Fantastic home, fantastic location

We love this place!! This is our 3rd year staying here & can’t say enough good things. The house is setup really well to accommodate our group of 5 adults & 1 child. The outdoor space has a great deck w lots of shade for hanging out & meals, plus a great outdoor shower. The house is all one level & super clean. It’s in a quiet area and the beach is still easily accessible w the included parking access. This home will always be our 1st choice when vacationing in EI.

Fun despite Hurricane Debby

We have never been to Emerald Isle. We had a great time exploring and seeing what the area had to offer. The house was perfect for our needs. Our daughter brought her best friend and they loved having their choice of rooms and all the amenities. Hurricane Debby cut our stay short because of my worry about all the rain. I highly recommend this house. So comfortable and well equipped. We will visit again!

Private, quiet, comfortable

We usually stay beach side but we are now rethinking our priorities. This property was very clean, well-equipped, and so peaceful. We love to cook and the recently updated kitchen was perfectly apportioned for big dinners and quick lunches. The updates in the master bath were thoughtful and convenient. The double cherries on top of it all was the private beach parking and beach access, and the super-fast responses to any and all questions we had (which were very few) thanks to the clear communications from the owner. We look forward to booking again!

Great property and loved the location.

We had a great vacation at Emerald Isle and a big part of the reason was this beach house and easy access to the beach. We normally stay oceanfront, and we were a little hesitant. While no need to be. The location of the home is in a great neighborhood and the parking at the beach was easy and always available. The home was clean, with modern/updated bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the back deck. With all the shade from the trees, the deck was always cool and relaxing when getting back from the beach. Heather was great to work with and always got right back with answers to questions. I would recommend the property and we plan on staying again when we return to Emerald Isle.

Best vacation in the books

First of, this house was beautiful and super spacious. Towels, kitchen essentials, etc were all provided and ready when we arrived. Walking to the beach is easy, as well as driving to the beach. Stores are close, mini golf nearby, go karts, perfect for your kidsos enjoyment 😌 The outdoor patio was also very nice, along with the outdoor shower to wash all the sand off after beach travels. The air conditioning in the home itself was superior and would freeze you out, so it was nice coming home in the super hot weather to cool off. The owner has good communication and is nearby to respond to messages. We had an amazing time, and would most definitely book this stay again. Thanks heather for such a great vacation and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! 💙 See you next year!

Love this place!!!

First, don't be worried that this property isn't on the ocean, because the house, location, and owner are awesome!!! A short walk to the sound area, with a pier and benches are great for watching the beautiful NC sunsets, another short walk to the highway and you're at the best breakfast/coffee place on the island, as well as a great donut shop! As for the beach, this neighborhood has a dedicated beach access, and even there during the 4th, there were plenty of parking spaces, a great, well maintained walkway to the beach, which is close to the pier, but without the crowds! The house itself is wonderful, plenty of space, and lots of updates, and one of my favorite things is the outdoor hot shower! If you stay, please be sure to give this a try, believe me you'll be sold! Heather is awesome, and even on a holiday is always accessible to help with any issues you might have! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Clean home, conveniently located

This house suited the needs of my family of six perfectly. The clean, spacious bedrooms and additional sun room with futon allowed for room for us to spread out. We definitely used the new TVs after sun-drenched days at the beach (sometimes simultaneously!) The private parking lot with beach access was very convenient and never crowded. Our kids loved using the extensive bike paths with a tandem bike that we rented (Heather, the owner, had a great recommendation for bike rentals that were inexpensive and delivered to the house). Finally, the food highlight for the kids was the Polish Water Ice store at the end of the street which they walked to once a day. My food highlight was Captain's Kitchen Food Truck - unbelievably fresh and delicious seafood. You can find where they will be parked each day on Facebook and it is definitely worth it to track them down!

Wonderful house and great location!!!

This house was absolutely wonderful! Extremely clean, neat, comfortable, had EVERY amenity!!! I can't say enough about how much we loved this house, and the owner is absolutely fantastic to deal with! Super easy check-in, and even easier check-out. About a block from the main road, easy walk to some great food places (Flip Flop Donuts & Circle Pizza are fantastic) and about the same distance in the other direction is a wonderful little Park on the Sound. The private beach parking area was a special treat and everyone was super friendly. For the house, the beds were super comfy, soft sheets (beds were already made!), roomy bathrooms, nice airy open kitchen/dining/living room area, so you never felt crowded. Wonderful sunroom and the back deck was amazing. perfect for that morning coffee! One of the nicest surprises was the outdoor shower - clean, lots of space, and the waterless hot water heater was amazing!! Though traffic on Emerald Drive can be hectic, we were lucky and had no problems. You can't go wrong with this house, and we're already planning our week for next year!

Great stay!

We loved our time at Heather’s house. A lot of thought had been put into what guests might need - fully stocked kitchen with updated/well-kept cookware and appliances, comfortable beds, and a guestbook with lots of helpful information. The outdoor shower was wonderful, as was access to private parking at the beach, which wasn’t super crowded and very close by. Great communication from Heather as well! Highly recommend this house! We look forward to coming back!

Loved many things about this house: Location and convenient to everything on the island, outdoor space to include deck and outdoor shower, sunroom, free ocean front parking. The renovations the owner has completed are nice. Great place for a family vacation!

Beach Getaway

We loved the house and the beach parking was awesome! All you could want within walking distance. Fun fishing on the pier. House is well equipped, great kitchen. Private backyard. Hope to come back soon!

Very pleasant and relaxing 😌

Perfect size house for my wife and I. Clean, new flooring through out. Enjoyed having dinner in the prívate backyard with nice 😊 deck as well as having our coffee in the rocking chairs. My wife rented a bike 🏍 for the week and had fun on her daily bike rides including watching the sunset 🌅.

Privacy is a rarity on the island and you will forget anyone else is on the island when you relax in the back yard.

Ocean front parking is quite rare. Our private gated lot with outdoor shower and bike rack is perfect! Just a block from the pier means, bathroom and convenience store facilities are close by. Walking on the pier is free!

The Cedar Street sound front park is a short 0.2mi walk from the house and is perfect for sunsets against the backdrop of the EI bridge.
