Benjamin`s appartement is the perfect location to venture into the old town of Beaune. We enjoyed a wonderful and quite new years brake, cooked tasty meals in the open kitchen and enjoyed the spacey old rooms with very high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors.
The property description was spot on. The location was within walking distance to everywhere! The property has been recently renovated (within 12 months), to a very high degree. The amenities were great and the property was immaculate.
Benjamin provided great customer service. He was very accommodating, showing us around the town on our arrival, and nothing was too much bother for him. Benjamin was more than happy to assist us with dining options and booking taxi's etc.

A comfortable and beautifully executed remodel in an historic building, with quality fixtures and finishes throughout. Great central location, just steps from an excellent boulangerie for feather-light croissants and pain au chocolat each morning, with good cafes, bistros & restaurants nearby for leisurely lunches and dinners. Don't be put off by the unkempt common area courtyard -- everything is pristine once you enter the flat, which has high beamed ceilings and lots of space. Contemporary fans without blades keep the bedrooms comfortable even when it's hot out. Produce and food shops are nearby if you wish to cook, and there is a Farmer's Market on Saturday that shouldn't be missed. Benjamin was most helpful with recommendations, and has supplied guidebooks for guests to consult. Taxi Pierre Parize makes visits to wineries easy; Chateau Pommard offers tastings and tours of their beautiful establishment.
My family of five enjoyed this spacious apartment. The landlord was very helpful with providing tips, and the parking card was great. The living area and kitchen were large and the bathrooms were fabulous. There were 2.5 baths, which is very rare in European apartments. Two of kids slept on one bedroom, we took the master, and my other child slept in the pull out couch in the living room.
The location was wonderful as well.
Additionally, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay.
I highly recommend this apartment for a family or a group of friends visiting Burgundy.
We were able to sight see and visit wine cellars, and we found fantastic restaurants and shopping.
We had a wonderful 2 day stay in Beaune, the apartment was well updated and the owner met us at the apartment to orient us to the rooms and also pointed out many restaurant options and parking garage. The property was clean and well maintained, recently had refurbished the entire apartment. We look forward to returning to Beaune in the future and spending more time here.
