Le Sarment is a quiet, comfortable and welcoming ground-floor apartment. Next to the ramparts, shops and the town's most attractive wine cellars, and less than 10 minutes' walk from the HĂŽtel Dieu. Equipped kitchen opening onto a lovely dining area, large solid wood table, comfortable living room with sofa and two armchairs, two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with comfortable bedding and private shower rooms. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided. Free shower gel and shampoo. Paid street parking. Free parking nearby (7-minute walk). Visit Beaune on foot from our apartment in a neighborhood steeped in history, close to everything but quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

Excellent apartment in great location

The apartment was well maintained clean and nicely furnished/decorated. It was in the old part of Beaune near the castle and ramparts and a perfect location for getting into the centre-ville. Audrey was a very helpful and informative host - would definitely go back again!

Amazing stay

My friend and I loved our time in Beaune and our stay at Le Sarment. The apartment is beautiful, close to everything that Beaune has to offer, and also very close to free parking so you can explore other areas in Burgundy. I would definitely come back!!

Boozy in Beaune

Three of us spent three nights at Audrey's property and it was perfect. She was wonderfully helpful when we arrived, and the location is perfect...easy walk from the train station and a great patisserie across the street. It's a perfectly quiet location and a 5 minute walk to the heart of Beaune. Highly recommended.

Lots of space, easy parking, great location

Audrey’s apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean. She gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations ( Piqu’Bouef and Au Coq Bleu) that were both excellent. Location is quiet, with a short walk to everything. Highly recommended.

In a quiet section not far from downtown Beaune, easy walking to downtown for shoppings and to the various wine tastings places. Very well-equipped kitchen if you wish to cook and all the amenities you expect if you were staying at home. Host is very communicative and helpful. Please try wine tastings and tour the wine cellar at Maison Champy just across the street from the apartment. You will need to make an appointment on your own with Maison Champy.

A gem that we hated to leave!

Audrey met us at check in and was very fun and lovely, we felt like we knew her for years! There’s a thorough handbook with all the info you need to explore Beaune! Audrey also recommended a second hand store that was amazing! We spent 5 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer. There was parking available right outside the front door and with Audrey’s help we managed to figure out the parking ticket machine. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice Delongi espresso machine!

This is a very lovely 2-room property with a great location. Our rental SUV was a very tight fit into the parking area behind the apartment. We drove a short distance to Monet gardens and the wonderful Baudy Hotel restaurant for dinner as it was too hot to walk. You will receive an email with instructions about the self-check in. The kitchenette is quite cute.

Perfect Location! Wonderful Apartment!

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. Audrey is a warm and gracious hostess. She was very easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with a leak in the bathroom. Audrey worked very quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beaune and would highly recommend this property!

Centrally located, quiet neighborhood

We had an amazing stay at Le Sarment. The apartment is exactly how it is shown in the pics. It is comfy and very quiet and safe. We found paid parking right in front which was very convenient. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by and even a hair salon for a quick wash and blow dry. Communication with Audrey was easy and she was always available. Beaune is ideal for a stay in France, small town and not many tourists. Market day is Saturday so there’s lots of opportunity to mingle with the locals snd buy fresh produce.

Highly Recommend This Lovely Apartment

We were three female family members staying here for 3 nights. We LOVED this apartment and felt very at home straight away. It was very clean, the décor was very tasteful and the furniture comfortable. The location was excellent, it was in the old part of town, with everything just a 4 minute walk away. We were lucky and could always park outside the front door, for a part of that we did have to pay with the parking metre, but it was worth it. Audrey was a lovely host who greeted us when we arrived. If we come back to Beaune we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home and Host!

My husband and I were on a trip to France for our 33rd wedding anniversary. Our cousin lives in Paris, and she traveled with us to Beaune to discover their wine country. Upon arrival the home was immaculate. We met Audrey who could not have been nicer! Prior to our trip she offered recommendations for restaurants to visit while here. We just loved this property. It is in walking distance to everything! Our cousin is planning to go back with her daughter and stay there, and when we go back we will ONLY stay here. We highly, highly recommend this home! Clean and comfortable and in the BEST spot in Beaune!

Beaune vineyards visit

Beaune is a fabulous town and the house is ideally situated and within a very few minutes walk of the centre and station. There is a very good bakery and wine merchant within about 20m. The location is also very quiet. Audrey, our host, was superb. She was very friendly, accommodating, passed on lots of useful information and checked up with us the day after our arrival to check all was fine. This was very much appreciated. The house itself was spotless with a high standard of fixtures and fittings and all that you really need. Just one point to note - there is only 1 toilet which is separate from the en suites which do not have a toilet. Apart from that, all is terrific. I would definitely return here is I was ever in Beaune again.

Quiet, Handsome, just Beautiful . . .

My goodness, don’t think this place could be improved upon. Beautifully designed, finished, and furnished - top notch, an honor and a pleasure to be a guest in this curated home. Pix don’t do it justice :-) - it’s even better. The owners obviously take tip top care of this place: even the linens were just a joy, a welcome plush reprieve for (a little bit) weary travelers. Location is about a 3 min walk to the active “town”; it’s very quiet, otherwise. No a/c, so we sometimes had windows open. Staying here was a privilege. Communications on our end were tough (phone/email/US/VPN/etc), and yet Audrey was so courteously accommodating and welcoming. What a joy staying here was. Thank you so much, Audrey.

Ideal location & impeccable property

We absolutely loved our 6 days in Beaune - with this wonderful rental property certainly adding to the experience. The thoughtfulness and great communication from Audrey helped make the stay seamless. The little touches Audrey includes make you feel welcomed and at home. We were 2 couples, each with a large bedroom with attached tub or shower and sink. Just a note that the one toilet has it's own room as is very common in Europe and was no problem for us. The large living space and well equipped kitchen with fabulous coffee maker were a treat. Walking in old city of Beaune was easy from here and we just had to move our rental car to free parking for daytime that was a short walk from apartment if we weren't using it to explore further afield. Favourite restaurants are within 1-3 blocks. Enjoy!!
