Willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies in Florida!

Kommen Sie und genießen Sie einige magische Tage in unserem Barra Villa Resort, das für seine anspruchsvolle und verspielte Atmosphäre bekannt ist. Das Resort besteht insgesamt aus 8 schönen Apartments und Studios.

MIAMI SUITE

Studio im Obergeschoss - liebevoll eingerichtete Suite mit ausreichend Platz für ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa für eine dritte Person - separate Sitzecke im Wohn / Schlafzimmer für angenehme Abende - eigene Wohnküche und eigenes Bad - Romantik pur im Sunshine State!

Miami Suite ist ein geräumiges Studio. Wir haben einen zusätzlichen kleinen Loungebereich im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. In diesem Raum können Sie auch den Blick von einem Panoramafenster direkt in den exotischen Vorgarten und die schöne Umgebung genießen. Mit dem beweglichen TV-Board können Sie wählen, ob Sie Musik oder einen Film aus der Lounge oder aus dem Bett genießen möchten.

Aufgrund seiner geräumigen Natur ist unsere Miami Suite ideal für eine kleine Familie mit Kindern. Natürlich ist die Miami Suite mit einem Kinderbett, passenden Laken und Bezügen, einem Baby-Hochstuhl und Babyhandtüchern ausgestattet. Außerdem besteht das Studio aus einem zusätzlichen Stuhlbett für eine dritte (erwachsene) Person.

Die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Sie finden einen großzügigen Küchentisch, eine Bank und Korbsessel. Die ganze Gegend ist komfortabel und einladend.

Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche und ausreichend Handtücher. Natürlich gibt es auch Bettwäsche und Decken im Schlafzimmer.

Wir möchten alle Besucher, die neu verliebt sind, in ihren Flitterwochen oder diejenigen, die schon seit langem verliebt sind, begrüßen! Die Miami Suite ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für Sie!

Rental was clean and nicely appointed. Property manager and owner was very easy to work with as my flight was rescheduled due to weather. I was able to stay for additional two days . Would highly recommend this Vrbo!

Cozy apartment close to everything

I was there for a week to play baseball. The apartment was close to the sports complex, comfortable, clean, and affordable. It is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood too with plenty of parking.

Easy and nice. Really like this place

A/C worked well. Plenty of untinsels and cookware. Bed was good, pillows ok but could be better. Bathroom nice but lots of mold in the shower, yuk. Wi-Fi good. Didn’t get to the pool but did notice it got used. Stay well!

Our Barra Villa Resort unfortunately does not have an elevator but 2 very nice apartments on the first floor which are ideal for guests with limited mobility. When booking just make sure to book the "Apartment Sanibel" or the "Room Naples".

9 Day Visit

One needs to be flexible. The living conditions were okay. The two rooms were clean. There were 17 steps to the studio and there was no heat. A portable radiator was available but was very inadequate. In defense of the owners, nobody was expecting the very cold weather that occurred.

Love it!!!!

I was a little hesitant about picking a place on such short notice for our trip to Fort Myers.. and was worried on the way down, but I have to say...I LOVED EVERYTHING about Barra Villa!!! It's secluded in a perfect place to get to everywhere very easily... Walking distance to a grocery store.. and the neighborhoods surrounding are very nice . I will definitely stay again!!! And I loved the pool in the early mornings, all to myself... It's was a great lil getaway for sure ... ❤️ Thank you so much!!!

Thanks for the review and nice that you enjoyed your stay. Too bad that you gave us only 2 stars. The apartment has 2 room AC's and not a central air conditioner. We had a heatwave during the week with temperatures above 100 ° Fahrenheit. Of course, the small units can't handle that, even the central units have their problems with this kind of outside temperatures. Nevertheless, I think that in most countries of the world people would be happy to have the luxury of cooling their rooms down to 76° Fahrenheit...
