Willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies in Florida!

Verbringen Sie ein paar magische Tage in unserem Barra Villa Resort, das für seine raffinierte und verspielte Atmosphäre bekannt ist. Das Resort besteht aus insgesamt 8 schönen Apartments und Studios.

Studio im Obergeschoss - liebevoll eingerichtete Suite mit ausreichend Platz für ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa für eine dritte Person - separate Sitzecke im Wohn / Schlafzimmer für angenehme Abende - eigene Wohnküche und eigenes Bad - Romantik pur im Sunshine State!

Die Miami Suite ist ein geräumiges Studio. Wir haben einen zusätzlichen kleinen Wohnbereich im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. In diesem Raum können Sie auch die Aussicht aus einem Panoramafenster in den exotischen Vorgarten und die schöne Umgebung genießen. Mit der beweglichen TV-Tafel können Sie wählen, ob Sie Musik oder einen Film im Loungebereich oder vom Bett aus genießen möchten.

Aufgrund ihrer weitläufigen Natur ist unsere Miami Suite ideal für eine kleine Familie mit Kindern. Natürlich ist die Miami Suite mit einem Kinderbett, passenden Bettlaken und Bezügen, einem Babyhochstuhl und Babyhandtüchern ausgestattet. Das Studio besteht auch aus einem zusätzlichen Stuhlbett für eine dritte (erwachsene) Person.

Die Küche ist auch sehr geräumig. Sie finden einen großzügigen Küchentisch, eine Bank und Korbsessel. Die gesamte Anlage ist komfortabel und einladend.

Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche und ausreichend Handtücher. Natürlich gibt es auch Bettwäsche und Bettdecken im Schlafzimmer.

Wir begrüßen alle neu verliebten Besucher, ihre Flitterwochen oder diejenigen, die schon lange verliebt sind! Die Miami Suite ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für Sie!

The host and property manager were extremely accommodating to all of my questions about the property. It is a quaint suite in an older "colonial" style property which was extremely clean and well supplied with everything one would need for cooking and living. Couldn't ask for any better.

Nice condo, well equipped.

Nice location walking distance to Fort Myers downtown, everything available that you need. Easy check in and booking process. Loved the time there.

Great location and pool was nice

Take location is great for walking downtown to bars restaurants. Our suite worked out nicely for three adult women. The electric cords all over did worry us

Such an old house requires a little creativity in terms of electricity supply to each apartment, but there is no need to worry in this regard, as all our apartments are regularly checked ;) However, it is great to hear that you had a good time and we thank you for your feedback.

Perfect hideaway

I stayed here for a week while in town for a baseball tournament. It was roomy for me and having a kitchen allowed my to cook at home most of the time. It is a 10 min walk to the entertainment center of Ft Meyers for some fun times. The property was quiet and the pool was a great escape as well. I’ll book again.

Very good location good accomadations. Toshiba stand alone AC unit was loud throught the stay. Although you kind of get used to it.

Cute, comfy and convenient!

I loved the Miami Suite! It was plenty of room for myself and my travel partner. It was chilly in the suite, as the temps were in the 50s at night. As long as we ran the space heater provided and kept the door shut it was cozy and warm! There were plenty of linens and the space was very clean and accommodating. The property manager was so nice and made herself available if we needed her. Highly recommend and likely will book again.

Great location

This is a charming house in an excellent location - walking distance to downtown and many good restaurants. The apartment is a bit strangely laid out, with a large kitchen but only one light (an overhead), and a BR that serves also as TV room and living room. There were "Sugar Ants" (or Ghost Ants) in the K and Bathroom, and I understand it is a house-wide problem. Not a show stopper though if you want a fine location, with pool and a nice front porch with rockers.

Great price, great stay

The stay was perfect for me. I was looking for something minimal since most of my time would be spent at the beach. It had everything I needed for my stay. Washer, dryer, and a pool! Clean and cute. Perfect distance to Fort Myers Beach and Matlacha and Downtown Fort Myers also has a decent amount to offer! I will be back!

Immaculate!

Everything was as pictured! Very clean and comfy. Management was great owner was responsive and accommodating. I had to add another day to my stay last minute and they helped me add it within the hour! Would definitely recommend this hidden gem and definitely plan on returning! Loved the Miami Suite! The room was just as advertised. It was clean and neat. The only problems were a loose toilet seat, a noisy air-conditioner, and that the shower water took a long time to warm up. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!
