Clean space with everything we needed to stay in for a meal or head out to the beach. Perfect location for heading to the beach. Perfect location for walking to St Armand's circle. Easy drive to Sarasota. Truly enjoyed staying in this unit and the ease of coming and going.

Perfect Location

This lovely condo is the perfect distance from the beach and town. Both are walkable. One of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed in and that is greatly appreciated. No need is overlooked.

Beautiful condo!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo, which has been completely renovated since the hurricanes. It is in a perfect location, one block to Lido Beach and 10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. There is also a free trolley which takes you around Lido Key and into downtown Sarasota. The host is very helpful and always available by phone. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location

The property was as advertised. Quiet location. Easy 2-block walk to the ocean, easy 0.6 mile walk to St. Armands Circle with several great restaurants and shops, 0.25 mile walk to Ted Sperling nature park where there are plenty of kayak tours of the mangrove tunnels. Nice to be able to leave the car at the property and be able to easily walk everywhere. Communications with Mandi were great and she accommodated an early arrival time.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location

Located within a very short walk to Lido beach and public swimming pool, the condo was all that was represented and more. Amenities were above and beyond what most owners provide and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout and condition of the unit. Highly recommended!

Location, location and very clean!

This beautifully decorated villa was a perfect space for a two-week vacation. Less than a two block walk to the beach. Walkable to the shops and restaurants in St. Armands Circle. Two blocks to a kayak tour. The property included a covered parking space. We only drove to the grocery, restaurants downtown Sarasota, and golf. We were very comfortable in the villa. Everything was very clean upon arrival. We had brought our own coffee because in most places coffee is not available the first morning, but there was coffee available here. Also available for us, were towels, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, and many small extras. There were many books and games available to use. We did some cooking, and there were things provided such as bowls, pots and pans, utensils, dishes. The washer/dryer was very useful as we were able to wash clothes during our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were very nice to have as we enjoy sitting at the beach. The door code versus a key is very helpful so we didn't worry about losing a key. My husband had to work while were there, and he was able to use the internet. The only thing that happened that the owners had no control over was the whole building containing all the villas lost internet for a day. The owners were on it immediately calling the internet company and calling to follow up with us. It was a very comfortable place to stay and enjoy our two weeks at Lido Key.

Great vacation condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this condo. Its central location gave us the ability to walk through all of the neighborhoods on Lido and St. Armand's keys and Ted Sperling park at the south end of Lido. The one block walk to the beach was a bonus as well. The condo itself is beautifully furnished, with nice artwork and unexpected decorative details. The kitchen area is compact, but fully equipped. The living area is quite comfortable, and the high ceilings and upstairs loft make it feel spacious. The bathrooms are supplied with plenty of towels and upscale toiletries. The bedrooms have attractive furniture and linens and plenty of closet space. The washer/dryer was quite useful for small loads. The only negative was the bed in the loft - it was squeaky and the mattress was uncomfortable. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again.

2 weeks of Relaxation

We had a great stay in this condo. We were appreciative of having the beach umbrella to compliment our own beach items. The washer/dryer came in handy for our lengthy stay as well. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The proximity to both St. Armand’s Circle and the beach was perfect. We also enjoyed being able to watch a couple of movies during our down time. The only issue we had was that there was not much air flow into the primary bedroom and it was quite warm at night. We purchased an additional fan to make it more comfortable. We didn’t notify the owner of this because there wasn’t anything that could be done. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Sarasota area.

This was a beautiful condo, very well equipped and the location was great. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Definitely able to walk to stores & restaurants if you choose. Washing machine & dryer was a bonus! For us, the only downside was nowhere to sit right outside. ( we were aware of this when we booked it) That to me was the only small downside. I highly recommend this condo!
