Great place!

The location was perfect! We were able ro walk down to restaurants and shops. The pool area was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend ataying here. The only negative comment we have is the unit was a bit musty smelling and the outside pario wasnt well kept.

A nice cozy home

Stayed at this property for 5 days and it was clean, cozy, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. An easy walk to the pier and restaurants. A great parking spot and easy access to the pool.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo met our needs. The only issues we had were that there was mold throughout the dishwasher and there were no sheets for the sofa bed.

Great Experience

The management was super responsive to any issues. The condo is well-kept. We were thankful to have a dog-friendly place to stay. The dog park a block from the unit allowed our pup to get her zoomies out. At 8:30 in the morning we met lots of new friends. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Island is fantastic and highly recommend a visit. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed having a first story condo. I recommend a top story unit if there is a chance other people have small children that run around ALOT. It sounded like a heard of elephants. Overall we would stay again

Beach getaway

Everything was excellent-unit was very clean, communications with property managers was very professional. The only minor glitch was operation of the televisions- there were multiple remotes for each room and it was not intuitive. Not a big deal in the grand scope of things.

2night weekend stay

Very convenient location. Property grounds well maintained.Condo was spacious and adequately stocked. Overall the condo was very clean however 2 dead roaches were found in the kitchen. The vanity lights in the master bath area did not work nor did the electrical outlets at both bathroom vanity areas. When placing linens in the laundry area just before leaving the electrical breaker panel was seen and it appeared that the breaker may have been tripped. We did not tamper with this. Despite these minor inconveniences I would recommend this condo to others.

Good Location

All in all, we did enjoy our stay at Saint Simons. The condo was clean, well equipped, and close to shops and dining. That being said, there were some issues. During our stay, someone parked in our reserved spot for a day/overnight. We contacted the rental agency and they said there was nothing they could do. From the condo above us we heard foot stomping back and forth the entire stay. On our final day, with checkout at 10am, the cleaning crew decided to let themselves into the condo at 8am. Due to these unfortunate events, we would not book this condo again.
