Unser Ferienhaus am Meer liegt zwei Blocks zum schönen Belmar Beach und 4 Blocks zur Main Street. 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und separate Küche. Alles frisch gestrichen mit neuen Möbeln. Es gibt eine Außenterrasse mit Stühlen zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand.

Auf der ersten Etage hat Schlafzimmer 1 ein brandneues Doppelbett. Schlafzimmer 2 hat eine brandneue Voll / Doppel-Kombi-Koje. Schlafzimmer 3 im Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 neue Betten.

Voll ausgestattete Küche, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Flachbildschirm 55 "Smart TV Internet / WLAN. NEU! Zentrale Luft / Wärme.

Parkplätze abseits der Straße für bis zu 3 Autos.

Im Sommer vermieten wir ganze Wochen von Samstag bis Samstag. Dies ist eine ruhige Gegend und sucht nach Familien, die eine tolle Zeit am Strand genießen und die guten Restaurants in Belmar und Umgebung nutzen möchten.

Holzböden, überall neue Möbel, frisch gestrichen. Kinderfreundlich. Bitte keine Haustiere oder Rauchen, auch auf dem Außendeck.

4 Strandabzeichen und Strandtücher während Ihres Aufenthaltes. Bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Bettwäsche und Badetücher mit; alles andere ist da.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie das Vorderhaus mieten. Hinter dem Cottage befindet sich ein separates kleines Gebäude.

Die Nachbarschaft ist überwiegend in Eigenheimen, so dass wir gerne an Erwachsene und Familien vermieten würden. Daher ist es hilfreich, wenn Sie bei Ihrer Anfrage eine Beschreibung Ihrer Gruppe beifügen. Wir möchten die Familien in den umliegenden Häusern respektieren.

The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. We booked the house for my parents and they had an amazing time. The place was immaculate and everything needed was there. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to great restaurants. The neighborhood is full of nice people as well and its not busy. We could not ask for a better experience all around.

We enjoyed our stay in Belmar! The house was lovely and the proximity to the beach was amazing! We had trouble with the HVAC but the owners were very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend this adorable house for a quiet stay on the Jersey shore!

Wonderful Weekend in Belmar

This property was wonderful for our stay in Belmar. It had everything we needed for our family and three young kids to be comfortable. The location to the beach and town was perfect so that we were able to walk everywhere. We were also a short walk away from three fun playgrounds, which was a huge plus! The check-in/check-out process so easy. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful family spot

The location is amazing, Paula is communicative, and the place has a lot of amenities: good quality towels and sheets, nice cookware, plus the outdoor shower and off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space inside, great for a family.

Quintessential Beach House

This is a great house for our family of 5, plus my parents. The layout is open and appliances are all new and worked without a hitch. The beach badges, chairs and toys allowed us to enjoy the beach all week. The mattress was super comfortable, which is a big deal for any traveler! The check in/out process was easy, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Belmar!

Belmar Cottage

This property is as described, two blocks from beach and on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. AC worked perfect but going up the stairs to second floor bedroom was a bit warm but the window unit took care of that. The bathroom and kitchen had everything needed so all we had to do was shop for groceries. Host Paula was attentive to any questions we had and was extremely helpful! We even met the people that live in the units behind the cottage!

Great beach house for family with kids

Property was everything promised and we had a great time with our 3 young children. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the breezy front porch, and having boogie boards to use too. Bathroom was beautiful, although we ended up using the outdoor shower mostly to get the sand off. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

This property has everything you need to enjoy an amazing time at the shore. We brought our kids (8 & 4) and they had the time of their lives. They loved the bunk beds and beach toys. After a full day of activities, it was great to have a big TV to watch movies before they head to bed. The kitchen has all new appliances and the bathroom has been completely renovated. The beds are comfortable and the whole place was spotless clean. The cottage is so close to the beach that we went back and forth for lunch. It’s a quiet street and the neighbors were very pleasant. Lastly, if you have any questions, the property owner is very helpful and responsive. They have an entire binder of info at the cottage so you can get acclimated if it’s your first time to Belmar. Absolutely fantastic value and highly recommend for families with young kids.

We are a family with two children and have been coming down to beautiful Belmar for 10+ years. After renting ourselves, we decided to buy in 2018 to enjoy the beach, restaurants and everything Belmar has to offer.

The location is great, and the trees on the block provide great shade on the front deck.

The house has neat touches, like the built ins in the living room and crown molding through the bedrooms. There is a brand new bathroom and, for Summer 2024, there will be a brand new open kitchen! The close proximity to the beach and the beauty of the immediate neighborhood is a draw.
