We are glad you enjoyed the home. Staying in a $2M home for the price of a small hotel room in Hawaii is tremendous value and KaMilo is one of the favorite communities for travelers. We equip all our homes with higher end beds but preferences on beds can be very subjective. Other guests have asked for the make and model so they could buy the same for their home. KaMilo has a gorgeous 2 acre pool complex with a massive lagoon pool and a separate quiet area lap pool. The pools and fitness are second to none and a main reason guests keep coming back year after year.

We are so happy to hear that Endless Summer was a perfect fit for your group! We have the homes routinely sprayed by a professional pest control company, which may have happened right before your your stay. It's great to hear what a nice time that had and would be delighted to have you back one day!

Thank you for this detailed feedback, and for staying with us twice at this lovely home with only 10 days in between each stay. We value your feedback, which will be shared with our team and the owner. Guest experience is of the utmost importance to us and we are happy that you had a nice stay and value your feedback.

This review is completely false. The guests booked to come over Christmas. It was not illegal to come to Hawaii. Over 2.5 million people have come to Hawaii since October when the State re-opened to travels with the Safe Travels Program. The guests simply didn't want to travel. The guests booked their trip, and at the last minute they asked to cancel since they didn't feel comfortable traveling days before the trip. We had no obligation to work to rebook and refund but we went above and beyond to help out. We opened up the calendar and even with short notice we were able to rebook many of the days and refunded them the full amount that was rebooked. The claim that we booked it and took all their money is an outright fabrication. It is unfortunate that there are such dishonest people. As always it is important to review the majority or reviews to get the real picture. You can see the over 1000 five star reviews across our properties to get the true picture.

We gently suggest starting a load of towels as it really makes it easier for our team when preparing the home for the next arrival, but this is not in any way a requirement.
