Pelican's Nest ist Ihr Zuhause am Strand! Dieses 3-Bett / 3-Badezimmer-Haus verfügt über 1400 Quadratmeter komfortablen Wohnraum, in dem sich Ihre Familie ausbreiten und ihren Urlaub genießen können! Das Haus befindet sich auf 3 Grundstücken und bietet einen riesigen Garten für Kinder zum Spielen und ausreichend Parkplätze für Ihre Familie und Gäste. Great home across from the beach

The house was clean but when walking around when we first got there our feet and socks went black. So, they could have been cleaner. No door upstairs means all that goes on downstairs echos upstairs. Every time the ice drops it echos up the stairs. No black out curtains so when sun was up so were we. We didnt have beach chairs as per the contract nothing could leave the house. Bonfires by company only were 500 and they couldn't get a permit on the weekend so, its something we needed to do prior to arrival. No bikes, no beach towels, no little amentities most beach houses Ive rented have. Overall , a bit restricted and hard to relax, was pretty but wont rent again. Beach access was great too.

The hosts were absolutely fabulous before, during and after our stay. The home is spacious and welcoming with all of the basics. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you’ll need to make a meal. The view from the front porch or the upstairs balcony is amazing- we spent a lot of time just listening to and watching the water and breathing in the salty air. The back yard is private and secluded with a nice fire pit area. This house is in a quiet neighborhood in Sunnyside on the far west end of the beach. We had a truly wonderful stay over winter break and can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Spring break family vacation

This is our fifth or sixth time to the area for spring break with our boys and this was a wonderful stay. Everything you need and right across the street from beach access! Shopping and activities are close yet is far enough from the busy areas so young families can enjoy the quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Perfect Beach Property!

The house was so nice! It was larger than we anticipated as it seemed to look smaller in the pictures. There was more than enough room for our family of 6. The house was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay easy. We loved the blue ribbon wrapped towels and complimentary soaps - this was a really nice touch and gave a welcoming feel. We were all so happy to have the beach access directly across the street, which made for easy beach days. We really loved the Pelican’s Nest and will definitely book this property again!

Great vacation!

The house was perfect for us! My husband, kids (18-18-14) and myself. It’s a quiet and comfortable neighborhood! The walk to the beach was short and easy! Lots of space outside! We had everything that we needed. My husband and I are already talking about coming back on a couples trip!
