TD Villa Luna Trulli with Large Pool

Villa with pool and Trullo.
Stunning villa made of our typical local stones, consist of a “Trullo” and a “Lamia” situated in a dominant and panoramic view. It is completely fenced and has a spacious garden with ornamental plants and a large space with a car parking.
The villa has two double bedrooms, one of them is in the Trullo and its glassed door overlooks the swimming pool. There is also a twin bedded room; bathroom with shower; spacious living room and kitchen with a fireplace. The villa has got all the comforts as well as wi-fi.A large pergola surrounds the front of the property which makes the perfect outdoor area with table and chairs where our guests can enjoy dining outside overlooking the pool and the garden.
There is an equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven for pizza. Bathroom and laundry room. An immaculate garden with lawn goes around the pool area equipped with solarium and sun chairs. Near the pool there is also a shaded area with sofas.
One outside shower dedicated to the pool area. The swimming pool ( 5 x 10 mt.) also features a whirpool and a water jet. The villa is situated at about 4 kms from Castellana Grotte town centre, at 5 kms from Conversano, 12 kms from Polignano, 7 kms from Putignano, 15 kms from Monopoli and 15 kms from Alberobello.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Relatively remote location amongst typical Italian olive grove. Trulli suited our group of 5 with a spacious indoor bathroom supplemented with an outdoor toilet and utility room. Fabulous outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, bbq and gas hobs. Superb large veranda with excellent furniture. The pool was ideally suited for all ages with steps and seating. A fountain adds to the enjoyment of the pool. Would recommend this property to all age groups.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub!

Die Villa bietet für einen Urlaub für 4 Personen (6 Personen wird dann schon eng) alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das besondere Highlight ist die Aussenküche. Dadurch wird die Küche im Haus fast überflüssig. Die Villa bietet Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Überfluss. In einer guten halben Stunde ist man in den Ort gelaufen und hat diverse Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Probleme (Poolpumpe war mal defekt) wurden umgehend behoben. Diverse Ausflugsziele sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

A perfect location for a great stay in Puglia

We liked the area and the many opportunities for beaches, culture, historic experiences, shopping, wining and dining that was in a short distance. We think you should upgrade some of the equipment in the kitchen. And also make a guide and information package for both the house and area.

Un paradiso nell'entroterra pugliese

Villa Luna ha soddisfatto pienamente ogni nostra aspettativa e necessità. Abbiamo trascorso sette giorni all'insegna del benessere. La villa dispone di ampi spazi esterni dove è possibile concedersi momenti di puro relax, ed interni ordinati e confortevoli per tutta la famiglia. Il contesto è talmente bello che si fa fatica a lasciarlo per esplorare i caratteristici paesi circostanti (per cui è necessario essere automuniti). I responsabili di Trulli & Dimore ci hanno accolto e mostrato la struttura con la massima cordialità, restando disponibili per ogni evenienza durante l'intero soggiorno. Pulizia e cura del dettaglio le parole d'ordine. Non è stata la nostra prima vacanza presso quest'agenzia e di certo non sarà l'ultima. Caldamente consigliata.

Exceeded all expectations

A perfect haven of tranquility in the heart of the Puglian countryside. Villa Luna offers a decadent sense of outside space with a variety of outdoor living areas for eating and relaxing. The inviting pool kept the family happy for hours on end. A car is essential to explore the pretty towns a short distance away, including Alberobello, Monopoli and Locorotondo. A little further afield is the unique World Heritage site of Matera. There was nothing we didn't love about this holiday.

lovely villa

Great outdoor facilities and space but would be a bit tight for 6 adults. The beds were too hard and for us a little too far from the sea but good service from the team and great restaurants nearby.

A magical villa in a magical location

Villa Luna is everything you could hope for from a stay in Puglia. The villa is so wonderful that you have to force yourself to leave and explore the wonderful villages in Puglia. The pool is great, as is the outdoor kitchen. From breakfast on the veranda to sundowners on the roof, the villa has all your need for a perfect family vacation. Definitely thinking about going back as soon as we can.

An utterly incredible Villa. Made our Honeymoon!

We arrived at Villa Luna, guided by the extremely helpful girls from the Dimore team, to find an oasis of a Villa. The Trulli is extremely homely with everything that you need but it was the garden, outdoor kitchen, chill out area and incredible pool that made our week so special. Unlike so many Villas these days space clearly wasn't an issue when Luna was designed. At no point do you feel encroached by other Villas around and in fact from the pool there are none in sight. So beautiful was the outdoor cooking arrangements that we ate there every night. Although we were not brave enough to go for the pizza oven but the BBQ was a delight. I couldn't recommend Villa Luna highly enough and we will 100% be trying to come back in the near future. Henry

Great stay at Villa Luna

A great house, extra charming that it has a small trulli connected to the building. The outdoor area was really great. We loved cooking outside and that there was a part of the garden, by the pool, that was in the shade so that you could decide whether you wanted sun or not. Great for our kids. The pool was nice. The service by the team at Trulli di Amore was great!
