Sunseeker wird professionell von Oversee Rentals verwaltet.

Eingebettet in einen Hain aus Magnolien und Pinien ist dieses Haus im neuen Plantagen-Stil Ihr perfekter Zufluchtsort. Wanderwege führen durch zwei Pools, einen Tennisplatz und einen Kinderspielplatz. Genießen Sie das Gefühl von Privatsphäre, während Sie nur wenige Schritte von der Action von 30A entfernt sind.

Nach dem Betreten dieses neu gebauten Hauses werden Sie vorbei an der ersten Etage Königin Gästeschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und TV gehen. Weiter unten in der Halle betreten Sie den offenen Wohnbereich mit Kochküche, Essbereich mit sechs und vier zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen auf der Kücheninsel und im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Familie und verfügt über einen großen LCD-Fernseher mit echtem Surround-Sound-Erlebnis für Filmabende oder das große Spiel. Vor dem Wohnzimmer und durch die Französisch Türen finden Sie eine große abgeschirmten Veranda, um die natürliche Umgebung zu genießen.

Auf der zweiten Etage finden Sie das K��nig Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad mit TV. Zwischen dem Hauptschlafzimmer und dem Gästezimmer befindet sich ein weiterer Wohnraum mit Couch und Flachbildfernseher, ein großartiger Ort zum "wegkommen".

Great House in a Quaint Neighborhood

Beautiful house close to the beach, and the main draws of 30a, but still far enough to remain quiet. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking, sound system was amazing!

Seaside Gem!

We’ve come to Seaside a few times now and this is by far our favorite place! Picture don’t do it justice! Large, spacious and extremely clean. Great vacation for our young family and incredible kitchen for making meals. Would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful!

We had the perfect fall break at this house! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our family for the week. Just a short walk across the street to private beach access or a short drive a little further for public access. Seaside was a short 10 min bike ride away and Publix only a 5 min drive. Great location and a beautiful home!

Wonderful time at your home! The screened in porches were perfect for relaxing out of the sun and while waiting for the tropical storm rains to pass! A short golf cart ride to seaside or the beach! We will be back! Very easy to book and your staff was helpful to answer questions prior to our vacation.

Great, new house! 3 min bike ride to the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunseeker for her 30th birthday! The property managers were prompt to answer our questions and very helpful. Our favorite amenity of Sunseeker was the screened-in porch (both upstairs and downstairs). We also used the bikes that came with the property to ride to the pools and beach. Highly recommend Sunseeker and Oversee property management!

The house was spotless, pools were clean and well manages. The house is in the perfect location from seaside and other top defamations in the area. I would highly suggest renting a golf cart like we did, we only got into our car once. Also Buddy’s seafood market down the road was amazing for carry out shrimp and crab legs!! We hope to return next year!

The kitchen was well stocked with every piece of equipment you could ever want. The screened in porches made a great place to have lunch or read a book on a rainy day.Oversee could not have provided better customer service. We called our 3rd night about 9pm because the AC upstairs was malfunctioning. Oversee called back within minutes and had our problem fixed by 9AM the next morning.The beach access was not far by bike and we enjoyed that the beach was not nearly as crowded as it is if you stay in Watercolor, Seaside, etc.The tiniest suggestion....please provide a full length mirror somewhere in the house! The 3 ladies on the trip were wishing they could check their outfits before leaving for dinner at night!

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The interior amenities seemed a little bare bones. There were no cooking things like olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc that would have been nice to have. I would stay here again though.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are thrilled you enjoyed our property and found it was clean. You're right that we don't provide items like salt, pepper, olive oil and condiments, and we understand how having those on hand can certainly add to the convenience of a stay. We always recommend that guests pick up items if they need more than the starter amenities provided. We hope to have you stay with us again!

Beautiful vacation home!

Loved staying at the Sunseeker! Cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the house is great. Well stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Great screened in porch for reading and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Great vaca

House was perfect location to beach- short walk or bike ride and access point was not crowded at beach. House was very comfortable and perfect layout for our family! Kitchen fully stocked and easy to prepare meals. Great house and vacation!

Perfect house!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very easy rental experience from start to finish!! and the house was great as always.
