Amazing location - Can't beat that view!

I came here to visit family to relax and spend the week working and chilling out. The view is stunning! I didn't need the a/c so cannot speak to summer weather but opening the doors on bay side along with the front door's security screen provided wonderful cross breeze. Shower didn't drain well, but I dealt with it. I will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! This condo is as advertised and clearly run by a thoughtful, professional host. Everything you need is available in the unit or stored on the parking level (ex., beach stuff, bikes). The unit is clean and everything was in working order. The host’s team is proactive and highly communicative. We are a family of four with two younger children and found that the unit worked well for our needs. It was so easy for our family to hang out around Sail Bay and the unit is just a short drive or Uber away from Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Sea World, and Belmont Park (among others). It’s also an easy walk, run, or bike ride away from the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend.

Loved this location! We picked it mainly for the view and it’s right down the street from where our son and girlfriend live. It’s right on the beach at Mission Bay with easy access to restaurants and shopping from the boardwalk and the sunset views were spectacular! The spot is so perfect that our son proposed to his beautiful girlfriend on the balcony while the sun was setting. It was a beautiful moment. We highly recommend this location and will return again!

Waterfront Condo

Beautiful property right on Sail Bay with absolutely stunning views of the Bay. Beautiful Decor inside. Totally comfortable Condo. One could crawl away in the very comfortable bed and stay there. Condo only minutes away from the city of San Diego, and within walking distance of some great Restaurants. Any concerns we had while staying there were addressed in a timely manner by Management. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful Waterfront Condo.

This unit has been recently remodeled and it is great. We loved the views, parking, cleanliness, remodeled kitchen and bath etc. They also stock the place with everything including bikes, a grill, fans, and plenty of kitchen accessories. There is no central air but it is not needed as there is a cool breeze the flows through the condo. Finally, the service was outstanding as well with detailed instructions and information, etc. We loved this place and the experience.

Great location, would visit again

Condo was clean, well kept and beautiful location. The onboarding process was a bit much with the rental agency. I had to complete several questionnaires online, upload documents and then received an extremely long. Including garage codes, lock box codes, condo codes, etc. I kept a copy on my cell for quick access but it was quite the process to enter the condo. Would visit again now that I'm aware of the process, area was peaceful and close to beaches/bars.

Great Location, Needs Some TLC

There are a number of positives about this 4th floor unit. The views of the bay were outstanding; the deck, while small was very comfortable; the living room was equally comfortable as was the bed, and the availability of the bicycles was much appreciated. We did, however, experience a number of minor issues, most of which were maintenance/age related. This condo is in urgent need of some upgrades (mainly bathroom) and TLC. We have passed on our concerns directly to Nancy's Vacation Rentals (who we found to be most helpful and responsive when contacted during our stay).

waking up to this view is what you want!

This little place was the perfect size for my little family. everything about it was comfortable. It was a little warm in the bedroom when we visited, however there was a portable A/C unit available which we only had to use one of the nights. The View is amazing, the patio is the exact place you want to have the early morning coffee. The light breeze coming off the bay, the quiet evenings and the calm water at the beach just outside of the building were great. There are quite a few places in the area to eat within walking distance, and if you want to rent a water toy you can walk or drive across the bay. we miss this place already. one word of warning, if you use the jet tub it will go into purge mode and turn its self on about 20 mins after you drain the tub. second warning, if you stay here you may not want to leave, ever.

Penthouse View

The condo was located with a great southern and westerly views over the serene bay. The narrow sand beach, located directly outside the convenient rear exit, kept the crowds down, with the occasional volleyball games keeping everyone entertained. A boardwalk gave you access to as many miles as you want to walk, run, and bike, along Mission Bay. The unit was very spacious and included all of the conveniences necessary, for our weeklong stay. Bicycles, chairs, Boogie boards, ice chest, umbrella and various beach toys were accessible from the ground level garage storage cabinets. The building is extremely safe and secure, requiring both key and code accesses. The central location on Mission Bay gave you easy access to restaurants in Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Point Loma and not far off Old Towne and Little Italy. Exterior of the building is not indicative of this nicely remodeled and furnished unit We would stay here again.

Beautiful, Peaceful

We completely enjoyed our stay! The view of the bay is fantastic, the people watching on weekends was superb (volleyball, bike riding, roller blading, running, frisbee, etc and sailing, skiing, wake boarding, fishing, kite sailing, etc), so fun. The 2 bikes provided hours of exercise, and exploring for my husband and myself. The king size bed was very comfortable, as was the couch in the living room. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, every appliance, etc was in good working order. The security is extremely tight, with many codes to remember, keys, garage door opener, locks. I did have to call Nancy's vacations as I wasn't able to get in the front door, it was my fault, but it did seem a bit complicated and a drag to have to go through all of those steps to come and go - which we did a lot of! That being said, you definitely have a sense of safety/security! I give this property 5 stars and recommend it highly.

Beach Condo Review - SD Bay

We have mixed emotions about this property. The good: The view is outstanding, great walking trails, décor is lovely and updated as shown in photo and space is great for a small family. The bad: Pacific Beach is a party area and the noise on adjacent balconies, beach and trails at night was constant. Due to no A/C the windows had to be left open so it was impossible to rest with the noise (finally subsided around 2AM each night and appeared to be different kids each time). A small A/C window unit would go a long way in making this more comfortable (stand up units provided blew out fuse). Internet speed is not adequate for work or playing on net (could not research travel options etc). Light switches and lack of light in bathroom was frustrating (had to apply makeup in bedroom). Ease of entering/exiting garage was frustrating. Could be a 4 star rental with some minor tweaks.

Stunning Sunsets! Convenient location!

This was the perfect location to stay when visiting San Diego for the first time, within walking distance to oceanfront and Pacific Beach and within close proximity to all other sights (Balboa Park, Coronado etc). We walked 3-4 miles every day on the boardwalk starting right in front of the condo! The unit was as pictured, very well maintained, clean and comfortable. As noted by other visitors, there are several layers of security, but we had no problem navigating the system, all very well explained and manageable. The mgmt company was super responsive our calls. The only reason we can't give this property 5 stars (would give 4.5 stars if possible) relates to the bikes which we were looking forward to using but required significant effort on our part to make ridable as they obviously hadn't been touched in quite a while. We would highly recommend that you let them know before you arrive if you intend to use their bikes. Hopefully they will have them prepped and ready to go for you. The mgmt did explain that during the pandemic the bike shop that provides maintenance has been closed. That being said, the effort required to get the bikes "ride ready" only required some soap and water, a bike pump (which was missing) and tools to adjust the seats.
