The house was nicely laid out and the beds were very comfortable. However, the house is poorly insulated and the traffic in the evening is quite loud from 10 pm on. college town partying is excessive and non stop from 10 -2 am. The massive construction site is ongoing beginning at 5 am. I have to say the sound machines were much appreciated!Overall a great town with extensive history and charm.

Super quaint place that looks exactly like the photos. LOVED the charm. Clean and spacious. Everything worked. the 24/7 concierge help was a huge help (esp when the smoke alarm battery died at 3am...). It is in historic Charleston so super close to all the restaurants, stores, museums, whatnot. That area is just so adorable. The challenge is that it is in the middle of a construction zone so there is ambient noise during the day (although not horrible). And it is close to King Street where people like to drive loud motorcycles at night (also not horrible if you are a deep sleeper like myself). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. My elderly mom (who was with me)? Not so much.

Great location!

Really enjoyed this place..great location, the bike were a nice addition. The beds were very comfortable which is a must for a goods nights sleep. We really felt very relaxed at this location.

Very comfortable beds. Clean and well decorated space. The neighborhood is a bit transitional though easy waking distance to the northeast end of King St. As of March 2026, construction noise started at 5:30a everyday, not 8am as described in the listing. Also, the toilet basically worked but required some attention to get it to flush correctly. Property manager was responsive and communication was easy.
