Wonderful family vacation

This condo was everything we had hoped for. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are gorgeous, and the condo itself is very spacious. The master bathroom could use a little work, but overall this was a great place to stay!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Loved being steps away from the ocean. Very nice pool area with grills set up for cookouts. Room was very neat and clean but could suggest a couple of rugs to collect all the sand we were bringing in. Would definitely stay here again.

Escape to the beach

Property is located in the Palmetto Dunes. Smaller building that is quiet and a stones throw to the beach. Highly recommend Captains Walk and its ideal location on Hilton Head Island. Gorgeous sunrises!!

Thank you for your review. Please know that you can always call us with any issues - we would have been happy to bring over a new toaster and coffee maker if needed. We did check, the toaster and coffee maker were both operational, however, the coffee maker was beginning to show it's age, so that has been replaced! We wish you would have called to report the water smell as that is not normal and we would have liked to call the water company to check on things as soon as possible. You did call us regarding AC, but reported that the thermostat was showing the temperature was reading where it was set to, indicating there was not an issue. You may have needed to set the temperature to a lower degree to be more comfortable for you. Selena

Captain’s walk. The view says it all.

The view was amazing. The minimalist furnishings in living room doesn’t do justice to the rest of the surroundings. Especially the wall of TV cables. But I would rent it again, just so we could see and hear the ocean from our condo. Also the pool was great.

Happy with my stay

We were looking for a relaxing place to stay on the beach and my parents recommended Captain’s Walk. I was beyond happy when I opened the door to the condo and saw the beautiful ocean through the glass doors in front of me. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. The communication from Sea Turtle was excellent. We knew exactly what to do and which places to go to for bikes, kayaks, whatever we needed. They even included the location of the ER which came in handy later in the week. I will gladly stay here again. I couldn’t ask for better accommodations.

Bathrooms need some work

Renting the property was seamless and staff great. Plastic shower liner had orange soap scum all over it. Also in the bathroom sinks. Bath tub facet dated and difficult to work.

By the end of January, there will be a new dining room table, refrigerator, full/double headboards, and all new mattresses...
