Property has been renovated with very good quality upgrades. Michael was responsive. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly and he responded immediately and got the needed repairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely consider staying here again. The property was very clean and incredibly spacious — perfect for our family. It was well-equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including dishes, cookware, a coffee pot, linens, and thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home.The owner was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which we truly appreciated.The only small hiccup we experienced was with the lockbox, which was a bit tricky to operate. I was told it may be due to corrosion from the salt air. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to allow a little extra patience with upon arrival.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and grateful for such a lovely home. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Beautiful home

We had wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The back yard feels like a little resort that was perfect for relaxing poolside. There is plenty of space both inside and outside to lounge around and relax. We’d definitely book again!

Holiday Trip

We rented the home over the holidays in December and January. Nice location in Tequesta and very close to the south end of Jonathan Dickson State Park. Back yard is big and was great for our two Golden Retrievers. The home is very comfortable and just a short drive to the beaches and restaurants in Jupiter.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful and was just a few minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. There is actually a lot more furniture outside than pictured which was great (lounge chairs, small dining table, chairs around the fire pit). We’d love to come back.

The house is very impressive beautiful decor, the backyard was a dream,too bad it rained 3 days and we couldn't use the pool! If you need to go to Jupiter, Florida this is a good house to rent.

Perfect family getaway

Our family of five with three adult children had a comfortable relaxing week at this well appointed property. The house has everything we wanted or needed to cook nice meals and enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun and has a good location a short drive from beaches, restaurants, stores and activities. The backyard with pool, hot tub, loungers and tiki bar was exceptional. Having beach chairs and boogie boards was great. We will be back, thank you.

Michael was very accommodating to us. We were coming for a baseball tournament at the same time Hurricane Milton hit Florida. He allowed us to switch are dates which helped us out. The home was clean and nicely updated. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We so enjoyed our stay. The House was beautifully appointed, clean. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs. We enjoyed the fire pit one night, and the pool and tiki hut with TV’s were amazing. If I would make any suggestion it would be to improve the well water filtration. It had an odor and washing whites came out dull. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Great Christmas Holiday

The property is close to the beach and hiking trails and has a gorgeous backyard. Biggest negative was that it has hot water tank, pool equipment and other "equipment" outside sharing a wall with the master bedroom. Very hard to sleep with all the noise.

Relaxing Paradise

We had a wonderful week relaxing at this absolutely beautiful home. We travel with two small dogs and they loved the oasis backyard. The house itself is beautifully decorated and designed. We loved everything being on one level. The back doors open onto a tiki covered patio with a beautiful pool, fire pit and hot tub. The backyard is completely fenced with manicured landscaping. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing get away. We hope to return soon.

We had a very pleasant stay at this darling house on a very quiet street. The photos are true to life and everything was new or very recent. The pooland back garden were spotless with plenty of seating outside (and inside for that matter). Instructions for WiFi and TVs were clear and easy to follow. One two very small things to mention in an otherwise perfect stay. The AC unit is located right outside the principle bedroom so if you are a light sleeper, we would recommend earplugs. That said…if we didn’t have the AC, it would be a very unpleasant nights sleep anyway! The bed was very comfortable and plenty of space for folded clothes and hanging space. No lack of hangers and everything matched so it didn’t feel like ‘leftovers’ from another house. The property uses water from a well so it did have a smell to it which is slightly off putting. It didn’t taste funny when brushing teeth but we would recommend buying bottle water for drinking and using the coffee maker. We aren’t from the area so it is possible this is common but it did surprise us. I am glad after our long haul flight we had bottles with us or it might have been an unwanted surprise when turning on the taps. The home has a great layout and everything was in excellent condition. Paradise lives up to it's name

It's always tough to view a property on line and have it look the same "in person". This place is the real deal! Nothing was misrepresented in the pictures, and in fact, the place looked better than the pictures when we arrived and looked around the property. We had 4 adults there for two weeks, and it was perfect for us and we felt very comfortable and enjoyed lounging in the sun by the pool, or a nightly trip to the hot tub to relax. The surrounding area is nice, and we enjoyed multiple daily walks in the vicinity. The house is very clean and the amenities were great. Michael was very attentive and any messages I sent him with questions were returned within minutes. He wants to make sure you are happy with the experience. We look forward to stating again next year

Water treatment needs huge improvement

Paradis was just as described in the pictures and online description. Entire House was very clean and smelled nice upon arrival. Outside pool area was really spacious. Pool has color changing night lights. I would add a pool heater so that it can be used all the time. There were several seating options for outside which was really cool. Rooms were of good size. Master bedroom comforter needs to be replaced ( it has a few stains). There is definitely one reason why we would not rent this house again and it has to do with the water treatment. During our entire stay The water had a foul smell, it smelled like metal. As soon as the faucet was opened the smelled would come again. It was a struggle to brush our teeth, take a shower, cook etc because of this. One more thing, the street where the house was had not even one light pole. It was really dark at night. I wish that the water situation would have been mentioned in the description so we knew what to expect.

Great vacation

There were some shortcomings related to cleanliness and general maintenance that were communicated to the owner directly a few days before our departure. Hopefully most of these issues were addressed prior to the next guests. In all fairness, we did not raise any issues during our stay, not giving the owner the opportunity to correct. We had dogs, spent a lot of time at the location and did not want interruptions to correct the issues we had. Upon arrival we found the hot tub totally drained and running as well as significant debris in the pool. I notified the property manager by phone and texted the owner. The problems were rectified the next day but although I left several phone messages with the contact I never received any return calls explaining how and when the problem would be addressed or how we were finding our stay. The owner did text back regarding the issues but the property manager never picked up the phone to checkin with us. Pool people were great arriving same time Wednesday morning, efficient and friendly. Lawn people were also very considerate although their schedule seemed a bit looser on Thursday mornings. Very little info in the house, only the tv operation and garbage pu schedule (which was incorrect, we finally figured out the real schedule 2 weeks into our stay). General cleanliness was good but second bathroom was a bit neglected. Toooooo many decorative pillows which I suspect ended up on the floor collecting dirt. We stored these pillows in the third bedroom shelf’s vs throwing them on the floor. The yard needs a bit of work, securing the bottom of the fence which had many areas with large sandy gaps. Previous guests, I assume dog owners, had obviously thrown downed coconuts in the holes and dips to block the space. Overall though we enjoyed our month + stay. The house backs Jonathan Dickensen state park and is extremely private.

Hi Joanne, Thanks for the feedback, all small issues were rectified upon your exit. Im still at a loss why you would stay for 30 days and not let anyone know about these small issues. Running a VRBO sometimes you just don't know about certain items until they are brought up. I have found that once they are, usually we can take care of 90% of the items rather quickly or give you a better understanding of why it may be like that. Never the less thank you for your stay and hopefully you have safe travels home.
