Nur wenige Schritte vom weltberühmten Grace Bay Strand entfernt. Ein luxuriöser, erholsamer und sicherer Ort für Paare, Familien und Kinder.

Die Villa liegt versteckt in einer ruhigen Umgebung in einer privaten, geschlossenen Straße mit nur 4 Villen. Colibri Gardens teilt sich 2 Pools, davon 1 größerer Pool mit Sonnendeck und Pavillon und 1 kleinerer Pool, der sich perfekt für Kinder eignet und zum Entspannen einlädt Cocktail. Beide Pools werden von allen 4 Villen gemeinsam genutzt und sind zugänglich.

Dieses geschmackvoll renovierte Ferienhaus bietet 1.500 m² Wohnfläche im Innen- und Außenbereich sowie 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Der geräumige Hauptwohnbereich ist hell und luftig, mit einer offenen Küche und einer Frühstücksbar mit Blick auf den Ess- und Unterhaltungsbereich.

Die Küche verfügt über handgefertigte Holzschränke aus einem Strandhaus mit eleganten Steinplatten, eine praktische Frühstückstheke mit bequemen Barhockern und neue Edelstahlgeräte wie Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit komplettem Besteck, Kochutensilien, Messerblock, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster und allem Komfort einer Gourmetküche zu Hause.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Etagenbett, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einem 40-Zoll-Fernseher und einem eigenen Bad bequem Platz für 4 Personen.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV mit Loveseat und einem Schlafsofa. Die Schiebetür auf der Terrasse führt zur großen und luftigen Veranda, die mit einer komfortablen Lounge und einem Essbereich im Freien ausgestattet ist.

Unser Wohnbereich im Freien verfügt über ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten auf unserem Außensofa und einer Hängematte. Genießen Sie das Frühstück auf unserer Essecke im Freien bei einer kühlen Brise.

WIFI und das komplette Wäscheset sind ohne zusätzliche Kosten enthalten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator, sodass Sie bequem schlafen können. Der Hauptwohnbereich enthält eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage und mehrere Ventilatoren für Ihren Kühlkomfort.

Great stay

The pool was great and private and clean and refreshing after the beach. Grocery and shops and downtown life was walking distance. Ariel is fast and responsive we complained about ac and he fixed it right away. Will def stay here again.

We highly recommend this villa it was very well stocked with towels and dishes. Ariel was the absolute best to communicate with and the villa was in easy walking distance to all shops, beaches and restaurants.

Hidden gem in the heart of Grace Bay

We stayed at Colibri #1 from July 27-August 3, 2024 and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Graceway Gourmet and the Salt Mills. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and many many towels. The plunge pool right outside and the spacious screened in porch were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa, good location, pleasant vibe!

The villa was perfect for our brief visit to the island. Equipped with everything we needed. Loved the intimacy of a small home on the fringes of all the high rises and resorts. Easy walk to endless shops and many restaurants.

Great location - incredible vacation

Had a great week at colibri gardens - the location near the Graceway grocery store, and being just off the street to all the shops/restaurants/resort and beaches of Grace Bay made this an ideal place to rest for 2 couples to stay (considerably cheaper than the big resorts nearby). Ariel was great in making restaurant recs and arranging our boat snorkel tour. Would definitely come back.

Great location for a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful week. We rented a car but also chose to walk to the beach a few times. We loved exploring the whole island and this property is perfect location for that. The property manager and owner were responsive and helpful. Beds are comfortable and we are already recommending it to friends.

Great visit to TCI

Our family stayed at the rental for a week. The house was centrally located and exactly as listed. Laura and Ariel were both very responsive and helpful. The house was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, a wagon and other necessities. They also provided a high chair and pack and play for our toddler, which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great stay!

Great Place to stay for families, close to everything!

My family and I rented Colibri Gardens for Spring Break this year and had a wonderful time! The house was a short walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants as well as multiple beach accesses. Ariel, the property manager was a great resource for tours and taxi transportation. The house itself had everything we needed to cook meals which was great cost savings on the island. Also, the beach supplies (cooler/cart/sun umbrella) were really useful to have and the pool was a wonderful bonus to have in the late afternoons/evenings for the kids. We would rent here again!

Great location

You can’t find a better location - close to shops, grocery store and beach. We did opt to drive to the beach since beach parking was surprisingly easy. The property manager was super helpful setting up a rental car and an excursion. We didn’t end up using the pool because it was farther from the house than we expected and it didn’t look clean. If you want a kitchen and lots of space, it is definitely a great spot.

Exactly as described. Close to the beach and shopping. The house was perfect. There is a pool right outside. The porch was perfect to sit outside. There was construction nearby but if you were inside, you couldnt hear it. Recommend renting a car if you want to go anywhere besides what is close by. We went to some restaurants farther away and it did not disappoint. Quieter beaches are a little farther away also. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed from October 16-21 and our family had a wonderful experience. The locating was very clean and accommodating. The manager was very responsive to calls and any need. This property will be first choice when we return to Grace Bay Area. One suggestion is that a new kettle can be place in the kitchen. Minor details but can enhance someone’s experience. Our family enjoyed the pool along with the babies. The laundry room was a great bonus! Location was close to nice restaurants, beach fun spots etc. Property highly recommended 💯

Quiet and relaxing

Property was just as described. Only issues - a few ants in the bathrooms, and the master bedroom light could not be turned off without also turning off the ceiling fan. The beach towels, wagon, chairs, and shade were great for the beach. There were places to walk to but I would definitely rent a car for ease. Some of our favorite restaurants weren't within walking distance. Make sure you download a map before you get there!!

Grace Bay Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Colibri Villa. The villa was well stocked with beach towels, kitchen utensils, appliances, and pots and pans. Our family enjoyed the screened in porch during the evenings. We rented a car, but it was not needed if your plan is stay in the Grace Bay area. Grace Bay Beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping are all walking distance from the villa. If you want to plan a day trip, Ariel the property manager, can set everything up for you. He was extremely helpful and great with communication. Our family had a wonderful time exploring the Grace Bay area as well as the other beach areas that Ariel recommended. Would definitely recommend!!

Great stay

Took the wife and 2 kids (10 &6) for a week's getaway. Close to everything we wanted to do in Grace Bay; including the grocery store. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, but it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping and most importantly the beach. The whole family really enjoyed the screened in patio. Air conditioners were great, ice chests, chairs, wagon, outside shower to rinse, and the small plunge pool is basically your own pool. I highly recommend staying at this villa as it has plenty of space for the family and use the money you saved on enjoying the island! Renting a car was def the way to go for us. It was rather fun driving on the wrong side of the car in the wrong side of the road.

Loved that the house came with everything you may need from enough toliet paper to dish soap to ample towels (bath and beach) to kitchen utensils to beach chairs and everything in between. The furniture was also very nice and the couch seems to be new since it's not the same one shown in the listing pictures. The location is fabulous because it was in walking distance of many shops, restaurants and Grace Bay. Plus the super market was also incredibly close. My only real issue is that the house needs a real true scrub from ceilings to floors sort of DEEP CLEAN. I am sure it's happened before but you can tell it's been awhile and it's ready for another.

Enjoyed visit but house needs attending to

Area not maintained. Lights didnt work, dishwasher broken, pool not maintained and ran low on water. Shower head broken. No facilty for laundry. Had to ask permission from owners to use. Shutter closed on bedroom windows so no sunlight.

Thanks for your comments And I’m sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations. To be fair, the grounds are maintain twice a week and on a tropical island water quickly evaporates from pools, so it is filled 1-2x as week as needed. Upon inspection, the dishwasher is working fine and the showerhead needs replacement. Unfortunately things break in short term rentals and we need to replace them quickly. The shutters can be opened anytime, you just have to walk around back. Most people like them closed so they can sleep-in in the morning :-) Most importantly yes we do leave our laundry room locked, it was ones wide open for people to use and was often abused. Our property manager will open the laundry room when you need to use it, his response time is very quick.

Fantastic Stay by Grace Bay

We stayed at Colibri Gardens Villa #1 the first week of August and we had a wonderful time. Laura and Ariel were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were always available for questions and responded promptly. We loved the guest house. It was clean, comforable, cool and the location was super convenient! It's quick drive to all the beaches and ammeneties. Grace Bay Gourmet grocery store was less than a 5min walk. There is a laundry machine and dryer on the premise that you can use once during your stay and plenty of towels for your use. The kitchen was very well equiped which we appreciated. The kids loved the pool right next to the house and the screened in verandah was ideal in the evenings to sit outside and not be bitten by bugs and mosquitos. The seven of us had a lovely time at Colibri Gardens Villa #1 and would definitely consider staying there again!

OMG the porch

The screened in porch is incredible. We spent almost all of our time out there. Everything is well stocked for the beach. I really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. Ariel is awesome, super attentive and responsive. Location is walkable to most everything including grocery store. We did have some ants attack the toothbrush holder (once cleaned it did not happen again) and found a couple tiny lizards inside. Really tiny. It’s an older house, and you have to expect that. Or maybe they snuck in when the door was open. With that said, most of the interior (floors, cabinets, tile, countertops, appliances) has been redone and feels like a nice new house. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our 2 children and it did not disappoint. The pictures are exactly how it appears and is tastefully done. The huge porch was fantastic for relaxing and we all could have our space at the end of the day. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. It is very private and quiet and a nice escape. It did seem the driveway was off a service road where trucks would be going fast in the morning but it wasn't really bothersome. The villa comes with everything you need and includes items to take to the beach. Ariel was a huge help to us. We had car trouble as soon as we arrived and he came to us and waited for car company to bring replacement which wasn't big enough to fit all of our luggage and he transported the rest. He is very responsive and helpful. It was great to be away from the crowds of resorts and we would most definitely recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay again!

Comfortable & Convenient home in Provo

Property was spacious, comfortable and close to many restaurants and a grocery store. You CAN walk to the beach, but it's a 10-15 walk and with kids & equipment it can be a bit or a chore. I would definitely recommend renting a car, it's relatively inexpensive compared to the states and it gives you an opportunity to explore other parts of this beautiful island. People were friendly and it's very safe to go pretty much anywhere in Provo. It also allows you to get your gear to the beach. While the beaches are not private, many of the properties to access the beach are private and do not accommodate people walking through. There is a public access nearby, but the parking lot does fill up quickly. If you're not taking much gear to the beach, it's a very manageable walk. It's worth it to have a property off the beach, it's quiet and private. The pool is really the perfect size to take a quick dip, we never even went to the other pool. The house is well appointed and had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and everything you could need was available. We really enjoyed our stay, Ariel was very helpful and responsive as well. We look forward to returning.

We have purchased a beach waggon that fits chairs and umbrellas so the walking trip is much easier to the beach :-)

Pros and Cons

Pros: Location close to restaurants. Standalone cottage with privacy. Open concept with pleasant large screened in porch. Technically by mileage it is a short walk to Grace Bay Beach. BUT be aware that the shortest path to the beach involves - walking down an unpaved sand/dirt road, through a restaurant, across busy Grace Bay Road (lots of traffic, no crosswalk) through shopping and lastly a resort- in order to get to Grace Bay Beach. Not very walkable with small children and carting supplies using a wagon, so we didn’t end up spending as much time on the beach as we would have.Same for grocery shopping- technically walkable down dusty sandy roads but any significant grocery shopping still requires car access. Also misleading- laundry access is tightly regulated (though a laundry fee is built into the cost) Limited to one use during the stay and need to coordinate use with the manager since it’s kept under lock and key-not very family friendly. The larger shared pool among the villas was usable and water was clean, but decking needs maintenance. At the end of the day when you add up all the extra host/cleaning/service fees the nightly rate is almost double the listed nightly rate.The furniture/linens definitely in worn condition and I was flabbergasted I reported a previously broken chair (we didn’t use but found damaged) and showed this to the property manager, that the host charged my card for 250 after checkout-in many years of renting never had this experience before.

The guest was very happy throughout stay UNTIL we discovered the damage to the chair... all of a sudden our property was not upto standard. We literally have brand new furniture in the dining and living area and spent $1000s on upgrades in January. We sincerely go to great lengths to ensure an amazing stay for all BUT some people just cannot be pleased, it's a shame and they won't be welcome back. We have 100's of 5-Star reviews across our platforms and work really hard, these reviews hurt deeply but we will keep moving forward!

Not Quite as Described

Although the property was a short walk to shops/dining/the beach, it looks like this was built in the middle of a pile up from a past hurricane. There are no paved roads to the property, and the address doesn't send you to the right location, but to another closed road that doesn't exist anymore. Taxi drivers couldn't find it either, so we walked to the shopping center each time for a ride. There's also what looks like unfinished construction on the property in the "yard" which is more like a mud pit. The pool was nice, but the host confirmed it was private to the unite, and it wasn't. The unit was clean and nice and we enjoyed the screened in porch very much! But the entire place seemed very tired...old worn out bedding and decor overall, just not what I'm used to in the Caribbean. We also were depending on the host to assist us with taxis, but on the first day I didn't receive a response so we had to figure it out on our own, which was fine, I was just told we could use the host for whatever we needed. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here unless the area around it gets developed. It just looks like it's a house in the middle of past hurricane damage, and the road is very treacherous, which we would have appreciated a heads up on, and accurate directions to the house.
