The short walk to the beach was a perfect distance from this dual unit. Huge plus is there is a clothing store Alvin's Island, a popular beachwear and souvenir store chain and Dollar General right next to it. I would say this place fits 6 women perfectly - enough bathrooms for people to get ready quickly. Ubers only take a few minutes to arrive and it's super close to 30A. The outlet plugs are really loose and hard for things to charge - so be prepared for that.

We stayed for almost 1.5 weeks during the holidays & it was perfect for our family & our dog. The location was amazing as we had daily walks on the beach & even some swim time on some of the warm days we had. The house was well equipped & had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend & would definitely book again.

Exactly what we needed!

Great place for large families.

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a large family, with grown children, this is it. Very clean. Great communication with the managers. Would definitely stay here again I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This was a perfect rental for our family gathering. Because of the two sides of the duplex, people that wanted to do electronic things or TV had the privacy of one side of the duplex , while those that wanted to play board games had the privacy of that side of the duplex. It was the perfect set up. The private pool was an added plus!!
We celebrated my daughter’s 50th birthday - she lives in Mississippi and I live in Georgia- so we met in the middle!!

Home Away From Home

This property was awesome for our huge family. There was room for everyone, even the kids had their own space with games. The pool was clean and maintained throughout the stay. Short walk to the beach and across the street from the outlets! Will certainly stay again!

Fantastic Florida Property, Just what we needed!

Best Trip!

We took a group of 6 15 year old boys on a mom/son beach trip. The property was great. The 2 upstairs living areas were great bc the boys were able to have their own space. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely use her properties for future trips!

Family Vacation 2021

Our experience was wonderful. We really enjoyed the rental. We had lots of room and everything was so super clean and pretty. We wish the pans were better cooking quality but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. The private pool was a big plus for everyone!!! We will be staying again!

Bachelor weekend - Deep sea fishing trip

We enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. House was in perfect shape and seemed to have been recently completely renovated (interior). Very clean. Will definitely consider for next fishing trip!

Great Stay

Very nice clean property. We rented both sides. Recently remodeled. Not too far from the beach. The private pool was worth it. Kitchen upstairs which was a surprise. We would consider staying here again!
