Windy Shores I ist ein 3-stöckiger 18-stöckiger Komplex direkt am Meer. Er befindet sich 1,6 km von Barefoot Landing, dem Alabama Theatre, dem House of Blues und dem Greg Norman Grill entfernt. 5 Minuten Golf auf einer beliebigen Anzahl von Meisterschaftsgolfplätzen, gehobene Küche im Restaurant Row und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Tanger Outlet Mall.

Nur Sekunden vom Strand entfernt, Minuten von guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass Sie mehr Zeit haben, das zu tun, was Sie möchten, wenn Sie nicht auf der Arbeit sind. Wirklich der ideale Ort für jeden Urlaub oder Winter Sabbatical.

Diese wunderschöne, direkt am Meer gelegene Einheit im 1. Stock bietet einen fantastischen freien Blick auf den Atlantik. Es liegt direkt im Herzen von North Myrtle Beach.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer wurde 2013 mit frisch gestrichenen Wänden, neuem Teppich, neuen Mini-Jalousien und wunderschönen Ethan Allan Mahagonimöbeln und Matratzen ausgestattet.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde auch 2013 mit frisch gestrichenen Wänden und einem neuen Kirschschlafzimmer aktualisiert. Das Bett und die Matratze sind voll. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch eine Reihe von Etagenbetten im Jahr 2012 mit neuen Mini-Jalousien gekauft.

Die Küche ist geräumig, komplett ausgestattet, mit neuem Herd, Mikrowelle und Frühstücksbar. Ess- und Wohnbereich sind mit Deckenventilator, neuen Möbeln, neuen Teppichen in der gesamten Wohnung, neuen Keramikfliesen in Küche, Bad und Foyer kombiniert. Ein neuer 46-Zoll-Flachbildschirm wurde 2013 hinzugefügt.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen übergroßen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool am Meer.

Der Pool am Meer verfügt über eine Sonnenterrasse, Liegestühle und eine Außendusche. Kein Warten auf Aufzügen, Balkon hat direkten Zugang zum Pool und Meer. Sehr angenehm.

Das Parken ist vor Ort mit Überlauf ca. 500 Fuß bis 33rd Street.

Great low-key, family oriented location.

Great location and unit for families. The unit and complex was very clean and safe. It was nice to stay somewhere quiet, where everyone abided by basic rules and used common courtesy towards others. Dale is a very straightforward, accommodating host who is easy to communicate with. It was a great vacation spot for our family!

Had a great stay

We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, the view of the beach and dunes from there, and the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo is very homey feeling and everything was as depicted in the listing and pictures. We would definitely stay there again.

I put some new items in the condo in 2023 to make it a little nicer. i also plan on putting a few more things in it for 2024. Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is awesome, pool is excellent (cared for daily) and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The entrance is private which we really liked as it felt like the vacation was just our family. The deck is amazing, great place to sit and read a book.

The private entrance to the pool and beach is why we bought this particular condo almost 40 years ago! The deckwork was was completed last year, the people who did it did a great job. Great view

Really enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill. View of the ocean was amazing from the great patio. Easy access to the beach and pool. Close to everything. A little tricky getting into the bathrooms because of how the doors opened, but they worked. A bit dated but had everything you needed.

Wonderful times at this North Myrtle Beach Condo

Everything was great at this condo. The unit was clean and all appliances worked good. The building was quiet and was located near a dead end street, so not much street traffic. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is on the 1st floor and had easy access to the pool. Our stay was wonderful.

Deck view and proximity to beach can't be beat

We enjoyed our time thoroughly - view of the beach, the spacious patio to enjoy meals, the ease to get to the beach, smaller crowds, and easy access to the pool. Our only disappointment was entering a dusty condo which had seen better days. We spent some time cleaning on the front end because we could tell some things hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

Issue with noise

I don't have a problem with bike week, although the bedrooms are next to the road. During bike week they stay up late with loud bikes and music. Other than that the property is great.

Spring Vacation

The host was very responsive and I would deal with him again without hesitation. The view was great and check in very easy. On the downside the space is much older than it appeared in pictures. Due to the age of things it gave it a look of not being clean but it was. No professional cleaning is done. Would not stay in this unit again due to the amount of carpeting. Dale is wonderful to work with and would see if he has other units.

Home Away From Home

This place was very cute and very comfortable. The furniture and decor was nice. It was not as clean as i prefer, but then again i have OCD. It is a very short drive to all the places Myrtle Beach is known for. The view of the ocean is breath taking. The walk to the ocean was short and with ease. No mounds of sand to walk through. The pictures provided are as they seem. The host was quick to answer when there was an issue to be resolved. I go on vacations every year and i have stayed in many places. This particular place happens to be one of my favorites now. It has a very homey feeling and has everything you should need. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a descent and affordable place to spend a vacation.

Not clean

Was not cleaned prior to our arrival and there were no blankets. The owner did send someone to clean and purchase blankets after we complained. The apartment was in falling into disrepair with pieces missing from the ceiling and trim falling off the walls. Also there was a pile of random unnecessary furniture in one bedroom. Also the dishwasher did not work. The one redeeming quality is the location, it was on the beach and near the pool.

Vrbo WOW!! I am sorry about the cleaning, living away from the property i leave the cleaning to a cleaning company, the only time i know of a problem is when someone complaints. I am glad you alerted me to the problem. Also I sent you back your cleaning fee for the problem so there really should not be an issue. Just so you understand of the 31 weekly rentals I have for 2022, 25 of them are repeat customers from 2021. There were a couple of blankets in the dresser, i guess you needed a few more. hard for me to understand in 100 degree heat, but ok. As for the unit falling into disrepair, the ceiling is a popcorn ceiling, has been repaired over the years, so really don't know what you are talking about. i live there in the winter and know of no trim problems at all! The random furiture in the secord bedroom are a couple of dining room chairs and an telephone or computor table for the kids. The dining room and living area is narrow, so I decided to keep the extra chairs out of everybody's way and put them in there. If the tenant needed them, then they could pull the chairs out and put around the dining room table. The old style telephone table I thought the kids might like to use it for there computor work. Silly me. The dishwasher was broken your week, I had somebody out in May, they ordered the part and installed it in June. Still did not work, then they wanted to charged me a third service call to come back out. I said no and bought a new one from a big box store, it was installed July 6. 12 days after I purchased it. Thats what I call, service. Sorry you did not have a better time. I do agree that the unit needs some work though. I have already bought new appilances for the kitchen and getting prices for new flooring in the living area and bedrooms.

Awesome location near on the beach. Neighbors were friendly and respectful to all. We never heard the neighbors next door or above us. We really enjoyed our time in this condo...it was perfect for our girls trip!

Called the owner in regards to where we put the keys when we leave. He didn’t call back. I also text him and no reply. The place needs cleaned very dusty . Shower faucets difficult to work with . We have the keys with us and will mail him the keys to his Ohio address.

The first time we came down to Myrtle Beach we decided to buy. Currently living in Ohio but spending more and more time on the ocean.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The location of the property. Within 1 mile of Barefoot Landing and Alligator Adventure. Just a couple of miles from Restaurant Row and many championship golf courses. It is right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. It is a small 3 story building with just 18 units, no fighting for elevators or long waits to load or unload and best of all JUST A FEW FEET FROM THE BEACH!!!!

Direct Oceanfront!! First Floor!! Also has direct access to beach and pool from stairwell off off oceanfront patio.
