The Space:

Welcome to Seaside Serenity at Windy Shores - an oceanfront retreat! The unit is in Windy Shores, which is in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is spacious and completely updated so bring the entire family to enjoy the beautiful view!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: **IMPORTANT** Parking is limited to one vehicle on site - this vehicle must park under the building in an assigned spot. Roughly 7 foot clearance. There is additional parking in the complex "offsite lot" which is 100 yards west (away from the ocean) on 33rd Avenue. Parking pass must be displayed here. You will have 2 parking passes (You can park one vehicle onsite and one vehicle offsite, or both vehicles offsite) to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: From the parking lot, take the stairs *Stairs required* to the 2nd floor and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.



Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Large family room area with oceanviews. Plenty of seating!



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with queen bed. Oceanfront balcony access



Bathroom 1 Attached to bedroom 1. *No exterior window



Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed!



Bathroom 2: Bedroom 2 & hallway access.



Balcony: Beautiful oceanfront views. Incredible for sunrises!



Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Open seasonally at HOA discretion.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private - in unit.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool (based on seasonal operation).



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 1.4 miles

🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 4.2 miles

🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 1.8 miles

🍷 Duplin Winery is about 1.9 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the fourth Monday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
