Villa Pure lives up to its name: located in the calm and quiet Bay of Cul de Sac, this stunning and brand new property was designed with great taste, for its guests to enjoy a peaceful stay.

- The Villa -
Villa Pure features 3 bedrooms: a Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms which share a bathroom, and can both be set up either with a king size bed or two twin size beds.

Additionally, one of these bedrooms have a mezzanine with an extra twin size bed.
We provide kayaks, all linens, towels and beach towels, air-conditioning in all rooms and living room, a washing machine / dryer, wifi, and a mid-stay cleaning for stays of 6 nights and more.

- The Bay -

Our stunning Marine Park is a wonderful area for holidays. From your villa, jump on the kayaks (our water access is located 65 feet from your deck and your private beach) and discover two islands, one of which has restaurants and beach chairs (the famous Pinel Island), a large sand bank, snorkeling spots, and so many species of animals: Pelicans, rays, turtles, and a wide variety of birds.

- The Area -
The Villa is located on the north coast of French Saint-Martin, where you will find stunning beaches, many restaurants to choose from (beach bars and night restaurants), a large supermarket, souvenir shops, french bakery, wine and gourmet stores, local fishery, and many activities to choose from, all at a couple minutes drive: boating tours, bareboat rental, parasailing, jet-skis, horse back riding, touristic tours, water sports, rhum tasting, and so much more!

The beaches of Anse Marcel, Grand-Case and Orient Bay are respectively a 4 min, 6 min and 7 min drive from the villa.

- The Managers -
The property managers Nina and Kevin are former Superyacht Captain and Chief Stewardess, and are taking great care of the property and its guests, offering a high level of service and fully dedicated to your wellbeing during your holiday.

Massages, private chef, snorkeling gear rental and tours, restaurants and activities bookings, grocery deliveries.

If you travel with a bigger group, note that Villa Purse shares a fence (that may be partially removed) with Villa Coco, which makes it ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to travel and enjoy their vacation together.
