Totally amazing!

Girls trip!!! The condo was perfect - so spacious and beautiful. We all loved the king beds - very comfortable - and 4.5 baths for 9 women was perfect. The balcony was amazing overlooking the beach and gulf. We spent a lot of time on the beach. Beach set up was easy! The location was perfect. We will definitely look at coming back again!! We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. We had a party of eight and everyone enjoyed themselves. The condo was spacious enough for us to gather in one room, but all the rooms allowed someone to have their own space for some quiet time. The hosts were quick to respond to emails and very helpful with questions. We would stay again, in fact looking into future dates.

This condo is the whole floor. Elevator opens directly into your unit. Wish pool was open to outside and heated more but not bad. Large group with tons of space!

Beautiful property that is in need of updates. Beds were horrible . Linens and pillows need to be replaced. Many left with back problems Dishes were dirty. Ice machine was noisy, sounded like water running all of the time, one key was not useable. Hot tub jets were not working. Would really appreciate a clock or two. Skillet was unusable. Time to upgrade pots and pans

Unexpected visitors

Property could use improvements . Outdoor furniture, on all decks . Bulbs out , We also had pest control to just get off elevator and walk right in on us. Two days later maintenance did the same thing and then exclaimed they should have went to 10 instead of 9 so we were very uneasy after that as to the security as this was absolutely unacceptable!!!! We had stayed in 11 in October of 24 and had no problems so we had no idea this was an issue . There is no way to lock for privacy and only one the people from one floor should be allowed in elevator at a time ,, also no one whether it’s pest control or maintenance should come without notification! This really made us uneasy the entire time so relaxing was not possible. Please exchange the pillows, they are very dirty some with blood stains. This is a gorgeous place with a gorgeous view and should not be spoiled by these things ! Thank you

Perfect Stay!

Our trip consisted of my husband, myself and our 7 adult kids/spouses. It was absolutely perfect with each bedroom having its own master bath and a half bath off of the kitchen/living room. The property was very large and accomodated our large group well for everything from sleeping, bathrooms, kitchen/dining, lounging in the living room and the many balconies off of every room. The views were amazing. The elevator opening up to our condo was a little confusing, there were a few times on our way down that we would stop on another floor to pick up guests, which was their condo, so it was a little awkward, but no problems. The indoor pool was very warm and the hot tub was great! The outdoor pool wasn't heated and the gate between the indoor pool to the outdoor pool wasn't open, that could have been explained a little better in the description, we had expected to be able to go between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool - maybe it was just the time of year and still too cool outside to do that. Anyway, overall stay was great and the propert was exactly what we were looking for for our group. Location was good, about a 1 mile walk to the Hangout and Pier 33 across the street had a great coffee shop upstairs. Would definitely book here again!

This condo had a great layout with huge bedrooms. We had 4 couples staying there and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Would definitely recommend this property!

Family Fun in Sun

This was our second stay at Oceania Gulf Shores. We love staying there because it’s not crowded due to only 14 units. The rooms are large and spacious. Everyone has their own bathroom. And beach is less crowded in that spot because of less families. Our AC had issues but property management handled it. We also like the convenience of being close to everything like grocery stores, restaurants, and Florabama.

Beautiful condo

Our family stayed here for my daughters beach wedding. We held a small after wedding gathering. The condo was plenty big enough for us all. It had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. If there was any negative it was the balcony furniture. We love sitting for hours on the balcony and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, flimsy and sparce for such an exceptional condo. However, this may not matter at all to some. The self check in was extremely easy and much appreciated after a long trip. There is also extra parking available just across the street. This is a lovely place for a family gathering. Plenty enough room for everyone. Highly recommended!!!

Wow does not say enough; it’s GREAT!

Book here if you can soon enough. This property, it’s location, it’s beach and it’s views were outstanding! Our family of 12 had plenty of room, the condo set up lended to everyone having their own space when they needed it but plenty of room to come together which we did often. The building and it’s tenants our week we’re respectful and quiet and I never felt crowded. We brought additional vehicles to park and rented space across the street VERY reasonably from Ike’s. Was not too sure how I would like an elevator opening on our rented condo but the system and your personal security was very good and worked extremely well. The kitchen was well stocked with every need and lent itself to many home cooked meals. Loved the views out each deck, loved the space, love the ammenities, loved the access to the ocean and the buildings very well kept indoor/outdoor pool. The price might be more than one might want to spend, but this property is very, very much worth it. Looking forward to coming back soon. Had ZERO issues while we were there, only true family time and enjoyment with all together.

While the condo was beautiful, it came with problems. The check in procedure is horrible! You have to step over a hole in the ground to get to your lockbox. There is no manager on-site and calling the rental office does you no good. The elevator is suppose to stop only your floor but that was not the case. We had two separate groups open the elevator to our floor and there is no door to stop them from coming in. We had someone parking in our parking space almost the whole time we were there. We called the rental office to no avail. They don’t even return your calls. The TVs kept going out and we called the number on the screen for service. They came the day before we left and they still didn’t work after the repairman left. It says you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner down past 75. If you are a hot blooded person this is not for you. One the plus side it has amazing views and offered the amount of beds and bathrooms we needed. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful condo but the service leaves much to be desired and safety is a concern.

Good for large groups

Property is ideally located in Gulf Shores. Large unit that takes up the entire 9th floor. Odd layout being long, running from the beach to the road. Elevator opens directly into your condo. Beautiful views and very spacious but not appointed or decorated up to luxurious standards. Rates are a little high for the quality of the unit. We enjoyed our stay but won’t rebook unless it’s redecorated and upgraded.
