Das "Creekside Cabana" befindet sich am äußersten östlichen Ende der Insel an einem Gezeitenbach mit phänomenalem Blick auf den Sumpf, das Meer und den Leuchtturm von Morris Island von jedem der vier Decks aus, die dieses Haus bietet. Da der Strand nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist, ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang mit Ihrem Surfbrett, um das Surfen in Follys berühmtem "Washout" zu üben, wo Sie einige der besten Wellen an der Küste von South Carolina erleben oder einfach einen Ort zum Entspannen finden Sand. Bei Flut können Sie eine Kajaktour entlang des Baches direkt vom Krabbendock im Hinterhof unternehmen.

Auf der ersten Etage erwartet Sie ein heller, offener Raum mit Holzböden, einem komfortablen Wohnbereich mit Kamin und Flachbild-TV sowie einem Billardtisch, an dem sich alle Gäste vergnügen können! Darüber hinaus finden Sie einen großen Essbereich mit 12 Plätzen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geräten aus Edelstahl sowie eine Essbar mit 4 Plätzen für jede Menge Unterhaltung. Die geräumige Veranda bietet viel Platz zum Ausbreiten und ist ein beliebter Ort, um am Ende des Tages einen Cocktail zu sich zu nehmen und die Aussicht auf den Sumpf und den Tidal Creek zu genießen. Direkt neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich die erste von 3 Master-Suiten mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Spa-ähnlichen Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche (2017 neu aktualisiert) sowie Zugang zum Vorderdeck mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Strand.

Im Obergeschoss finden Sie die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer. Zwei weitere Master-Suiten, jede mit Queensize-Betten und modernisierten En-Suite-Badezimmern, haben Zugang zum hinteren Deck im zweiten Stock mit einigen der besten Aussichten auf den Sumpf am Folly Beach. Auf der anderen Seite befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad, sowie ein kinderfreundliches Zimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten und einem Gemeinschaftsbad. Mit viel Platz für 12 Personen und Aktivitäten für alle ist dies der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Ausflug zum Strand! Hier finden Sie auch eine Hängematte für faule, ruhige Nachmittage. "Creekside Cabana" beinhaltet eine Stapelwaschmaschine, einen Grillplatz und ausreichend Parkplätze abseits der Straße.

Amazing House

This house was perfect for my four-generation family vacation. The five bedrooms + 5 full bathrooms gave us all the space/amenities we needed. We spent a lot of time on the porches looking at the water and listening to the sound of the surfs. The walk to the beach was a short stroll across the street. This will be a tough vacation to top!

Beautiful home with amazing views

This property was even better than we imagined. Views from both sides of the house from multiple decks. The entire house was well appointed, clean and updated. The beach access was directly across the road and the beach was absolutely beautiful! We didn’t want to leave.

Loved the House!

The house was perfect for our extended family of 9! The fav was the pool and hot tub. The proximity to the beach was great as well! The house is amazingly stocked with pretty much anything you need! Lots of games, kitchen equipment and even had some beach toys. The only downside to the whole trip we’re the mosquitoes…definitely bring bug spray! We would definitely come love to come back!

We communicated during the entirety of our stay regarding the malfunction of the hot tub. It was never fixed. We would like a small refund as the reason for taking this stay was having a hot tub.

The house was everything and more! Exactly what was described. The beds were all so comfortable. the beach was beautiful and very close to the house. If you are a pool person, the Only downfall, the charge to heat the pool per day. We went for spring break in March and it was too cold to go in the pool, but still enjoyed laying by it. Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals, have fun in the house in the evening, and enjoy the beach during the day. The four large decks were great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The location of the house also allowed for quiet relaxation away from the crowds downtown. Our only issue with the house was the electricity, although this could have been an issue with the power to the island. The house lacked consistent power and had issues powering the small air fryer we brought with us. All things considered, we would definitely return to stay here again.

Fantastic House

The house amenities, and proximity to the beach, the views, and so many bedrooms ... I could keep going. It really was a dream of a house if you don't mind being ~30/40 min from Charleston. It was July and we wanted to be CLOSE to the beach, and we couldn't have gotten closer. It was across the street and the pool was a dream. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and there was so much room for everyone. I would go back in a second.

Excellent Home in a Great Location

This is a beautiful house in an ideal location. The ocean is across the street and the marsh is in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything you could need. There was only one issue - the bathrooms needed a deep cleaning. Two of the shower curtains were moldy; the grout was likewise fairly black in places. Otherwise, everything was fabulous and despite the cleanliness issue, I'd rent it again.

Hi Dara - We are glad you liked our home as much as we do. We are very disappointed about the cleaning issue. Due to the issues we had last summer we hired someone who only cleans our house so we have a direct line of communication. Apparently she was out sick before your stay and someone else did the cleaning and failed to notice the state of the shower curtains. In the future you can call the property manager and they will come out and address issues like this. As to the grout issue, maintenance is being sent in to remove and replace it. Once the grout fails the cleaners are not able to get to the mold because it sits behind the grout. In any case - thanks for your feedback - this is the only way we can continually improve our visitors experience. We are searching again for an alternate cleaning service until we get it right and our house gets the 5 star review we think it deserves.

The house was just ok. Not very clean. Many items around the house are worn and need some TLC. For a “luxury” listing, this house did not live up to those standards. It was ok, just not what I was expecting or hoping for.

Where's the Beach

It says the beach entrance is right across the street, wrong !! We never found the one across the street and had to use someones driveway..Then the frig in the kitchen was not cooling properly and we lost food because they did not respond for days ! And you really can't put a kayak in off the dock because the water never comes up high enough... Last thing the pool and the spa were a little disappointing...

Family vacation at Folly

We came to Folly Beach for our son's wedding at the Tides. Had his kids while he and his bride went on a honeymoon. Also had our other son and his family and our daughter and her family. Since they live in NC and we all live in MI, we had a chance to be together longer than a holiday. Spent 7 glorious days there. Just a little rain. Didn't spoil anything since we had plenty of games and movies to choose from. We have rented a lot of homes but never had one so well equipped. The linens were all superior and beds really comfortable. The real life saver was the ice maker. All the decks were well used. Loved having the beach right across the street. This will be a wonderful memory for all of us.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. We loved to hear your comments about the linens, as we decided last year to upgrade to much higher quality sheets and towels and all the beds are made before you arrive so you can start your vacation as soon as you walk in the door.

Stay at Folly beach rental

I was extremley satisfied with location, home, appliances. The photos online did not give the home justice, it was beautiful compared to the pictures. But as for clean, it was dirty and having a baby crawling he was filthy from the floor and lots of dust. Counter tops were not wiped. Other than that I would recomend family and friends and myself to stay there again. But if to do so I will be comlplaining of there cleaning service! I just didn't have time to deal with that, I was there for a wedding and in it and had no time....

We are very sorry about the poor cleaning. We are going to begin the process of looking for a new cleaning service for the next rental season.

Graduation weekend

We rented the house for three days to attend our granddaughters graduation from C of C. The house was everything we expected and more. With a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and an open floor plan we were able to accommodate our party of 12 easily. The ocean view in front and marsh view in back from either a large screened porch or open deck above made for a very nice choice of gathering places, although you have to carry your chair to the open decks. There was a nice assortment of games , DVD's, surf boards and even a kayak. The house was very clean except the floor could have been washed and the mattress in the master bedroom is ready for replacement, I can't speak for the others. My only regret is that we were not staying longer. I would recommend this property. We had a great time.

The bed in the master is a brand new sleep number. May have needed more or less air for comfort.

No beach access

The house is amazing! Love the layout. Love the pool and hot tub. Love the pool table. The views of the marsh and ocean are beautful. However, the photos are misleading. There is a large 4 story house that has been built in the empty lot in front which has cut off the beach access. To get to the beach you have to walk 10 houses down on the busy road to the public beach access. With my 81 year old father this was very difficult. Going back and forth to the house for the bathroom or for lunch etc… was difficult. I will also say this not a house for young children. Lots of steps. The pool is open. The dock out back has no railings and while there are plenty of balconies you would have to be on guard all the time.

Beautiful sunsets

Home was very comfortable for our group of 9. Ample space for all and four decks facing ocean and marsh. This property is not ocean front and there is very little ocean that can be seen from the front decks. A large home is under construction across the street that blocks any view of the ocean. Beach access is not directly across the street since that is now a construction site. Though the home is well appointed, it is in need of a good cleaning. The front screened porch was so dirty, anyone who walked out there immediately had black dirt on their feet. I arrived as the cleaning crew was leaving- there were no beach towels and the floors inside were gritty. We thoroughly enjoyed the back decks for sunset parties with views of the marsh and lighthouse. Not sure I would book this property again. I expected a higher level of service for the price.
