In zentraler Lage in Southampton, mit allen lokalen Annehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen zur Verfügung stehen, ist die Villa bereit, Ihr Zuhause fern von Zuhause zu sein. Die Villa verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer, Kabelfernsehen und das leistungsstärkste WLAN, das die Insel im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung stellen wird! Die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer sorgt dafür, dass Sie kühl bleiben, egal bei welchem Wetter!

Die Villa ist für jeden Mietbedarf gerüstet - kurzfristig oder langfristig! So ist die Küche komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen kompletten Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Sie haben sogar Ihre eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bettwäsche, Strandtücher und Badetücher sind vorhanden. Sie haben Ihre eigene Frühstücksterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, einen vorderen Balkon mit Esstisch und - das Beste von allem - einen wunderschönen Pool mit Liegestühlen und bequemen Acapulco-Stühlen!

Die Villa befindet sich direkt in der Nähe des Fairmont Southampton Hotels, so dass Sie im Grunde eine Hotel- / Strandlage zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten erhalten, was im Sommer oder im Winter ziemlich erstaunlich ist.

Das Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt eine 5-minütige Rollerfahrt entfernt und ist an den meisten Abenden bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. (Allerdings nicht am Sonntag! Sonntags nur bis 19 Uhr!)

Es gibt sogar ein Restaurant an der Ecke, das bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet hat - nicht einmal 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch mehrere Restaurants im Fairmont Southampton, nur eine 5-minütige Rollerfahrt entfernt.

Im Fairmont Southampton können Sie bequem Motorroller und Elektroautos mieten

Muss Treppen steigen - Es gibt ungefähr 25 Stufen bis zur Haustür der Villa.

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Wir haben drei Überwachungskameras nur an der Außenseite unseres Grundstücks. Zwei, die den Weg zu unserem Haus hinaufführen, und eine Videotürklingel an der Tür unseres Hauses.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, pool clean and perfect, and separate unique outdoor spaces made it feel cozy and very functional. Pavaune was responsive and check-in was a breeze. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! I could go on an on about how great this place was.

The house was very nice and accomodated everyone in our party of 11. The kitchen was nicely stocked. However, it could use a couple potholders, and a few more kitchen towels. We had a couple of issues arise, and they were taken care of immediately by Derek. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Horseshoe Bay is beautiful and a must to visit. However, it is a 25 to 30 minute uphill walk in both directions to Horseshoe Bay. It was extremely hot while we were there, so this walk was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, the local people are extremely nice and several offered us rides! The people of Bermuda are wonderful!

The home is lovely and suited my grown family of 7 perfectly. While the weather during our stay wasn’t the most cooperative, the home made up for it in comfort, amenities, and plenty of nooks to enjoy private time or countless areas in which to dine - inner patio, outer deck(s), poolside, and even an upper lookout deck from which we we able to view the GPSail foil sailboat race! Many thanks to Derrick who checked on us during an untimely power outage (only 1.5 hours). Golf at Turtle Hill was a great challenge to the golfers in our group. Waterlot restaurant was an excellent spot for a Mothers Day celebration, hikes on the railway trail, Gibbes Hill lighthouse, and discovering shortcuts to the more secluded beaches attached to Horseshoe Bay were wonderful. We travelled mostly by foot or by taxi van - really appreciated the “Hitch app” for calling taxis (it’s like Uber). The only thing we missed is a decent kettle for heating water (no more heated plastic please!). Many thanks to our hosts - we highly recommend and would love to return.

Our host was very responsive to our requests. Initially, we had to change the dates due to a new flight schedule from BermudAir. We made extensive use of the pool. The layout of the home was ideal for our group of 7 adults and 2 children under 12. The grounds were well groomed and provided stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked to serve all our cooking needs.

The house, the setting and the views from the patios were exceptionally lovely. The pool was also a wonderful feature and the neighborhood charming. The only negatives were a single towel per person for a 4 night stay and the outdoor areas could have been much cleaner. The simple (& typical) gesture of having extra towels for the convenience of guests would have been very much appreciated.

Just to clarify, we standardly leave a hand towel, washcloth, bath towel and pool towel for each guest, as well as provide laundry detergent and a wonderful washer & dryer in-home at our guest’s disposal. We certainly leave much more than one towel. As to the cleanliness of the outdoor areas, I’m not sure what you’re referring to, as we never heard from you on the stay regarding any issues. Our team makes a concerted effort prior to every stay to make the interior and exterior of our property stunning for our guests. In the event that something isn’t meeting standards, I always ask for our guests to reach out during the stay, as we’re always happy to help!

Great stay for a family!

We had a great visit. Our family had 5 adults and one six year old. The location was great, there was plenty of space for all of us and the sunsets were amazing! Amazing stay at Villa at Cedar Brae!

We had a truly amazing trip to the Villa in August 2023. The property was just as described. Very clean and spacious, all the supplies we needed and I can"t say enough about the views! Just stunning. I came with my husband, 7 yr old daughter, my sister and my parents and we had an amazing time. Can't wait to go back!!

This home was in great location. beautiful views as well. house was clean. grocery store was a 5 min walk, Wok express food is great! less than 1 min walk to it. Great access for chargers for our yoyo and twizzy. our family and friends will be coming back for sure! 10 out of 10 for us!

The Villa was awesome. Having a pool was great. The accommodations were clean and as described. The property was way bigger than we expected. The only challenge was getting taxi service on Middle Rd. Suggest learning the bus schedule and buying bus ticket books. Spanish point’s Admiral’s Cave and Clarence Cove were a great find.

Villa at Cedar Brae was a beautiful getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of options for outdoor dining, including an upper veranda with spectacular sunset views over the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to eat in for a night or two.We were a quick scooter ride to all the best beaches. Horseshoe Bay, Jobson’s Cove, and Elbow Beach for snorkeling. Found a hidden gem called Whale Bay beach 10 minutes from the Villa.You can walk to Water Lot Inn which is amazing with impeccable service, but very pricey. Wok Express right around the corner is a less expensive option for take out food. Lots of options there.Host was very responsive and quick to help us. The pool was a game changer. Great happy hours lulling around the salt water pool below the palm trees.Great place! Loved it!

Perfect Family Celebration

We brought our family of 10 to celebrate our 40th Anniversary.and this house was perfect! The many areas inside and outside the home allowed everyone to do what they wanted, our grandsons were in the pool every day. The 10 min.walk to the grocery store was easy and we ate many meals at the house as the kitchen was well equipped. With the bus stop so close, we were able to get to Hamilton, the Dockyards, Crystal Caves, and the beaches. The views from the many terraces were each so beautiful. Pavaune, the owner, answered all my questions and we loved the Villa at Cedar Brae!!

Home Away From Home

Couldn’t have asked for anything more! The grounds are spectacular & the villa could not have accommodated all nine of us better! Horseshoe Bay, our favorite Beach was in walking distance. A little up hill, but great exercise. Also, Wok Express could have not worked out better. Food delicious and they have everything you need from sandwiches to sushi and much more! Also, fyi, grocery store and Mr. Chicken are both in walking distance. We will be back!

It was just what we needed

We are a big family and the space allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. It is steps away from a great little take out restaurant that has everything you could want and only a 10 minute walk to a grocery store. The house has most everything you’d need but it could have used a little higher level of cleaning. It felt more like someone was living there and straightened up but didn’t deep clean like most VRBO’s. Regardless it met our needs and we loved the lovely porches and outdoor spaces.

Great Home for a Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week-long stay for my mother's 70th birthday. The pictures & description do not give justice to the size of the property, particularly the outdoor space - we had a blast cooking dinners at the house and enjoying 4+ different outdoor dining areas, our favorite being the elevated yard & balcony that overlooks the Waterlot Inn bay. We would definitely come back and stay again! Some pros and and potential areas for improvement that come to mind include: Pros: - the size of the space really is fantastic. 5+ distinct outdoor areas to enjoy. With 6 adults and 2 kids we always had plenty of room to spread out - The house was well equipped, which I know can be a difficult undertaking on an island - I appreciate that kitchen staples like spices, condiments, etc. were carried over from prior renters Areas for potential improvement - bath towels were a little threadbare and could use refreshing - the kitchen did not have many serving bowls/platters; not a huge deal as we could just do buffet style out of whatever pot/pan we cooked in, but it would have been nice to have serving plates & a large salad bowls, etc. - given the price, beach chairs & umbrellas to take to the beach would have been nice as not all beaches have rental options, but I understand that can present difficulty in tracking - the house was decently clean on arrival, but some obvious areas (like dark grime in the downstairs master bathroom) were overlooked/missed

Fantastic vacation destination

We spent an incredible 10 days at this amazing property. Lots of living space, great views, multiple outdoor patios and a perfectly situated pool! Easy access to the south shore beaches- we will most definitely come back!

Perfect house for families with older children

We loved the location... Near horseshoe beach and a nice easy drive to dockyard and Hamilton. Will definitely book this property again

Wonderful property

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We are walkers so often walked to beach and grocery store and enjoyed the location. The house has numerous outside areas that we enjoyed throughout the stay. Beautiful house and property.
