Unsere Pawleys Island Haus ist 3.770 Quadratmeter, im Jahr 2017 renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Es ist ein idealer Zufluchtsort für Familien mit Kindern, Paaren und Snowbirds mit Großfamilie. Pawleys Island ist die älteste Küstengemeinde in den USA Unser Eigentum übersieht den szenischen Sumpf und Sie können den Ozean von unserem Hinterhof hören. Es ist eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom Strand entfernt und bietet mehr Privatsphäre und Ruhe als Häuser am Strand. Die Aussicht ist zu jeder Tageszeit atemberaubend, wie Sie auf unseren Fotos sehen können. Wie wir, finden Sie viele Tage den Sumpf über dem Strand.

Excellent Accommodations

This was our third year at the property and it is just beautiful. Great views and excellent layout. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the golf course. Close to all Pawley’s Island golf and restaurants A real gem. We always feel at home at this wonderful house.

Excellent Property and Great Host!

We stayed at this property for a weekend golf trip. The house was great and had an easy to access dock with great views! Very convenient location to courses in the Litchfield/ PI area, and a short drive to the restaurants at Murrells Inlet. Laura was very helpful with check in/ check out instructions, and was easy to contact with any questions we had during our stay!

Great spot with a beautiful view

We were on a work trip in the area, and this was a great place to come home to! We all wished we had more time to really enjoy it. The screened-in porch & rocking chairs were a perfect place to relax after a long day. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed this home. It was big enough that everyone could have there space but had wonderful family areas where we could spend time together as well. The kitchen had everything we needed then some. The dock and hammock were used almost the entire stay. Thank you!

Great Time For Multi-Generational Family Vacation

My family, my sister’s family, and our parents all enjoyed a wonderful week together in this home. Kayaking, yard, and spacious common areas gave us plenty to do with space to spread out. The kitchen was small but well stocked with plates, cups, and cookware (we cooked most nights)

We had the very best family vacation (our first trip to Pawleys Island), communication with our host was impeccable. All necessities were provided to get us started and a fully equipped kitchen made meals easy to prepare. Enjoyed marsh life and was able to explore with the kayaks and canoe. The beach was just a short drive from the house. The fully screened back porch was a wonderful escape to read and enjoy the majesty of this beautiful area. Would love to return.

Lovely family vacation. AAA+

Just a beautiful property with plenty of space for everybody. The home was just as described and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the dock, kayaks/canoe, hammock and back porch. The views, especially at sunrise, were fantastic. Laura was great to deal with and made sure that nothing was lacking. Highly recommend.

A Magical Thanksgiving

On The Water is an amazing property situated on the magical marsh in Pawley's Island. The views are outstanding and the house is very warm and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our family Thanksgiving dinner and the beverage cooler was a plus. The hosts are gracious and readily available to help if needed. We are two families from Charlotte, NC. We have 6 kids between us so the house is kid-friendly and kid-approved. On The Water at Old Tram Way overlooks the marsh of Pawleys Island, SC affectionately referred to as "The Creek" by locals. Pawleys Island is the oldest seaside community in the U.S., dating back to the early 1700s. The privacy and beauty of the marsh give a respite from beach tourism but you're only minutes away from the ocean. We all live in the big city of Charlotte, NC and desired a home away from home to rest, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Friends who retired in this Pawleys Island neighborhood encouraged us to consider this house. The marsh view is spectacular at any time of day whether you're viewing from master suite, main living space, back porch, dock, hammock or swing. We enjoy being away from it all to include all the beach activity of oceanfront homes. The property to our right is undeveloped, conservation land so we enjoy that privacy and quiet. Access to the salt marsh and beach are really the best of two worlds, in our minds. Renters can explore the salt marsh in our 2 2-person kayaks and canoe. The beach is a 10-minute drive away and public beach access parking on Pawleys is free.

We were attracted to the house by views of the marsh. The four of us owners worked hard to bring the indoors up to par with the outdoors. Most of our furniture and all of our beds and mattresses are new. Fresh paint throughout the house and brand new appliances in kitchen and laundry closet. One of our owners is a talented artist and her landscape paintings are hung throughout the house. The decor is current and stylish and feels more like your own newly decorated home than a beach rental house. The neighborhood is very quiet and most residents are retired and do not rent their homes out. After driving 2 miles off Highway 17, you take sandy unpaved road to our house. It is always a relief to settle in and a struggle to leave this special spot.
