Excellent and quick communication with Rene throughout the entire process, even through the hurricane and 1 day delay of our trip. This condo is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. We would stay here again!

I could not ask for a better stay. Beautiful, homey, everything you could need was there. I would definitely like to stay there again. Love the building, parking and the view. 5 stars easy.

Great condo with the signature Regency Isle large balcony. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped. Rene provided extras like books, puzzles, and cozy throws. Cute, colorful decor. We will be back!

Great place. Beautiful beach front with huge outdoor patio for lounging and dolphin watching. Owner communication went above and beyond! Highly recommended!!

Loved this condo! Spacious, had everything we could possibly need, was clean, and a great location. Very comfortable bed and the balcony is the best part! It’s large with amazing beach views. The host is amazing to work with, very responsive! We will be back!

Best place in the beach got better!

We stay here every year and love this place. It’s close to shops and restaurants with an amazing view. The place was already updated but they made even more upgrades this year! We are already planning our trip for next year!

The condo was perfect for our family. Great location, easy to get to. Great view! The board games and building blocks was a huge hit with our kids. We loved every minute of our stay!

Spring Break

The condo was very well stocked and clean. The beach was quiet for spring break, which we loved. We watched dolphins on the huge balcony. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Love the Regency Isle!

We stay at the RI every year. This was our first time in this particular unit and it was awesome. Rene had everything we needed while there. Will definitely reserve this unit again

Spring break

Very nice, kitchen well stocked with everything you would need..plenty of movies and games for the grandkids to play with. Beach and pool areas were very nice. Will come back again.

Great place

We enjoyed our beach week with family. Unit was perfect and very clean. Had a little issue with washing machine which Renee was very accommodating in getting things resolved. Lots of extras and will stay here again.

I can’t say enough about how Rene did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She has excellent communication and I highly recommend staying at any of her properties. The location was amazing. The pool was perfect for my almost 2-year old.

Rene was very nice and accommodating. Communications were excellent -- informative and timely. The condo itself was very clean. Furnishings, fixtures, appliances, etc., are up-to-date and very nice. It was nice to have the extra touches like books, puzzles, etc. Would definitely choose this unit again for future beach trips. Thanks, Rene!
