Das Regency Isle 608 ist ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Bädern im 6. Stock mit Blick auf die weißen Sandstrände und den Golf von Mexiko. Genießen Sie diese schöne Aussicht vom großen, 300 m² großen Balkon. Der Balkon ist sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa und einen 59-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Die komplett eingerichtete Küche verfügt über Granitplatten, eine große Frühstücksbar, eine begehbare Speisekammer und eine Bartresen. Es gibt auch ein halbes Bad und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Gartenwanne und eine separate, ebenerdige Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Etagenbetten, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad.

The views and balcony totally amazing and worth every penny. The unit was a bit dated and could use a major deep cleaning. The primary bathroom really needs some cleaning and updating, but the jacuzzi was very nice. The property was great and so easy to get luggage in and out and to the beach with ease. The check in is a bit late and the check out really early. It was also a negative that as soon as we checked in, I started getting multiple texts about checking out. I didn’t feel the constant reminders were necessary. We only stayed two days and I received a text before I even arrived that someone would be coming to do routine maintenace on one of my two days. That also seemed a bit unnecessary given the fact that check out was earlier than most- maybe that could have been scheduled during that time. I also would recommend some basic things like a hair dryer and kleenex as these are bare expectations at every other VRBO. Overall, I would stay at this condo again.

Apologies for the early checkout time and for the excessive texts and maintenance scheduling during your stay. We’ll review our messaging cadence and coordinate maintenance timing better so it’s less intrusive, and we’ll look into check‑in/out window options with building management. Adding basics like a hair dryer and tissues is a good call — we’ll stock those going forward. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates if you’d like us to follow up. Beautiful View!!!

The property was excellent. Nice having 2 1/2 bathrooms. The distance to the beach was the perfect distance/walk. Balcony was so perfect. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The ice maker at the wet bar was so appreciated!!. The only thing missing was a screen door on the living room sliding door. Beautiful place. Would definitely return!

Awesome place and awesome location!

We lucked out and were able to book this for a last minute vacation with the family. Very clean. The location is awesome (about a half mile from the Flora-Bama) and 2 miles from the bridge and Publix. The only issue we had was the coffee pot stopped working on the 2nd day - but after I sent an email, a new coffee pot was delivered in about 90 minutes (and on a Sunday). I would definitely stay here again!

Beach getaway

We've been staying at the regency Isle condo for the last four summer vacation in different unit with different property Management. This year we chose liquid life. Everything was wonderful plus the checkout time is an hour later than the other company. Will definitely choose liquid life again next summer!

Spring Break 2021

This unit was very nice and clean. Everything was as advertised. We had a few small issues that were no fault of Liquid Life. They answered the phone quickly and addressed the situations quickly and nicely. I would definitely book this condo again.

Great condo

Condo overall was absolutely wonderful EXCEPT the primary bed was awful. One side was visibly sagging. I wouldnt stay again unless it was replaced. Balcony needs a good scrubbing. Beautiful views and great condo.
