Willkommen bei Wave a Wand, einem brandneuen, modernen, eleganten Cottage mit 1 Schlafzimmer im ersten Block der Savannah Street. Wave a Wand ist doppelt so groß wie die meisten FerienhĂ€user in Seaside.

Das Wave a Wand verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen ausgewiesenen privaten Parkplatz, einen FahrradtrĂ€ger und eine Holzterrasse, die an einer Reihe blĂŒhender Azaleen vorbei zur einladenden möblierten Veranda fĂŒhrt. Beim Betreten fĂ€llt das stilvolle, komfortable Wohnzimmer mit luxuriösen Möbeln und einem großen Bildschirm-TV mit TiVo-Funktion auf. Auf der anderen Seite des offenen Wohnzimmers befindet sich eine komplett moderne KĂŒche mit einer zentralen Insel und einer Bar. Angrenzend an die KĂŒche befindet sich ein Essbereich, der von Fenstern umgeben ist, die einen Tageslichteinfall ermöglichen.

Im ersten Stock befinden sich auch eine separate Speisekammer, individuelle KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke, speziell angefertigte KĂŒcheninseln und ein halbes Bad fĂŒr die GĂ€ste. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein Queen-Master-Schlafzimmer mit DoppeltĂŒren zu einem privaten Balkon und einem eigenen, luxuriösen Master-Bad. Das herrliche Hauptbadezimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine ummantelte Glasdusche, MarmorwĂ€nde, Fenster mit Tageslicht und eine Regendusche. Der Queen-Balkon mit Blick auf ein Baumdach ist der perfekte Ort fĂŒr Ihren Morgenkaffee oder einen Ort, an dem Sie sich mit einem Nachmittagsbuch entspannen können.

So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This guest cottage is newer construction and a large space. It was accommodating yet could be improved. For it to have a full kitchen the supply of kitchen tools was inadequate and the blender sub par. The bedroom linens were not the quality I would expect, maybe they were minimized due to covid precautions, but I have slept on better linens in a hospital. One of the things we look for when selecting a cottage is for amenities like a washer/dryer. The dryer stopped working on our 2nd day, the maintenance/repair folks continued to disturb our stay even after we asked to just be left alone. Homeowner's Collection did make arrangements for us to dry the wet clothes at another cottage, which was an okay solution. For it to be newer construction there could have been more thoughtful design and things like USB receptacles would have been a nice addition, along with some patio furniture on the upstairs patio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wave-a-Wand is a beautiful property in a perfect location. We were in love the minute we stepped in the door. But a cockroach encounter the first night was disturbing. We thought it was a onetime occurrence, but the next morning another appeared in a different location. And so it continued. They were both the small and large types and made their appearance upstairs and downstairs. Hopefully, it has been remedied as we had several discussions with the management company who seemed to think it was not a big deal. But, as beautiful as it is, we would not return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time renting this property. We’ve rented other homes before and this one definitely provided the majority of what creates the comfort of home away from home. We stay in quite a bit for meals at the beach (don’t want to miss a minute of that gorgeous sand and ocean) and loved the kitchen and storage in the pantry. It has been our favorite rental so far! The dryer wasn’t working while we were there and we’d like to make sure it is before booking again. A washer/dryer while at the beach is a must for me.

We normally stay a little more tucked back into Seaside, but loved how it was just steps to both the town square and beach access. We also loved the white, clean crisp ambiance of the decor and will definitely be back.

Perfect couple's retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wave A Wand is the cutest and overall nicest one bedroom cottage that we have stayed in! And we have stayed in several in Seaside. It was very clean and comfortable. In a great location. The management company responded quickly to any requests. You can't beat being at Great Southern for happy hour or dinner in minutes and having the Modica Market a few minutes away! This was our second stay in this cottage and we will certainly be back!
