Komm und bleib für einen Monat! Unser neu erbautes privates, zeitgemäßes Studio befindet sich gegenüber dem Strand und verfügt über einen kleinen Wohnbereich, einen Essbereich, eine Küche und einen komfortablen Schlafbereich.

Es hat Gewölbedecken mit einem offenen Gefühl. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa und Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und den Gaskamin.

Die Küche mit ihren schönen Granittheken ist sowohl zum Essbereich als auch zum Wohnzimmer hin offen. Es verfügt über maßgefertigte Schränke und Geräte aus Edelstahl.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem brandneuen California King Bett ausgestattet. Sie haben auch Zugang zum Whirlpool und zur Dachterrasse des Besitzers mit einer Gas-Feuerstelle, wo Sie sich entspannen und den Ozean sehen und manchmal Wale und Delfine sehen können!

Das Anwesen ist schön vom Bordstein bis zum Zaun angelegt. Das Studio hat einen privaten Zugang. Auf dem kleinen Terrassentisch können Sie die Morgensonne genießen und Ihren eigenen kleinen Gasgrill.

Unser Haus ist eine lizenzierte Ferienwohnung in Morro Bay.

Perfect location and wonderful guest house

Everything about this property worked perfectly for us. Cleanliness is so important to me, and this place was so clean that it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed time on the beach that was super close. We loved the town of Morro Bay. Such a quiet, peaceful town. Bed was comfy, we had plenty of towels, and everything else we could possibly need. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting us!!

Beautiful studio, uncomfortable bed

This studio apartment is beautiful, well designed, well appointed, with tasteful top of the line finishes, soft towels, and has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Except a comfortable bed. The king size is great, but the mattress itself is too firm, sags deeply on each side, and the bed creaks loudly when you move. Having clearly made such a large investment in the construction of this place, and done a superb job, why would they not invest in a high quality comfortable mattress? A true Head scratcher. The other issue with this place is that you have to walk through the yard of the main house, where other guests stay. Very awkward. It would be great if the owners could figure out a way to make the entrance private. Owners are responsive and fixed the WiFi quickly when we had an issue. Despite the bed and awkward entrance we had a nice stay and give four stars.

Great place and location!

Super well designed and the layout is spacious and relaxing. I loved the hot tub and the view from the roof deck! Great location, quiet but convenient to all. Host was very lovely and hospitable, generous with paper products etc. Hope to return!

Cannot say enough great things!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way up to San Francisco and we could not have picked a better spot. As soon as you arrive you know this host is a pro. She thought of everything we could need and more. We loved this property so much, it was a great location, beautiful guest house and handy amenities. Being able to use the bikes and hot tub were so appreciated. We were so comfortable here and wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely be back if we get the chance! Perfect Spot for Two

This spot is great for couples with a cozy bed, fire place, large shower and well stocked kitchen. It was perfectly maintained, private and had everything we needed. Check in/out was very simple and stress free. With easy access from the main highway and close proximity to many surrounding areas the studio is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

Property was just as described. Appreciated the many little touches to make our stay more comfortable, including some basic food items like butter and condiments. Cookware was just what we heeded too. My only suggestion would be to provide the manual or basic instructions on using the washer and dryer. We figured it out with the help of the internet, and they worked just fine. Bed was comfortable and the off street parking spot was great! Also really loved being able to walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Charming Bungalow by the Sea

Modern, cozy studio steps from the ocean. Such a beautiful place. Studio was well appointed and comfy with a fireplace and hot tub. It was in a great location, near the ocean, close to The Rock and for getting around, in general. We enjoyed hiking, biking, sightseeing and watching the cute Sea Otters in the bay, Elephant Seals on the beach, Cambria and wine tours in Paso Roble. Marlene was a wonderful host. There was a bottle of wine and gourmet coffee waiting for us upon our arrival. She let us use her bikes and was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing we would do differently is stayed longer! We look forward to going back, again.

The hosts are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The unit is modern, well equipped and in a great location (one block from the beach). The photos don’t do it justice. We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO/AirB&B properties and this one was by far the best. 5 stars all the way.

Marlene and I are both retired and have three boys with two living overseas. The third lives in Seattle, Washington. We really enjoy traveling to visit them. We like to meet your guests to make sure they are comfortable in our home before we leave Morro Bay.

Morro Bay is a great place for many outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, kayaking and surfing. Our beach is perfect for walking or running too! Afterwards take a short drive to town for a drink or dinner at one of the many restaurants along the water. One of our favorites if it is a nice sunny afternoon is Dockside on the embarcadero for barbecued oysters!
