Offering two beautiful lakefront cottages for weekly rental. Perfect for the summer months with your family and friends!! May - October availability. Front house offers 5 bedrooms (1 downstairs)/2 full baths and small house sleeps 5 with one full bath. Cottages can be rented together or separate. Both homes are ideally located in lovely Maple Springs situated in the middle of Lake Chautauqua- houses offer a quaint community setting and are also walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlors and famous Midway Park. Private dock available for cottages with the ability to accommodate a boat. Both houses rent from Saturday to Saturday from May through October. Large house rents for $475/night; Small house, $200/night. Minimum rental - one week.

Another Great Vacation Week!

Beautiful sunsets, fishing off the dock, s'mores at the campfire, coffee on the front porch, walks to Midway amusement park... a Great Vacation spot!

Lovely Sunsets

Wonderful to watch sunsets and fish off the dock. Nice house with big bedrooms. Definitely cottage vibe. Would encourage some more comfortable furniture in the living room- especially for older family members!

Grandma time!

Came back to cottage with 7 & 9 y old grandsons and 25 yo niece. Had a wonderful time with perfect weather. Boys loved the lake, dock, fishing with uncle. Had visits from local family and friends. My favorite place. Hosts are very attentive and kind. Thank you!!!

The Cottage of your Childhood

Great front porch- across the street from the lake. Fun fishing off the docks. Wonderful sunsets. Bedrooms nice sizes. We also rented the little house for more space- the bedrooms there are connected so worked well for parents and children. Some of the furniture in the big house could use some updating to make it more comfortable and easier for older people to use.

Chautauqua vacation

Great location, cottage was what you would expect for a lake cottage. Lighting was poor with many burned out bulbs. Strongly suggest cleaning heating units and turning them on once in a while, Turned them on once but turned them back off because of the smell. Also could use a new coffee maker, very slow. Over all we had a very nice stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Hi Jack, Thank you for staying with us. We check the lights on a weekly basis with our cleaning staff; however, unfortunately if any light bulbs burn out, there are new bulbs in the cabinet on the back porch. Additionally, that is a new keurig in the kitchen where you stayed - so I am surprised if it worked slowly. I will check it out. Heaters are cleaned yearly; however, again, since we have had so much hot weather, perhaps this was the first time that they were on all summer. I will check that as well. Thank you again for your stay.

Location Location Location!

The Property was in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the ‘large cabin’ and check in and out was very easy as was communication with the host. We had a boat with us and used the dock every day. The boat dock was excellent and made keeping our boat with us very easy. The cabin itself was dated and in need of some upgrades. The windows need window coverings especially in the bedrooms. In general the cabin could use a good cleaning from top to bottom and better pest control. We killed many small spiders while we were there. Finally having to supply our own sheets and towels was an inconvenience we won’t look for again.

Great location, Maple Springs is nice quiet part of the lake...almost no traffic a Great Vacation spot. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunsets, coffee on the front porch across the street from the lake, walks to Midway amusement park... Dock was fantastic. Check in and out was very easy as was communication with the host. We had a boat with us and used the dock every day. The boat dock was excellent and made keeping our boat with us very easy. Bedrooms nice sizes. In general the house could use a good cleaning from top to bottom. Lighting was poor. Also could use a new 10 cup coffee maker, very slow. Finally having to supply our own sheets and towels was an inconvenience we won’t look for again. Some of the furniture in the big house could use some updating to make it more comfortable and easier for older people to use.

Peaceful Easy Feeling

Maple Springs is friendly, super quiet, a really nice place to walk a dog. The larger house accommodated five adults comfortably. We were across from the lake with a dock. Big comfy front porch and spacious living and kitchen area.

Favorite place

Quaint cottages were perfect for family gathering. Lots of room, beautiful front porch with view of lake and stunning sunsets. Met and chatted with homeowners. Very gracious, almost like family. Close to Midway Park, fun for 2 and 4 year old. Will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location for a lake vacation

This property was great for our lake vacation. We were able to bring our kayaks, paddle hoards and dock a rented pontoon boat. Very quaint community. Beautiful porch and dock with views if the lake!
