This room and experience was amazing! It was all even better than we expected and was an amazing value. Our kids loved the pools and amenities on the resort. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. It had amazing views, and was an awesome location close to so many things and places, the beach included. We could not have been happier with the experience and are so excited to do it again especially now that we know just how amazing this resort is!

Host unresponsive, check in process awful, no one let you know where to park it wasn’t included in the check in package, the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work, no basic necessities provided in the condo and for what you pay that’s ridiculous. Not worth the price at all just having some coffee available in the condo would have made it much better. Didn’t even have extra toilet paper not even some salt and pepper. Check in process is located about 10 minutes from the condo so you have to go way out of your way to even get room keys. The package also stated that two parking passes are provided and only one was so we had to pay an extra 25 for a pass that was supposed to be provided. 0/10 would definitely not recommend. Also don’t request a late check out you have to pay an extra 50 for only an hour change.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Caribe resort, and we absolutely love all the amenities the resort has. This condo is in a great location with views of the beach and lazy river and pools. However this condo desperately needs updating. There are huge red stains in both smaller bedrooms and a huge chunk of carpet pad missing from the primary bedroom. The toilet in one of the bedrooms ran constantly and the ceiling fan in the other bedroom clicked all night. Minor inconveniences but also things that could be easily fixed. Based on previous reviews, these things have been an issue for quite awhile. There’s a huge balcony with a tiny table that seats 4. Nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. So everyone couldn’t sit on the balcony at the same time. The living room couches and rug are worn and ready to be replaced. This condo feels like the listing pictures were taken years ago and nothing has been updated since then for standard wear and tear. This condo has lots of potential but needs some updates.

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the location and amenities were excellent. The only minor issues were that the dryer didn’t dry very well and the smoke detector battery needed changing. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo and location

There were a few maintenance problems when we got there that were addressed.

Had a great time!

aside from the not so sunny weather, we had a great trip. Condo was clean and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Only thing I would like to see, would be a drop box for the keys on site!

So wonderful!

We came to Orange beach with my three kids and Father in Law. We each had our own bathroom and a HUGE kitchen to keep making our own meals. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook easily. The place was clean and very comfortable for all of us. Check in was great and the condo we stayed in had 3 HUGE pools and water slides. We had everything to keep our three boys busy and the adults could relax! It was great. The separate ice maker was a great suprise!
