Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We incurred problems with the dryer. It was unclear as to what we were suppose to do with the water in the pan, etc. It was making too much condensation.There were not enough wine glasses and dinner knives. Porch light was not working.Front door knob was causing problems.

We stayed at this property for one week and loved it. Condo was spacious and clean when we arrived. Some beach items are on the patio to use which was very nice. We would definitely recommend this property for your next family trip!

The resort and the room were WONDERFUL! We had a family of 8 and had plenty of space in this room. The views of the ocean and harbor were beautiful. The pools at Caribe, the trolley to the beach boardwalk, and the service were all outstanding. The pictures of the room were spot on with what we experienced upon arrival. My family and I will look to book this exact room for our next trip to Orange Beach!!

An Overall Wonderful Time!

Myself, my husband and three children stayed here along with my brother-in-law's family of 5. It was the perfect amount of room for all 10 of us. Even though the balcony overlooks the parking lot, you have a beautiful view of the ocean beyond that. There is PLENTY of seating on the balcony, and even a deck box with some beach toys. On the other side of the balcony you can see the bay and the boat docks. Bring your fishing rods! The kitchen was pretty well equipped (minus a corkscrew). We would definitely stay there again!All that being said there were a few minor issues:(None of these are deal-breakers at all) The internet is unreliable. Both the resort internet and the condo internet kept going in and out all week. (mostly out)The TV only has cable channels, and not many apps for us to sign into for the kids to watch at night. (Luckily there was a Spongebob marathon each night. :)) The main sliding glass door in the living room is very hard to open. It kept getting stuck on the track, so we ended up using the doors in the rooms instead. The deadbolt on the front door automatically engages BEFORE you close the door, so you have to play with the handle to get the door to close. The hook on the door to the bunk room is broken off, so it's hard to open and close for privacy. The landline wasn't working (wouldn't normally be an issue, but we needed an extra parking pass for a guest, and had to call security from a landline inside the building)

Location was awesome host I found to be very rude and not hospitable condo lacked love. Arrived couch was stained dirty everywhere and covered in hair clumps. Ashes all out back on balcony broken chair out back broken garbage disposal jacuzzi tub doesn’t work microwave has to be held shut to start black mold poorly painted over remotes didn’t work did not have batteries Host offered to send cleaners out again right after we got there but said couch would be wet. We could use it then for hrs. I went with 5 teen girls. Some stayed in room at times alone I could not have random men go up there without me there. The excuse I got over and over again was that the rental has had no break in time between rents. It got to point to were I didn’t even want to talk to host cause they were not accommodating

Caribe was fun!!!

The condo was clean and had lots of amenities. The pools were fun but had lots of sand in them. The sliding glass fire going out onto the balcony was so hard to open it made going out to sit on the balcony not worth it. The space was listed as having two couches that made into beds and that was false. It needs to be fixed in the description because it is deceptive and we had to buy air mattresses. Overall our family had a great time. We will recommend it to our family and friends but they need to be more truthful on how many it will truly sleep.

Huge Condo! Beautiful views!

We had a fantastic stay at the Aqua Vacations 3bd condo at Caribe Resort! The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with stunning views of the Gulf and bay. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly responsive. Great for boaters, too! Highly recommend for a family vacation!

The resort had everything & more!

The condo was perfect for 2 huge families; 4 adults and 10 children ranging from 17 to 3, plenty of room and everything we needed! The resort offered so many fun activities, even during the rain! We will definitely book again.

Condo great, host help horrible!

The property itself is older but very nice. Everything you could need to enjoy your stay is on the property. We have no complaints or changes needed to the property itself. My biggest and most concerning issue is the help from hostess. We arrived and the ac did not work. Middle of spring break it’s hot outside and there’s no ac. We messaged the hat option for the host, no response until a day or so later. We call the number to call the host, apparently they are just a managing property company, who every time we called. No matter what information we gave them could find our reservation or even the location. But it was the same number they called and left a message from before we came. We finally had to go through vrbo every time to get someone to tell them ac had to be fixed. First night and day no ac. When we finally got ahold of someone, well vrbo did and did a three way call they couldn’t tell us when it could be fixed just that they left a message w the maintenance people it needed to be done. The vrbo representative was even trying to fight on our behalf to get the problem resolved asking to speak to someone higher up and what else could do. It’s a great place, but will never stay again because of the communication or lack of for the condo itself.

Location

The unit is a bit out of date and has some plumbing issues but okay for a short getaway. Close proximity to the beach and access to multiple pools is a plus. Plenty of activities in the area.
