Everything about this house was great. The listing was accurate, the house was clean and comfortable( except for the couch, its a little worn but was spacious), the water park was a nice add and its very close to Disney. We will come back when we are in the area again.

The house was amazing and the private pool was amazing too. The location was so close to the clubhouse we were very happy with our visit. I was a little surprised about the lack of cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Not enough dish soap or paper towels plus only one kitchen hand towel was surprising other than that I was very happy the house was clean and very comfortable for my eight family members.

The property was wonderful. could have used a couple more serving bowls, there was only one small one. The pool heater wasn't working when we arrived. Contacted Dennis and he called the service people. It took a couple days to get fixed and we were refunded the money back that we paid for the pool heat. Dennis was great and helped with everything that we had questions about. we had a couple elderly people in our group and it would have been nice to have handrails going in to the pool and hot tub. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we were within walking distance of the clubhouse area.

We booked this property specifically because the listing said ‘brand new’ But I’d guess it’s 10-15 years old. TVs are very outdated. Volume doesn’t work on the TV in the master downstairs. The carpet had a cringe factor, it was crunchy, stained and worn to the plywood in some places.Cons- The home had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. And the pool was very warm (we did pay for heat) And the master upstairs is very large! Check in was easy as well as check out. The home is also extremely close to the clubhouse/pool/lazy river which was nice.The home seemed clean on the surface, but the longer we were there it felt less clean as far as deep clean & upkeep. And had a slight smell (I think it’s the old crunchy carpets) Both master shower doors leaked water horribly when we showered. And it was highly inconvenient that we couldn’t watch TV because it wouldn’t work. And the couch is very hard and uncomfortable and worn badly.The pool is also pretty small which was ok for us as we only had 6 people. But if we had more it would be cramped.Overall the home was ‘ok’ but I was really disappointed and bothered by the blatant lie in the listing stating it as brand new. Because of that, the outdated/worn/broken things were way more annoying then if we went in with a different expectation.

This is a great location if you are coming for the parks however we were not happy with the pool- I paid the 35 for the heat but it never worked. The hot tub was freezing cold water and the size of the pool is very deceiving in the photos- there was 10 of us and no way would we have been able to fit in the pool. However we couldn’t even use the pool and this was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The place was also not very clean. Overall if location is most important it is a great location but cleanliness and pool convenience and a few other minor things inside were not great

Beautiful vacation

Everything was amazing. Very clean and home fitting. Just wish the hot tub outside was warm.

Amazing Experience

Easy to book. Beautiful spacious house. Nice neighborhood and peaceful. We had comfortable stay.
