Wonderful!

Just as advertised! Check in was a breeze and the communication via text was very convenient. Nice facility, lovely condo, easy parking, great pools & hot tubs - very clean and warm! Best of all, the gulf beach was amazing! Great balcony / seating.

Great week on the beach

Everything was clean and the management team were there quickly after we contacted them about very minor issues. We were right on the beach. I was able to sit with my coffee on the balcony and see dolphins nearly every morning! We were within walking distance of ice cream, mini golf , and several restaurants! We stay at this complex every year! It does not disappoint!

Great time

Condo was wonderful! Plenty of room, great views, loved the spacious patio with plenty of seating. Plenty of cooking utensils ect. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Slept well on the mattresses, we had a good stay.

Good Trip

The location was great! The condo was perfect size for a family. The condo is in need of some repairs. The coffee table, headboards of two beds, ice maker in fridge were a few that we noticed immediately. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella on beach are nice, but you have to hope you get down to the beach in time to claim them because they are not guaranteed. Those were the only negatives we experienced. Other than that it was a great trip and we would return to stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful& clean condo- bring a hair dryer though because there is not one in the unit. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also if you plan to cook there is not a spice one in the condo (typically a salt/pepper shaker is atleast available ) Beach service is horrible!! You get a complimentary set but that will only get you a middle or back row selection- can only get front row if you pay for another set. The building itself was extremely clean and but if you drive a tall vehicle the parking garage is less than ideal!

Thanks for the feedback, We are delighted the condo (the part we are responsible for) met or exceeded your expectations! As you might imagine, we hear feedback about spices on occasion. We made the decision not to leave spices in the units simply because we have no way to verify what is in the spices, if they've been tampered with, etc. I appreciate the feedback about the beach service. This service is contracted by the homeowner's association and we have no control over it. I will pass along these concerns to the HOA manager. Thanks again for the feedback.

We were so fortunate!The 36" doors and wide entry and hall made it very accessible for wheel chair and walker.You need all of your own temporary handicap supplies but we always travel with just incase.For you gals who blow dry your hair you'll need to bring your own. The location is the best. Walk the beach for lunch or shops. Many great eating places and if you just want a little Mom and Pop place try Mary's Kitchen on Eglin by the Winn Dixie. Home style meals and great homemade pie! We have stayed at other condos in Azure including a corner one this by far the best for our needs.Very nice complex. Friendly staff and residents.

Beautiful view but units needs some TLC

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit did fit the space needed for 9 people. We loved the balcony and view. The freezer door was very hard to close and we found out the next day are found dud not stay frozen. Texted the manager and it was fixed immediately. Also repaired were the two sinks in MB which needed unclogged. Suggest painting the unit, maybe new carpet and most important the bathtub in the Queen BR was high and no safety bars. This is dangerous for seniors. I would rate this unit average and that’s only because of the great view and balcony.

Could have been perfect!

After driving 9+ hours to get here we were very tired. The covers were turned down on the bed and a large dark spot could be seen beneath the sheet so we took the sheet off. There was about a 4”x6” fresh blood stain on the mattress pad. Very unbelievable that we had paid this much money and drove this far and our vacation start like this. The manager was called and we were told the housekeeper didn’t know what to do because he didn’t have another mattress pad and there was a washing machine in the condo! So he left it and put clean sheets over it. He had a 40 min drive to get the sheets to us. So that sent everyone in a tailspin Of stripping every bed of its linens and washing them because we didn’t trust housekeeping. This made for a very late night for all of us including our grandchildren who were exhausted and very irritable at this point. Finally we all get to bed and the first coffee cup we pull out has something grainy in the bottom of it which prompted us to put every dish and pot and pan thru the dishwasher before using them. Junk food for breakfast because again we didn’t trust the housekeeping. We could have called but at this point why? Should not have happened in the first place. The dirty cup probably would have never been an issue. We would have just picked up another one but the blood issue that could contaminate with who knows what was too much. Finally we go on the beach and have a good time. We have always rented units with a jacuzzi because of arthritis issues so I fill the tub up, crawl in and jacuzzi doesn’t work. There was a picture hanging in the hall that fell off and hit the floor every time a bedroom or bathroom door was shut. We finally took it off the wall until we left. While asleep on Wednesday night we woke up to a big thud and a metal leaf sculpture had fallen off the wall onto our nightstand. The nail had fell out of the wall so I just propped it up on the night stand and left it. Ice maker in fridge dumped ice everywhere and freezer missing shelves. I’ve never complained in my life about where i stayed but this really rattled all of us. Again we probably would have overlooked everything else if not for the blood episode and feel that this was very negligent being both my daughters are in the medical profession. This doesn’t have to be posted because we wish no ill will on this beautiful place or its owners. We just wanted you to know our concerns so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you

As we informed the guest, we are deeply sorry for the cleaning issue that they experienced. We have since hired a new cleaning crew and inspector to insure this will not happen again. The guest even admitted this condo is one of the nicest units they have ever stayed in (as previous reviews confirm).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the cleanest beach rental we've ever stayed in - and we've stayed in a LOT! The unit is exactly as shown in the photos and the view is amazing. Our top two criteria for rentals are: 1. cleanliness and 2. a balcony with a great view and ample seating. This unit met both criteria and then some. The kitchen in super clean and organized - we found everything we needed for multiple meals, except a pizza cutter. The bathrooms were clean and the bedding was clean and comfortable. We used the den as an additional bedroom (wonderful option) and there were tons of extra blankets for the sofa bed and other beds. We had a toilet overflow during our stay and the maintenance and housekeeping staff came immediately to clean up and do a quick repair - they were fabulous! There is a great ice cream shop right across the street (attached to the putt putt golf) that we walked to twice - don't miss the nice, shaded deck with picnic tables to the side of the building. We also walked right across the street to Stewby's for dinner two nights during our stay and it was delicious. If you wait until closer to closing time, the line is much shorter. The beach is a very short walk from the pool deck and the daily chairs/umbrella were a wonderful plus. The pools and hot tubs were exceptionally clean as was the onsite gym. There is a little wear in some of the bedroom carpets/living room furniture, but overall this unit is a gem. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a party of 8 adults and one infant which would be the maximum number of adults for this unit. I would stay were again and recommend the unit to other families looking to rent this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth condo we've stayed in at Azure and it's by far, the best one. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the whole family. The furnishings were in great condition. Loved the balcony and the adirondack furniture on it. We will definitely stay here again.

Great trip

Azure is a great place to stay. We have been staying at Azure since it opened. It’s a great place for kids and adults. Great experience over all. Will be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Condo was very Nice! The only complaint we had was the master bedroom comforter had dirty spots on it. I called & reported it & they were going to try to get exchanged that day & I told them I wanted to let them know before next guests arrived. Other than that it was perfect!!
