The pool started messing up the day before we left, I called the office(very late in the evening), and she reported it to maintenance. They were going to come out the next morning to fix it and we were leaving. Very quick to respond to my call though. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this unit to family or friends. All amenities are within a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait until next year to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect size for a family of 4! The cabin is wonderfully maintained with everything that you need and great extras. The pool room, the game room, and hot tub are great giving everyone something to enjoy. Elk Springs does a great job of keeping everything clean and well-maintained. I love the little extras that the cleaning crew does with the towels. Customer service is dependable and I love that they check on you once you've had a chance to settle in.
