Welcome to Are We Bear Yet?, your cozy retreat in the heart of the Smokies! Located in the serene Alpine Mountain Village Resort in Pigeon Forge, this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin is perfect for up to 4 guests, offering a rustic ambiance with modern comforts just 1 mile from the Parkway. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and additional queen sleeper sofas in the loft and living room provide extra space for relaxation or sleeping. Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring or cozy up by the seasonal gas fireplace, available from October 1st through April 1st. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

As a guest of Alpine Mountain Village Resort, you'll also have access to two seasonal pools, perfect for summertime fun. With parking for two vehicles and a location just minutes from top attractions like The Island, Dollywood, and an array of restaurants and shops, this cabin combines convenience with tranquility. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the deck, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or an evening by the seasonal (Oct 1 - April 1) gas fireplace, Are We Bear Yet? offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience for your Smoky Mountain getaway.

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Maintenance discovered that a previous guests moved the HDMI cable from the TV to the DVR player and didn't return the cables as expected. This is what was causing the snowy TV reception. We thought the cabin was beautiful. We loved that it was a 2 story and game room and pool table were up there. The location was nice and we walked around the area alot. We plan to stay there again next year.

We really enjoyed our time here! The location was perfect in terms of quickly navigating the area. All amenities were perfect (hot tub, jacuzzi, and patio areas) for enjoying time with a significant other. We definitely plan to return to this area and possibly this property in the future!

Honeymoon Stay

My wife and I were up for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the short drive to Gatlinburg and the many options for food in the area. A must stop in and try is the Diner. 100% will be back with our son soon.

Great getaway

Loved it , exceeded our expectations immensely . The only negative thing I could say is that the pics made the property look more secluded , but was still a great stay. Cabin is well maintained , well stocked , and very clean .
