Beide Schlafzimmer haben Premium 3 "Matratzenauflagen, die vor kurzem für ultimativen Komfort und Entspannung hinzugefügt wurden.

Diese Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad bietet Platz für sechs Personen und verfügt über ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Kürzlich aktualisierte Geräte wie Waschmaschine / Trockner, Mikrowelle und Eismaschine. 3 Flachbildfernseher, darunter ein 32-Zoll-Smart-TV an der Wand im Wohnzimmer und ein 32-Zoll-Smart-TV in Schlafzimmer 1 für NETFLIX, HULU usw. auf eigene Rechnung. 1 DVD. KOSTENLOSES WLAN. Bettwäsche ist:

Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Stadt, nur 2, 0 Meilen westlich von Highway 59, direkt am Strand. Kleiner, privater Poolbereich direkt gegenüber dieser Wohnung.

Parken für zwei Autos direkt unter dieser Wohnung im ersten Stock. Kein privater Balkon, aber große Brise zum Sitzen, nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt.

Convenience Store / Beach Mart ('Waves') mit großartigem Restaurant und einem Paketladen direkt gegenüber.

Gemeinsame / öffentliche Decksbereiche zur Ansicht. Grillplatz auch (keine Grills zur Verfügung gestellt). Nichtraucher-Einheit. Übergroße Fahrzeuge passen nicht auf den Parkplatz. Auf dem Gelände sind keine Anhänger, Hochhubwagen, Boote usw. gestattet. Bei Transportern mit Dachgepäckträger oder höheren Fahrzeugen mit Dachgepäckträger müssen die Gepäckträger entfernt werden, damit sie in Parklücken passen.

Overall it was a great place. The rooms were small, but it was perfect for my son and I. We had a great time making memories and would stay here again. The only downside, you are right next to the road, so at times, the traffic noise can be a little loud.

Close to Beach

This property is definitely dated buttttt it is clean and everything worked. Water pressure is AWESOME in the shower. If you are wanting a base camp to return to in the evenings while you explore the Beach and everything that Gulf Shores has to offer then this is your place. Close to town but far enough away to feel a little secluded. This is our second time we have stayed at this location and it does exactly what we want at an affordable price.

On the beach

We enjoyed being close to the beach. The unit was a perfect size and very clean. If you do not mind chipped dishes and peeling paint, it is pretty comfortable. Outside noise was a concern for me. Garbage being picked up outside our door at 5 am twice a week.

To our reader, please know this guest contacted us at checkout to say it was not clean. This was simply untrue. Regrettably, she was looking for compensation. When the outcome was not what she wanted (no compensation) she left us this poor rating. We had the unit inspected prior to their arrival and it was clean and ready for their stay. This is a cute beach side condo and ready to welcome you!

109 has Outdated furnishings

Ceiling fans were noisey and wobbly and one even stopped working while we slept. Terrible mattress in one of the bedrooms. Bedroom furniture was outdated and covered with wall paper. The 109 condo needs to be updated.

Cozy and as advertised

After renting for 3 years at Sunrise Village, I have to say that I think the owners of any of the rentals should spend a little money for bed upgrades. Most uncomfortable beds, ever. Upon arrival, I could hardly get the key to work at first and thought that we were given the wrong keys, only to discover that the door knob is loose and needs to be held steady so that you can unlock the door. We rent late in October for peace and quiet, but the neighbors were there to party. I know that there are several property managers so not sure what can be done with people who don't rent from the same company. It was just aggravating. Other than that- I truly love the beach area and the little Condo was nicely kept.

2nd trip to the gulf shore

it’s was a good place to stay the pool wasn’t big but it worked. the room was good just wasn’t clean good before we got there. someone had left a shoe under one of the tv stands and they was food left u see it so they didn’t sweep..but over all it was a good place to stay..

Good location, shorter walk to a much less crowded beach

The unit is old and small, but works if your goal is to be at the beach all day. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. The a/c, washer, dryer and appliances work. The bathroom is tiny but good water pressure. If you are wanting to sit on a balcony and watch the ocean from your beautiful beach condo, this is not the place to go. It’s good for sleeping, showering, and has a little kitchenette with a small to almost full sized refrigerator. We went with multiple families who stayed at condos in Orange beach and two miles up the strip. This condo was smaller and older, however, had the best beach of all the locations.

Little butt on the beach

I say little butt because you better have a little butt to fit on this toilet in this small small bathroom they've got the toilet turned sideways all smoking has to be done by a stinky dumpster. Small is the theme here including the public pool although it is nice if you get it alone, you have to make a slightly longer walk down the beach to set up any canopies due to apparently some lawn chair company has rights even right in front of condo. Convenience store and ice cream and restaurant right across the street, which you will need considering the ice maker doesn't work. It's not bad just not great considering after you pay verbo and cleaning fee it's a little high

This unit has new living room furniture and is a great beach side condo. Please let us know what you would like to see upgraded; the owners just replaced the living room furniture and freshened up the décor. Check-in instructions are emailed so guests know what to expect and are prepared. We are here to help, so just give us a call if any assistance is needed. We do show a call from these guests that they were having trouble opening the door, but we reassured them, and did not hear back. We appreciate your feedback. This is a popular, beach side unit that welcomes many guests each year.

Property was not clean and condo is old and outdated floors were dirty, our feet were black from walking on it. I swept it when I got there but it had not been mopped. AC does not work good. Location Was good but will not stay in condo again. Check in and communication was not good. Office manger was rude.
