ABOUT PROMINENCE
Prominence is a neighborhood on 30A between Watersound and Alys Beach. Guests have access to the community pools, and the neighborhood's resort-style pool area includes cabanas, community grills, outdoor dining pavilions and fireplaces. The Big Chill offers food and entertainment, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers and shakes, plus an outdoor amphitheater with concerts, sporting events and movies on the lawn.

Deer Lake State Park, the closest and most popular beach access to Prominence, is about 0.5 miles away. Alcohol is not allowed at this state park access, and beach service is not available there. Other nearby accesses include Walton Dunes, about 2 miles west at the end of Beachfront Trail; Santa Clara, about 3.5 miles west near Bramble Grove Road; and the smaller Gulf Lakes and Sea Breeze accesses about 0.5 miles to the east.

TRANSPORTATION
The garage and driveway fit up to 3 cars. When spaces are available, additional vehicles may use the designated community overflow parking along Clipper Street and Pleasant Street. These are designated overflow spaces, not general street parking, and street parking is otherwise not allowed. A golf cart is not included with this home; 30A Gulf Carts is the only outside golf cart vendor allowed in Prominence. Discounted bike rentals are available at Salt Air at The Big Chill.
