The overall pheonix is great. This specific room is not good at all. The refrigerator did not work. The ice maker did not work. The middle bedroom tv and plugs did not work. The air struggled during the day. The living room was smaller than pictures appear. The jets do not work in the jacuzzi. The garbage can lid was broke, and the room just wasn’t that clean.

Thank you for staying at Phoenix VI 1101. I’m very sorry this unit fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We are taking these actions immediately: - Arrange repair or replacement of the refrigerator and ice maker. - Send a technician to inspect the middle bedroom TV and outlets. - Have HVAC inspected and tuned to address daytime cooling issues. - Service the jacuzzi jets and replace the broken garbage-can lid. - Deep-clean and sanitize the unit and review housekeeping procedures. - Re-evaluate the listing photos and description for accuracy about living-room size. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos so we can review your stay in detail and discuss an appropriate resolution. Your feedback helps us improve. Liquid Life

Unit was not clean, no bed skirt, all box springs showing and falling apart, trash can broken, head board broken off spare room bed, TV not functioning in spare room even after maintenance came. Dirty dishes in cabinet. My children’s feet were black after walking around barefoot in the unit. Used Kleenex behind bedside table and used eye contact trash in window seal, windows dirty.

We really like the location and the condominium Resort. The only bad thing I would say is that they need to update their living room furniture and do some painting on the inside but other than that very nice place.

It was a nice enough older property (decor says 90s?) but there was quite a bit of maintenance that should have been done before renting it out. The fridge leaked water, the ice machine didn't work, there were plumbing holes cut it the walls of multiple rooms, one of the TVs didn't work (sound with no picture), the mattresses were all well past any remaining support or comfort level. The overall demeanor and condescending nature of the front desk staff upon check-in told me there was no use in reporting any of this. The issues were obviously not new and would have been fixed if there was any intention of doing so. For a quick trip to the beach it was fine for the price and the location was perfect for our needs so it's not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of our trip and we still had a good time at Orange Beach and visiting the surrounding area.

Thank you for staying at Phoenix VI 1101. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate that the location worked well and you still enjoyed your time in Orange Beach. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services teams to investigate and address the issues you described: the leaking refrigerator, non-working ice machine, plumbing holes in walls, the TV with picture issues, and the worn mattresses. I’ll also share your note about the front desk interaction so management can review staff conduct and communication. These are issues we should have caught and we’ll prioritize repairs and updates.
