The outdoor pool was a little chilly. We were told they turn off the heater to the outdoor pool March 1st. It would be nice if they waited to turn it off after March. The indoor pool was warm and a good alternative. The rooms were clean. Host communicated well. A family- friendly place to stay!

The condo was very dirty. There was a terrible smell. The floors and walls had stains along with the furniture. The living room furniture was damp the entire week we stayed. The furniture on the patio was very cheap and filthy. The oven did not work properly and gave off a burning smell each time we used it. It also set off the smoke alarm. We had to keep the doors open when we used it. This was especially problematic considering the people staying next door were heavy chain smokers. The hot water ran out very quickly for 4 people (2 kids, 2 adults). And the knobs on the sinks were both broken. The drawers on the dresser were all broken. The beds and pillows were horrible. The general upkeep around the facility was great so this unit much have been the exception. Not only would I not recommend staying here, I would discourage you from renting this unit until serious accommodations can be made. There were bugs in my children’s beds and traps in the corners on the floors. This is not a vacation escape.

Nice family trip

We had a great stay while we were at this condo. The only issue was that we weren't able to find extra blankets (there were plenty of sheets). The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and even a slow-cooker, which we put to good use. Property was nice and we had no issue getting an elevator either. Pool was nice and well-maintained. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay the condo was clean and provided us what we needed. No bell and whistles in this condo tho. Could use a renovation and updated outdoor furniture. It served its purpose for us.

LABORDAY BEACH GET-A-WAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: CONDO WAS CLEAN AND EXTREMLY SPACIOUS, BALCONY VIEWS AMAZING. WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AGAIN .EAST ORANGE BEACH CLOSE TO FLORABAMA AND CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE HANG OUT . GREAT VACATION STAY!!

Needs updating and cleaning

Our overall stay was nice. The complex is great but the unit is a little dated and needs to be deep cleaned. New bed linens are needed. There were blood spots on one of the bedspreads. Great view of the gulf and the unit is spacious.
