Unsere einstöckige, 1.000 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Bädern ist eine der wenigen Immobilien mit einer Terrasse und Blick auf die historische Main Avenue. Die moderne und außergewöhnlich ausgestattete Residenz befindet sich an der 7. und der Hauptstraße und ist 40 km (25 Minuten) vom Skigebiet Purgatory entfernt. Durango ist bekannt für seine historische Innenstadt mit einer Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, die mit vielen großen Städten mithalten können. Diese Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem, was die historische Innenstadt zu bieten hat. Unternehmen Sie einen Lauf oder eine Radtour auf dem nur anderthalb Häuserblocks entfernten Durango River Trail. Besuchen Sie eines der vielen außergewöhnlichen Cafés oder entdecken Sie, warum Durango als die Stadt der Brauerliebe bekannt ist, indem Sie eine unserer sechs örtlichen Braukneipen besuchen. Beautiful Condo in the middle of Durango

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication with VRC was seamless. Any questions I had months before our stay was always answered promptly. Check in was simple, Condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with all essentials. Balcony was an added bonus for morning coffee or hanging out and reminiscing over our daily activities. Rooms were comfortable with extra blankets, pillows & towels. Our friends raved about how it was relaxing and convenient to all that downtown had to offer. Everything you could need or want was within walking distance. Checkout was equally seamless. Definitely worth the $. Would book again!

Location, Location, Location. Could be the best location in downtown Durango for access to all that downtown Durango has to offer. This is an amazing property. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place and a great location! We had to add on an extra night due to weather at our home and they were very accommodating. Only complaint was some odd loud noises from above our bedroom every day. Like chairs scraping across the floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful Place!

Location was great, right in the middle of downtown. Easy to get to, wonderful layout. Very neat and clean.

Great property with a fabulous location

We visit Durango every year and I had no idea that there were rental properties right on historical Main St. This property was beautiful and even in the busiest of times, quiet once the patio doors were shut. Great walking location for everything in the historical area of Durango!
