You're right that the main living area is open-air, this is not something we're trying to hide as it is a very sought after feature for many groups! The gallery depicts the main living area without any doors separating the living area from the private plunge pool That said, in response to your feedback we've added a line to the listing to better note this feature.Thank you!! In terms of the internet, Huatulco is a remote destination and sometimes the signal strength can ebb and flow. The condos in this boutique complex share a signal, which can make the strength slower if all units are occupied. Thank you for making note of it for future travelers!
